This is the best.....

I think the Good Lord took Toot home because he wanted to personally congratulate her tomorrow when Obama wins. Think of that party in Heaven. To Toot!To Obama! To Biden! To all great Americans who have made this happen!
What on EARTH is this woman talking about? CNN just aired Palin's rally live. Amazing. So many twists and turns and distortions, that I can even count them...and they keep hammering away on this guy Joe the Plumber as if he's credible. The crowd seems to love booing each time she mentions Obama and she does nothing to get them to be more civilized. Civilized??? What is that?!
Well- we have less than 48 hrs to election day. So keep up the volunteering! Keep talking to your friends and family! and VOTE!!!!!!
By the way- Obama's about to speak in CIncinatti, OH. I'm looking forward to seeing his comments live on CNN.
I watched Obama's 30 minute Prime Time message.
I've never felt so moved before by anything coming from a politician. He calls upon everyone to tap into their better attributes like common sense, generosity, open mindedness, and consideration for your fellow citizen.
He doesn't prey on people's fears or fire them up based on primal anger. He simply states the situation as it is, tells you how he sees it, and suggests what to do about it. Tonight he connected with the single mom and the retired couple and the man who takes pride in working to support his family.
The point that came through loud and clear was that EVERYONE wants the same things for themselves and their kids. Those goals transcend color, economic status, politics, religion, and educational background. He cut through all that frightening and suspicious nonsense that McCain/Palin have enjoyed stirring up and spreading.
It's time for our society to wake up and actively care about each other, and our system of government, and our planet & the people on it.
So let's work hard right up until we vote and the polls close. (Praying is probably a good idea, too!)
Go 'Bama!!!!!!!
No words are needed - just watch the ad & say "WOW"....

This is so bizarre. Talk about 'foot in mouth disease'! Here's another Palin article. She's now blaming Katie Couric for her poor performance.

I was surprised to see this, but then again- it's not that surprising when I think about it. Apparently Palin has her own agenda that has nothing to do with McCain! Check it out:

Ok some of you may have already seen this but just in case here it is:

I don't have any nice words to say about this man, I'm just glad that David Schuster laughed & ended the conversation. I am so upset that I just donated again.....
McCain and his black roots. Must read and pass on. Article by Wall Street Journal

Now McCain has a commercial that looks like Obama's recent ones- where he's sitting in a living room with lots of natural light and he's just speaking candidly to the public. I guess imitation truly is the highest form of flattery.
I think that now, more than ever before, the Obama-Biden ticket has to echo Colin Powell's message of unity and diversity and flood their ads with it. It's a good message and it's a positive one. And I think it is what people will listen to above the noise that the McCain-Palin ticket is generating.
'Muslim', 'Socialist', 'Terrorist'....this is what the Republican machine has to work with? Just stirring the pot of suspicion and narrow mindedness?
Colin Powell's endorsement came at a good time and the theme of his comments have to be placed in Obama's ads from here on. It is the best and most logical answer to the nonsense that's flying around.
Of course, McCain-Palin will eventually copycat taking the high road, as usual, but I think most people will be able to see through that.
With so few days left in this election, it's important to hammer away at the positive and uplifting points that Colin Powell made.
The BBC has an interesting article about the attacks on Obama:

{{{{DRUDGE POLL}}}} WHO WON THE FINAL PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE?...MCCAIN
First of all, Obama has class. He's a gentleman. He doesn't act bitter or full of contempt. He doesn't act as if he's about to implode.
McCain just looks bitter, angry, nasty and condescending. He blinked excessively, shifted his weight numerous times, gulped a lot, seemed uncomfortable in his suit, his eyes kept darting around, he kept turning red, he did the lizard tongue thing, his lips looked WAY too pink...perhaps it was lipstick, and he kept hemming and hawing.
And I thought he had another "That One" moment when he gestured quotation marks with his hands around the words "the health of the mother", when commenting on abortion and Obama bringing up the 'health of the mother'. McCain just seemed to be trivializing that very important point.
Also- McCain kept insisting that he get an apology over the comparisons to the days of segregation. He just wouldn't let it go.
Once again, I was proud of Obama for maintaining his composure and defending himself whenever possible. He also did a good thing by MOVING ON to the issues at hand.
Hang in there, people. My guess is that the rumors will get worse and more elaborate as we get closer to Election Day.
I was forwarded a video recently. A lawyer in Philadelphia, a self proclaimed lifelong Democrat, is filing a suit to remove Obama from the ballot. He insists that Barack cannot prove his citizenship and is hiding behind technicalities. He says that even if Obama was born in Hawaii, then he lost his citizenship when he entered school in Indonesia. (Since when could a young kid do this? Don't you have to be an adult and go through the formality of renouncing your citizenship???) He says Barack won't release any records: academic, medical, or otherwise.
I'd love to hear from a lawyer who actually DEALS with citizenship and immigration law; Someone without an agenda who can put this to rest once and for all. This guy on YouTube never stated his specialty in law.
I've also noticed a few troll e-mails ranting and raving about socialism and marxism and how they feel Obama fits that. Umm.....Palin's and Cheney's desire to give the VP position more power within the constitution sound fascist to me. Firing anyone who does not agree with you sounds fascist to me. Pulling voter suppression stunts and torquing up the angry mob sounds fascist to me.
Many of these e-mails and YouTube videos assert that Obama supporters are blind and foolish.
All I know is that McCain is lagging behind in the polls, racism exists, suspicion of other cultures exists, and the Republican machine will stop at nothing.
Go 'Bama.
