Who you vote for is not important to me in this election.
Please, Please Please make sure you vote.... and tell someone else to vote too!
Only three hours left.
BLESSINGS!
It's that time again...
Well actually, it's a special time for a special election.
When the champion of Health Care Reform pased on from this life, we pushed, as he requested for a special election to fill the seat of dear Sen. Kennedy.
Please be aware that you must be registered to vote by November 18 in order to vote in the December Senate primary election in Massachusetts. This election will select the candidates to replace Senator Edward Kennedy in the Senate.
You can register by visiting the Massachusetts Advocates for the Arts, Sciences & Humanities (MAASH) website, www.maash.org, scroll down and click on the "Rock the Vote" logo to pull up a quick and simple voter registration form.
Tell everyone!

Thank you all for your continued support and belief, based in action that YES WE CAN! Yes We Can and Will continue to weave strong connections of unity, where it was said that none could be formed! We are almost to the starting line. Please keep moving. Your help is needed now, and will be needed even more after the ballots are counted! The work you have done, no matter how seemingly small, is powerful and moving towards a better American and world. Thank you all for your efforts. See you tomorrow! The rally went well even with the chill of fall in the air, the Obama music provided by Marina's son was pumping and helped to keep us moving! Thanks to all the organizers and the coordinator of the event Deborah Lannon who planned it in a few short weeks!
Thanks to Norma Shulman who videotaped and edited the METROWEST OBAMA RALLY, tentative viewing times for the Cablecast of yesterday’s rally are Monday at 2:00, 3:30, and 9:30; and Tuesday at 2:05 and 6:30 on Comcast 9, RCN 3 and Verizon 43!
Framingham cell phone bank was well attended. Thanks so much callers! Special thanks to Chris Walsh who allowed us to use his office for the phone bank with all the trimmings! There are so many people to thank! Know that you are appreciated even if you are not named in my email. I have to enter the data from the phone banks today and run a bank tonight. And it is all worth it!
TO THE POLLS TOMORROW!
CALL YOUR NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS!
REMEMBER NEWLY REGISTERED VOTERS! THEY MIGHT NEED SUPPORT TO ACTUALLY MAKE IT TO CAST THEIR BALLOTS.
YES WE CAN! For Obama our Nation and Our world,
The following song is one which reminds me what we are fighting for!
"YES WE CAN CAN" - made popular by THE POINTER SISTERS Now's the time for all good men to get together with one another. We got to iron out our problems and try to live as brothers. And try to find a piece of land without stepping on one another. And do respect the women of the world. Remember you all have mothers. We got to make this land a better land than the world in which we live. And we got to help each man be a better man with the kindness that we give. I know we can make it. I know darn well we can work it out. Oh yes we can, I know we can can Yes we can can, why can't we? If we wanna get together we can work it out. And we gotta take care of all the children, the little children of the world. 'cause they're our strongest hope for the future, the little bitty boys and girls. We got to make this land a better land than the world in which we live. And we got to help each man be a better man with the kindness that we give. I know we can make it. I know darn well we can work it out. Oh yes we can, I know we can can yes we can can, why can't we? If we wanna, yes we can can. ---Written by Allen Toussaint---

I'm glad to see my Brookline High School rank number one again in Academic Performance in Boston magazine. The greater task now is to secure the United States of America's top position in the world.
We won the most medals in the most recent Olympics. China may have had more yellow medals, but the USA is color-blind, so we really clinched the most medals.
We need the strongest military position. Reagan got us a lot of new-Ki'-Lear weapons; in doing so,
Vietnam veterans slept homeless even right by Faneuil Hall.
So many Vietnam veterans have had it so bad. "Born in the USA" indignantly pointed out the outsourcing of labour, even to "yellow man" countries (China, Philippines and India).
A US-against-vietnam war hero himself, Jim Webb supports Obama, and had worked right at the get-go of his winning in Virginia...on the college education bill for post-9/11/2001 war veterans to get the same substantive tuition coverage that our World War veterans had gotten to put to good use.
Obama understands our need for a militarily strong USA.We must secure the benefits of our veterans and active duty soldiers.A soldier should be able to buy and keep a home, even outside his fort of duty.
US soldiers who served us in Afghanistan have come home to crappy barracks (as in Kentucky, where they were thrust into a building that can only be noted as CONDEMNED), and a predatory real estate market.
Freddie Mac-Cain is out to ruin his younger brother-in-arms, Abel.
We must banish the deregulator McCain
to maintain ourselves a Garden of Even-playing field
for us workers, who are now organizing and voting for living wages.
Let McCain Rove an Anderson Cooper 360 spin around the globalized Earth for many decades (covered by Obama health care). Let McCain have his Ritz in Paris, Hilton in Hong Kong, but leave 1600 Pennsylvania for Obama and Biden, who actually work for our America to grow up and stand out.

