Three principal proposed by Sen Kay Bailey Hutchins 1. Tax credits to buy insurance 2. An exchange pool, 3. Medical malpractice reform. Over 60 percent of your voting base for the governor of Texas or for USSenator do not even think about those three principles for several reasons 1. They are earning below poverty 2. Earn minimum wage and are uninsured. 3 Are unemployed. 4. :ave criminal records that make it hard to make a living 5. Are citizen children of illegal immigrants who are struggling to keep food on their plates. 6. Are on medicade from a disability and are covered or are disabled and are not insured as social sexurity will always deny physical disability cases three thime before an attorney can help them get covered with medicade but most give up and remain disabled and uninsured. 7. Are veterans who can not get transportation to get to the VA as they are unimployed and turning to drugs or alchol. 8 Are ex felons who can not get welfare, student loans or jobs but have children and their whole family are uninsured! 10. Are struggling to make a mortgage as a single parent and choose not to buy insurance but go to Mexico to buy antibiotics which are cheaper and will meet all the illness of young healthy children and parents 11. Are students on student loans trying to make it through colle gambling on not getting sick as they are uninsured! Sitting up in Congress for so long you do not have the slightest clue of the needs of the voters you are paid to represent but it appears that you only consider than they do not vote and your upper middle clas voters are the only people you have to represent! But you salary is taken out of the check of each minimum wage worker you choose to ignore! I would do a better job at governor than you but I am writing a history book as my calling and trying to effectuate a real change for those whose needs are over looked because than can not compete with big bucks! God bless you in your fight for governor of Texas as I will always vote for a woman even if I disagree with their views as we minorities must stick together! Woman are the biggest group of minorities and I will start supporting you with my American ride next year when I get an eight to five day job teaching as I am not a night person and my salary is too low that I too am now in the poverty group making less than thirty thousand per year!

