Oct. 13: National Walk for Change – Cherry Hill, NJ
Grassroots at its best! Get a little exercise on a nice fall day while supporting the Senator! Across the nation on Oct 13th, local groups are organizing Walks for Change. Camden County for Obama is organizing a walk in Cherry Hill – right where you live! What you’ll be doing is a little door-to-door advocacy for a couple hours on a Saturday. You’ll also get to meet some fabulous people. I attended an organizers meeting this month and there are some really wonderful people down in Southern NJ that you should meet! I’ve done door-to-door before and it’s a really great opportunity to meet fellow organizers and develop advocacy skills. I highly recommend doing this, especially since it’ll be right in your neighborhood. O