Obama-Biden:
the only presidential
ticket ever powered
wholly by us American
people as individuals
who work and care.
It's our own accounts
against Exxon-McCain's
big money, Washington lobbyists,
media arms and special interests.
Obama and Biden secure our American livelihoods.
McCain & Palin shine and shimmer with their own heroic lives, but preclude the growth of the many more American heroes who are really spread all over our fifty states (World War and Vietnam veterans who have not received their due pensions and benefits), plus the deployment zones in Afghanistan, Fallujah, Baghdad and elsewhere in Iraqi-dom.
Sure, McCain and Palin both took up the Michael Moore challenge of sending their own children to Iraq, but McCain knowingly went off to California when his new Senate colleague (and Navy superior) Jim Webb of Virginia had put the Webb-authored Post-911 equal college tuition for education GI bill up for voting.
McCain and the GOP he serves to preserve mock "European ideas," building on Michael Savage's words. With the same breath, they want us to read their Bushy lips which rally:
Down with "European ideas!"
We need "Western values!"
That's the McCain and his GOP's convention stand.
Our Barack Obama foresaw this DIVIDE AND RIP-OFF strategy of McCain and the GOP he serves. Obama clarified that there is no Eastern, Southern, Western or Northern America, there is only one America.
E pluribus unum.
Barack Obama turned 47 in 60 State Street, Boston.
I parked my car in Washington Street that day (Parking cost me $35.).
I walked around the venue (right by the Faneuil Hall area) until 10 o' clock at night.
47? That's no Methuselah age, but it's a sufficient age if we follow our Good Lord and his apostles (excluding the 13th, Jude Lieberman, the junior Independent senator, who has long since ceased to be a caring member of our Democratic Party).
I chanced upon a Kirsten Sullivan who showed me her digital camera close-up photo of our Barack Obama. The birthday event (held many floors above street level, in The State Room) was a limited room event, so I and a lot of the crowd outside did not snatch a direct view of Obama.
What matters though is that we have a DIRECT VIEW OF OBAMA-BIDEN's course of executive action: U.S. Army veteran benefits, national security (by diplomacy and other advantaged bargaining tools recharged from Ronald Reagan's legacy), healthcare for working families, and middle class tax breaks.
The real statements are here in barackobama.com.
Obama-Biden will help us raise our families,
not working class and middle class taxes.
Listen to what cannot be heard by your ears Feel what cannot be felt through the touch of your hands See what cannot be seen with your eyes Perceive what cannot be known by your mind
It is about hope, impossibilities and miracles. It is about doing what was said cannot be done. It is about deep love, commitment, justice and work
It is about fulfilling the dreams of those who passed from this life and who sacrificed that we might exist. It is about freedom, unity, connectedness, life and humanity. This Campaign is about all of us!

The 2008 elections are approaching quickly. Now is the time to ask people if they are registered and give support and encouragement to those who need it. The following dates have been provided by the Framingham Democratic Town Committee.
OCTOBER 15, 2008
NOVEMVER 4, 2008
Voter registration is an easy way to volunteer. Have those who are not registered, fill out mail in voter registration cards (available at most Town Halls, in Framingham in the Town Clerks Office), and take the cards to your Town Hall. I carry the mail in cards with me along with the pamphlet which goes with it. ( There are mail in cards available in languages other than English as well.