The issues debated are the war, 9-11 and net profits resulting from the war going to the executive branch, immigration reform for Native American Indians labeled illegal Hispanic Immigrants. Strengthen our borders is one argement. On the other hand those on our southern border are not terriorists but were here long before we came as illegal immigrants two hundred years before! Our southern neighbors are not the terriorists! I would rather lose my son fighting a war in Iraq than take a chance of getting another attack was one argument but the counter argument was that Vice President Chaney profited from the 9-11 War on Terriorists! In Cuba they punish you for speaking out by depriving you of wealth and that is done in Texas too through many organizations using government tax funds to keep democrats poor, uneducated and jailed for misdemeanors on a sliding scale depending on your wealth it determine your punishment. A poor person with an appointed lawyer can get 25 years in jail for a car accident if they were not drunk but people died but Senator Teddy Kennedy can get to live and stay a famous senator doing so much good if he drinks and drives and commits manslaughter or someone dies as a result! Sliding Scale Justice Systems are Unconstitution as a violation of the egual amendment portion of the USConstitutionB There sould not be an appointed legal representative bit a salaried defence to combat the salaried district attorney if justice is our goal otherwise injustice is the result! There is so much injustice in our legal system currently but there will be no changes under President Obama as he appointed as former district attorney to the position f Attorney General! Sorry poor you will have to wait until some better appointment for Attorney General comes along to straighten out our justice Sliding Scale School to Prison System! I would like to believe in change now but my head tells me not yet and I know If we get a woman like Secretary Hillary Clinton it will not happen either as President Clinton bragged about increasing the police force! That is not exactly promoting justice when the appointed attorneys are bought off to negotiate plea bargins agreeing to crimes that could not be proven in a trial beyond a reasonable doubt! Inmates without bail who are innocent as they have not been proven guilty are tortured with rape, sodomy,lied to by the interriogrators who attempt to help their appointed lawyer convince them to agree to the District AttorneyKs plea bargin as the prosecutor can not prove their allegations or the police allegations beyond a reasonable doubt and they do not want it to go to trial so the judges enhance misdemeanors to aggrevated felonies scaring the inmates who are also being beat up by correctional officers shackled until scars are left on their legs stripped naked to humilate and stake their dignity away from them as innocent before being proven guilty too poor to bond out victims of a Sliding Scale Injustice System in a Police State! Well we must wait as Attornry General Eric Holder was aDistrict Attorney and thinks like one so the injustice stays the same as with those who created twenty eight prison using our second woan goivernor as the fall guy knowing she was not running for a higher position! No we need paid salaried defence attorneys preferably training former offenders as attorneys who know how injustice is perpetuated and can provide justice by experience as a proper defence attorney taking everything to trial so our jurors can decide if a crime was committed beyond a reasonable doubt! Why did you select a former District Attorney when you know our prison are over populated with minorities and we need judicial reform in our Supreme Court all the way down as they are all like the executive branch was before this election filled with biased injustice seeking proponants who want nothing better than segregration in suburbs! This is accomplished in the employment arena as the majority of the executives in government positions as well as in private corporations keep minorities out of good positions keeping the prison states busy! I listened to refugees from Fedel Castro's regeme tell the methods used to keep the political opposition poor and I listen to the prisioners and ex felons and those out of jails in Texas and I see too many sililiarities to believe in American Democracy as a superior system to Communistic injustice as in both the poor of political opponant are tortured, kept pooran and are financially deprived of jobs and are hounded by police who help the opposing political parties remain in power! It is a unibersal systen like Sudam and in Iran too! Thank God for Sweeden France and England where it is not so blatant! If you would like to believe in our justice system aske Martin Luter Kingan Abraham Lincoln and wear First LadyJackie Kennedy pink pill bos hat and blood staind brain scattered pink suit to help Vice president look good for his inauguration ceremony when she did not have a chance to cry yet! I threw the floers in the river as it was September the eleventh 2009! Then the doves returned in one line and flew away. First they made an O then a connecting O. It was my sign from my Father in heaven who sent the doves when Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River and Noah sent a dove after the rain stopped eventually the dove returned with an olive brance like the one on the United States Supreme Court, the Presidential seal may have it too, and the Texas state symbol! No import duties or tax free status for olive oil as it is anointing and healing for Americans! DOVES making an 8 DOVES many many doves in an orderly figure skating flight by the bridge as I was about to throw the flowers in the river! What is the meaning of this event Father? Doves are a sign of peace for God's chosen people and it represents the Holy Spirit our comforter and our guide. The eight or the two connected O's represent? And the line represents? God You speak to the birds and they obay and so much more should your people heed His commands and fly together with a common goal to two O's making an eight then a one! What about the armidillo in the sand bank of the river? Armidillo's are a Texas symbol and God's symbol has always been the dove but a host of doves in one accord like the upper room when the Holy Spirit fell on the day of Penticost! What about the turtle in Corpus Christy Bay when Senator Kennedy died? And the five female deer early one morning on Lake Livingston? You remind those who depend on You that You Care and We are loved? Do I say any more Lord or have I shared or have I flown in your pattern? I am wired and can not sleep! Give me rest like you promiced or renew my spirit as only You can so I can fly to Lorado today Lord! I give you thanks!

The snow in New Caney and in Kingwood Atascocita area was the best Christmas present ever God! Thank you! In forty years it only snow three times in Texas that I remember! It iced in Livingston! God know who house needs a little snow! Think like a princess it works especially if you have to do it in braces or from a wheel chair it still works! It is hard work but it is AWSOME!

If Cuba is willing to open travel with the world they are transitioning to freedom for Cuba it appears! You took down the skusbucket poster and replaced it with a racist poster in retaliation. I know your customer base as a teacher, diagnostician and as a business person on F.M. 1485 East in New Caney with a Gulf Oil convenience store that made over three hundred thousand dollars profit annually. Thanks to Grocery supply giving me credit to get started with the promice that I would repay the first inventory in three months we were successful without a small business loan. We did a car count of the number of cars that passed per hour.I used this formula to determine where to purchase land to set up convenience stores in the Hill Counrty in Texas, Arkansas, Missouri and in Oklohoma. I was a business partner with an attorney. You can anticipate that you will get about three percent to stop and spend five dollars. This survey will help you know if the store can sustain itself in that location after deducting all other expenses. We did not have a mortgage so the net returns were highM Milk cost so much to refigerate with only about ten percent markup but it was necessary to have to keep the customers! So Dollar General you are in my neighborhood and keep your racism out of the public as I buy you toilet paper! Although I am against soft drinks the we bought them on promotion and after the promotion we made three hundred percent profit on soft drinks! Candy and soft drinks were our big ticket items. (Hose addicted to Cokes and Pepsi came several times a day for their caaffine fix and the compliments I gave as people need complimentsB Compliments are profitable to the spirit and to the cash register!

