This weekend, volunteers new and old from across the Sunshine State gathered for Organizing for America’s National Weekend of Training. From the sandy shores of Miami to the swamp where the Florida Gators play, change was in the air and health insurance reform was the topic at hand.
Early Voting for the entire state of Florida has just been extended.
Every Early Vote location in Florida will now be every day from 7am-7pm up through November 2.

The El Paso Democratics supporting presidential candidate Barack Obama won a key ruling that will increase the number of delegates they can take to the state convention. Today's ruling means that the split of delegates going to the state Democratic Party convention June 5-7 will be closer to the 75-25 split reflected among delegates.

Michigan Democrats have officially closed the door on a do-over primary between Clinton and Obama. The state party's executive committee held a meeting by conference call to vote on a formal statement effectively ending the campaign for a new election
