Where is justice when they arrest an elderly sick man who happens to be my father and they extradite him from California to Arizona before the extradiction process is complete?
The Arizona Authorities along with California and The US Marshals office think my father is a man name Roger Cook so they extradicted him back to Arizona from California before his two hearings that were still scheduled in November and December.
My father will probably die in jail in Arizona before someone realizes that the man is not Roger Cook, But in fact he is Richard Earl Rodgers. They are Tromping on Civil Rights in this case of mistaken identity.

I noticed last week the local commercials for Fast Tax Refunds are at it again.They say file your taxes now get your money today. What they do not tell you is that they are actually given you a loan on your Tax Refund.They are not actually filing your taxes as it is illegal to submit an electronic tax return without your W2s. It just amazes me that these companies continue to pray on the poor and needy by tricking them into high interest rates and tax preparation fees.
Yes they can give you a Loan based on your Tax Refund,However they use deception in their advertisements. What they are actually doing is charging outrageous fees and in my opinion they are stealing millions of dollars from the Low Income and needy citizens of the communitites that they operate in.
I prepare taxes for the Low Income citizens and will give Free Estimates based on their last pay stubs,les,1099 etc.,but I will not break the law like the other crooks in this area do.
IRS agents if you are reading this please do on site inspections in the Columbus,Cusseta Georgia areas and in Phenix City Alabama and Areas of The Chattahoochee Valley Area of Georgia and Alabama,I am sure you will find a large amount of tax preparer fraud in this area.

What I have noticed by watching these debates is that most of the Republican Senators are doing nothing more than Rambling.
They go on and on about what it will cost by 2017 etc. When will they Wake Up and Realize that if they do not pass this bill this year America may not be around in 2017. WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Barack Obama ordered federal agencies on Monday to set a goal within 90 days for cutting their greenhouse gas emissions by 2020, the White House said, aiming to "lead by example" in fighting climate change.
The new executive order, signed by the president, mandates agencies across the federal government to "measure, manage, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions toward agency-defined targets," the White House said in a statement.
Other environmental measures such as reducing petroleum use in vehicle fleets by 30 percent by 2020, improving efficiency f water usage by 2020, and increasing rates of recycling by 2015 were also included in the order.
"The federal government can and should lead by example when it comes to creating innovative ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, increase energy efficiency, conserve water, reduce waste, and use environmentally-responsible products and technologies," Obama said in a statement.
Obama's international credentials on fighting climate change have been called into question as chances dim that the Senate will pass a bill mandating emissions cuts across the United States economy by December, when U.N. talks on a global warming treaty take place in Copenhagen.
The White House order may be intended to counter concerns about the president's climate change commitment.
The federal government is the largest consumer of energy in the U.S. economy, the statement noted, occupying nearly 500,000 buildings and operating more than 600,000 vehicles.
The order also calls on the government to "leverage federal purchasing power to promote environmentally-responsible products and technologies."

As it turns out my father realy was Arrested in California By United States Marshalls and Los Angeles Sheriffs Department, He is charged with a crime that took place in Arizona in 1987.
I just wish the Long Beach Police department and the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Office would have been honest at first when we called them, He was arrested under another name but
they did have his real name and I know this for a fact since he was listed in The Associated Press, and websites in Arizona and California as early as Thursday 8/20/09, But yet the authorities
did not even release this information to his Immediate Family, Go Figure.

My father is now confined to an Electric Wheel Chair. I cantacted the Los Angeles Divison of the Federal Bureau of Investigation at approximately 1:00 am today 8/25/09 asking for their assistance since the Long Beach Police Department after all day on the phone with them between myself and my two sisters we were finally able to get the Missing Persons Department to take a Report we were told by Long Beach however that they could not investigate until tomorrow or Wednesday. So I called first the FBI office in Atlanta Ga since the office in Columbus Georgia had an answering machine that directed me to Atlanta. The Lady agent in Atlanta was rude an arrogant and stated to me that The FBI could not do anything unless Long Beach California police department contacted them. So like I said I could not believe an organization of Law Enforcement that is Paid by Taxpayer Dollars from the American taxpayers would be so Arrogent and Uncaring, I researched on the web the FBI for Long Beach California and was directed to Los Angeles Division of the FBI.
The Female Agent at Los Angeles California was very caring and understanding when I explained my situation to her. Then she stopped me and told me to hold on a Second. You see My father had just called the Los Angeles FBI office 10 minutes earlier so that would have been Just Before 10:00pm Pacific Time last night since Georgia is on Eastern Time and stated the her that he had Escaped from his kidnappers and was in the Downtown Los Angeles California area. Kogelo , Kenya — Barack Obama's grandmother now has solar panels on the roof of her home in Kenya, compliments of Greenpeace.
Greenpeace Solar Generation Activists and local youth organisers installed the panels on "Mama Sara's" home, and also put panels on the Senator Barack Obama School in Kogelo.
The solar installations are part of a 20 day renewable energy workshop hosted by Solar Generation with 25 participants from the Kibera Community Youth Programme and community members of Nyang’oma Kogelo. The program helps young Kenyans learn how solar photovoltaic panels generate electricity, about their installation and maintenance and the fabrication of self-assembling solar lamps and their marketing potential. Here is what Mama Sarah had to say about the new solar panels on her house: “I am very pleased that my home has been improved thanks to solar energy and I'll make sure my grandson hears about it. Solar power is clean, reliable and affordable, unlike paraffin that is widely used in the area. Also, we now have qualified youth in the village who can help with the upkeep of the systems.”