To my children I love you and thank you for the strength I gathered from watching you write about Katrina and missing New Orleans and having fun on Bourbon Stret. Yes, and we are all Saints! Most of all for the basketball games and your Rockets dreams in the big leagues someday! Yes thank you President Bush for helping me make sure none of my English as a Second Language children were left behind as every single day that Your name and legacy was smeared you got out there and fought with me to help Barney help those children lear to speak, read and write! You believed in No Child Left Behind and was willing to put a dog in the Oval office desk if that was what it took to save the life of one little boy writing about his love for "moo" watching the long horns cows on your ranch in Texas! Here is to No Child Left Behind some day, Yes, it hurt the first group but it was not the law as those were unidentified special education children who by law should have been exempted from the LEAP! Louisana needs to protect those children at all costs by using the discrepency between IQAnd prformance so they will be identified as learning disabled and be exempted and graduate with a regular high school diploma not a certificat of leave as that reveals that they are in special education and FERPA laws protects them from revealing their test resultsor their inability to perform at a level that meets the diploma standard! God bless us as we struggle together to sove our high school drop out inequities and stop the school to prison pipeline perpetuated by a public school that will not adopt methods like Montosorri which is a hands on no paper method that is multi sensory and most learning disabled children would not be learning disabled if they were taught using a $omtosorri curriculum that uses math manipulatives and reading objects instead of books!

We are gratful for strong leadership like a father cares for his family Texas remains prosperous anf growing even though the is a dusparity between the have's and the have not's due to unemployment as Texas is a heavy police state and Texan"s are no worse than people in any other state! Vote for Senator Kay Bailey Hutchings as she is a woman who is qualifies as Representative Sheila Jackson Lee too and so far Teas has only two women governors! One of them was used as the fall guy to build twenty eight prisons in anticipation of the plea bargins they intended to make usin appointed attorney who do not defend people but echo the prosecutor's views to get another appointment ! This is not justice but fear and rape of "the innocent before being proven fuilty". For example I went to Polunsky where I work yesturday and the planted an over sized cop looking man like the sargent who pulled ny hair and disabled me to intimidate me by asking me Ldo you want me to call the cops!".Naturally ny body trembled in fear as Texas is unjust an there is no justice for the have nots! He was not a democrat and did not support President Obama, Speaker Polosi, Teddy Kennedy or Presidet Clinton and Secretay Clinton that were on my truck as laughed claiming he thought my truck looked vandalized! I reminded him that professionalism is part of the job! Working in a job that does not require a degree will in Polunsky case subject you to constant profanity by staff and blatant discrimination by sargents and their buddies who call people "tar baby" and "nappy head" with great pleasure and a sence of accomplishment! Texas I had to wear ny boots to remind myself that I love Texas and the rich and beautiful culture that we have! I was thinking he could not cowboy up with his cowboy hat and beer gut after looking at thatlife size handsome sexy budget balancing shutting Washington down hilly billy cowboy I had riding and having the last laugh on the back of my NFL Saints Super Bowl Victory tail gate party raxorback support our troops and the party in office,lipstick on a picg payback, healthcare and immigration reform pickup truck Come to think of it the only cop I would not mind seeing again is that Cajun,blue eyed, roled up sleeve to show off his muscles and a knock down pair of pants that fit just right to make an old fifty year old woman think she won three super bowls in a rowab So back off beer gut Polunsky wanna be cops! !
