Why are we not making a big deal over Gov. Sarah Palin’s prank call from a French President Sarkozy imposter? People are so busy feeling sorry for Gov. Palin even referring to her as a “victim”, that we fail to recognize the absolute danger her inexperience and poor judgment places this country in. Senator McCain’s perilous decision to select Gov. Palin as his running mate has made an absolute mockery out of the Republican Party who would have held their own with a less controversial candidate. From the schoolgirl flirtatious mannerisms, to botched interviews, distractions within her camp at home and on the road, the spectacle over her wardrobe and now this. Gov. Sarah Palin has been an embarrassment to women who have advocated for equal liberties and have fought for their place in the political arena. Recently, McCain and Palin directly reached out to Ashley Todd a McCain volunteer who claimed to have a “B” carved on her face because she had a McCain bumper sticker on her car. Without fact-checking or verifying sources McCain and Palin both personally made calls to the disturbed young woman. The prank call once more led credence to Palin’s inability to speak out intelligently without script for if it were the real French President the conversation was completely inappropriate. To not understand the language is fine, but to not have foreign language translated prior to responding to it is absolutely ludicrous. This was careless and could have had serious repercussions. McCain claims that he has already been tested. This is false for he has never served as President. This is about the U.S. and not his war pastime, personal strength and valor. Be certain that every President has been, is and will be tested in one way or another during their reign and Americans must feel confident about our elected officials.Gov. Sarah Palin is not ready. We must recognize that the manner in which she has handled interviews with the media, strayed off course during her own rallies, and represented our country in a ‘prank’ call with a foreign leader. These are signs that she is not ready to lead and that if for any reason she was required to step in as the President of the United States we should all be scared, very, very scared.Why are we letting this slide and co-signing this raw deal? It is not funny. A week ago Joe the Plummer toured with McCain speaking on foreign policy. Now we have the Vice Presidential Nominee making a charade of the way we interact with our foreign leaders. The joke is on U.S.Votes should not reflect race, gender, age, popularity or charm. This is about our future as one nation, one world.

If the Republicans lose this election my guess would be that Gov. Palin would continue to work to separate Alaska from the United States for wealth and political purposes. Look at it this way; if successful she would be the President of Alaska.