I received a decision letter from The Social Security Administration tonight that as of July 23, 2009 coincidently that was my birthday that I was no longer entitled to social security disability benefits. Those of you that personally know me know what I have been going through since they stopped my benefits earlier and how my health got worse. ScienceDaily (June 23, 2009) — Scientists in Canada and India are proposing a surprising new solution to the global energy crisis —"milking" oil from the tiny, single-cell algae known as diatoms, renowned for their intricate, beautifully sculpted shells that resemble fine lacework.
Richard Gordon, T. V. Ramachandra, Durga Madhab Mahapatra, and Karthick Band note that some geologists believe that much of the world's crude oil originated in diatoms, which produce an oily substance in their bodies. Barely one-third of a strand of hair in diameter, diatoms flourish in enormous numbers in oceans and other water sources. They die, drift to the seafloor, and deposit their shells and oil into the sediments. Estimates suggest that live diatoms could make 10−200 times as much oil per acre of cultivated area compared to oil seeds, Gordon says.
"We propose ways of harvesting oil from diatoms, using biochemical engineering and also a new solar panel approach that utilizes genetically modifiable aspects of diatom biology, offering the prospect of "milking" diatoms for sustainable energy by altering them to actively secrete oil products," the scientists say. "Secretion by and milking of diatoms may provide a way around the puzzle of how to make algae that both grow quickly and have a very high oil content."

IRS Announces Withholding Adjustment Option for Pension Plans and Provides Taxpayer Education
WASHINGTON — As part of a wider outreach effort to educate taxpayers about the benefits they will receive under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, the Internal Revenue Service today released new withholding adjustment procedures for pension plans.
In February, the IRS issued revised withholding tables incorporating the Making Work Pay Tax Credit, one of the key provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. That change resulted in more take home pay for more than 120 million American households and provided an immediate economic stimulus. The new procedure for pensions will make withholding more accurate for pension recipients.
While the newly announced procedures apply only to pension payments, the IRS is gearing up for a wider outreach campaign to educate pensioners and other taxpayers about the withholding tables and Recovery payments. The IRS will work with partner groups to provide taxpayers information to make sure they have the appropriate withholding for their situation. The IRS will also work on developing a variety of information products, including brochures, video and audio material to help educate taxpayers.
The change announced today will help some pensioners avoid a smaller refund next spring or even a balance due in limited situations. A wide variety of factors, such as outside jobs and other earned income, can affect how much, if any, withholding is needed by people receiving a pension to satisfy their annual tax liability. The optional adjustment procedure which may be used by those paying pensions is available in Notice 1036-P, Additional Withholding for Pensions for 2009. The on-line version of Publication 15-T, New Wage Withholding and Advance Earned Income Credit Payment Tables, will be updated and available next week.
Pension payors are not required to use this new procedure and may continue to use only the February 2009 withholding tables. For plans that adopt the new procedure, withholding on pension payments will be automatically adjusted with no action needed by pensioners. The IRS is also encouraging pension payors who choose to implement the new withholding adjustment procedures to contact retirees who previously submitted a Form W-4P, Withholding Certificate for Pension or Annuity Payments, requesting additional withholding after the February withholding tables were issued.
Those who should pay particular attention to their withholding include married couples with two incomes, individuals with multiple jobs, dependents, some Social Security recipients who work and workers who do not have valid Social Security Numbers. Depending on their personal situation, some people could have less withheld from their paychecks than they need or want. People who believe their current withholding is not appropriate for their personal situation can perform a quick check by using the IRS withholding calculator on IRS.gov. Any necessary adjustments can be made by filing a revised Form W-4, Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate, with their employer.
