Unlike McCain, Obama has the potential and capacity to bring about the kind of humane globalization that could see the USA leading the committee of nations in dealing with issues that affect humanity for the common good of mankind.
The past eight years clearly epitomizes the campaign and articulations that are unilateral and purely based on militarism rather than diplomacy and multi-lateralism and the entire world was not happy about that kind of leadership model coming from the greatest nation on earth.
In light of the recent inclinations and opinions coming even from the United Nations, it is almost clear that the world is likely to welcome an Obama presidency than any other person.

By and large, America will be better off with Obama than McCain, since the later is almost synonymous to President George Bush's policies that have isolated the country from both allies and foes and painted the United States of America as a hypocritical state that say one thing and go ahead to do exactly the opposite as manifested in its policy and articulation in Iraq and the handling of domestic issues such as the Katrina hurricane, healthcare for middle class family and the treatment of prisoners that undermine the essentiality of fundamental human right.
An average of a mere twenty electoral votes separated the Democratic and Republican candidates during the past two US Presidential elections.
North Dakota – now phenomenally a toss up state – holds three of them.
Hopefully, as pundits now massively forecast, the race won’t be that close as Obama is seemingly coasting along to victory.
But we all know how wrong the pundits and polls have been before during this race. They counted Hillary in. They counted McCain out. Let’s hope the Obama Team are planning to pull out all of its campaigning stops – such as big ad buys and candidate visits here – to win this toss up state of North Dakota..
Especially since North Dakota is one of the top “Return on Investment” states in this campaign. A little more effort by Obama’s official campaign in ND would go a long way here – much more than in most other states -- toward locking in three potentially decisive electoral votes.
Without an iota of doubt, the McCain articulations that its campaign must do all within its power to dehumanize, denigrate, distort and perpetuate the campaign of melancholy and acrimony coupled with character assassinations and defamation may as well be the final straw that breaks the camel back!
Given the contemporary realism of the present political dispensation, we have all witness how the McCain’s campaign and its surrogates have relentlessly and aggressively sort to, but unfortunately in a very myopic fashion attempt to paint Obama as different from “us.” This unfortunate, unpatriotic and mischievous connotation has no place in the America society of the 21st century and McCain did not yet get it.
Mr. Maverick has manifested to the majority of American people and the world at large as to how mentally and physically unstable he can be under pressure especially in the context of lagging behind in the recently published polls. It is regrettable that rather than fashion the polls, the later has had a tremendous effect on his countenance to the extend that he is willing to return to the status quo of the kind of campaign tactics that he rejected and vehemently criticized President George Bush of running against him during the year 2000 Republican Party primary.
Here is a wonderfully inspiring video. This video should open even blind eyes. Watch and Share!

This is yet another very desperate, malicous and distorted and deceptive ad from the McCain campaign in attempt to get media attention.
So sad indeed to see this could have been elderstateman humiliate himself by perpetuating the campaign of denigration and calumny as opposed to Obama's objective and humane style.

I feel so sorry for McCain who in good time and bad time continue to orchestrate the campaign of negativism, fear and intimidation of the people of the country.

Watching Rudi Giuliani the former Mayor of New York City on Meet the Press with Tom on September 14th 2008 reminded me of the pathetic and at the same time lethargic articulations of the McCain campaign which unfortunately is a bundle of deception, distortions and maliciousness against the candidacy of Obama rather than tell the American people what it has to offer in order to renovate the country and transition it from the prevailing socio-economic squalor and abyss to that of prosperity as enunciated by Sen. Obama.
In his attempt to undermine Obama’s selfless job as a community organizer he ridicule his credentials during the Republican National Convention and when asked on Meet the Press rather than answer the question of what does that job description meant to him, he went about telling Tom about how many of such projects failed or never passed!
It therefore suffices to know that at this stage in his life, politically and otherwise, if he does not appreciate the work of an individual to forgo million dollars job offer on Wall Street to serve the downtrodden and the poorest of the poor without regard to color, race or stature, then what a pathetic man he is and that may well have led to the early termination of his candidacy.
The Republicans were having a field day for months over Obama’s experience and now they turn around and said that Palin is experience enough for the 2nd highest position in the country. Without an iota of doubt this approach clearly is synonymous to the party and McCain self inflicting themselves and making a nonentity of the argument about experience.
While Palin was not elected by the American people but rather selected by Sen. McCain, the same does not hold for Sen. Obama who have garnered the support of Americans at home and overseas including the military constituency especially in the war torn zones of Iraq and Afghanistan. It is therefore wise to defer from any kind of comparison between Palin’s status and that of the dynamic and articulate Sen. Obama.
In spite of the media hype about the all of a sudden celebrity status of McCain running mate and I did not hear them complain about the media coverage the reality is that there is no way that Palin will compare with Sen. Biden as far as the experience of knowing the necessity of change and diplomatically arresting the ugly trend in the country is concern.
“Let us march on ballot boxes until we send to our city councils, state legislatures, and the United States Congress, (people) who will not fear to do justice, love and mercy, and walk humbly with thy God. . . How long will it take? Not long, because the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice. “
-- Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., on March 25, 1965, after thousands of northern clergy and active citizens descended upon Montgomery, Alabama in support of the full and respected rights of all Americans.
After the much pragmatically colossal and inimical Republican Party convention in which the problem confronting the nation and its people were of inconsequentialities to McCain and his surrogates, it is ridiculous and at the same time realistically unthinkable that his pundits are now expecting him to change his campaign slogan to that of change.
What does McCain know or understand about change? The fact that he wholly supports the policies and ideological base of the incumbent make his argument about change as nonentity as the argument that people should be color blind in the country.
I have never supported the candidacy of any individual that have so much faith and trust in maintaining the status quo that President George Bush has gotten the country into- a socio-economic squalor that defy all logic especially in context of the vast potential that the country possesses which could have helped transform the country from its pathetic dependence on China, foreign energy and at the same time the prevailing archaism and dogmatism of its foreign policies articulations.

"I've been a Republican my entire life, but I strongly believe that Senator Obama is a leader who will get our country back on the right track," said Ellen Dehn, a retired small business owner from Hatton, ND. "With the challenges that our middle class families are facing here in North Dakota, this election presents a clear choice: more of the same failed economic policies of the Bush administration or the change we need."
The initial membership of North Dakota Republicans for Obama includes, among others, a Registered Nurse, a former Truck Driver, an Insurance Agent, a Waitress, a Teacher and a retired Postal Worker. While each has their own reasons for supporting the Democratic candidate in this election, they all agree that change needs to be brought to Washington and that Barack Obama and Joe Biden are the ones who can and will bring that change.
All North Dakota Republicans who agree that change needs to be brought to Washington are welcome and encouraged to join. You can learn more about where Barack stands on the issues and sign up to join North Dakota Republicans for Obama at ND.BarackObama.com/ndrepublicans.
The candidacy of Sen. Obama as the next president and commander in chief of the United State of America cannot be either over emphasize or taken for granted as a result of its implications for the entire human race and furthermore the test of true democracy based on objectivity, humanity and patriotism.
In a recent article written on one of the national newspaper in Nigeria, the most populous nation in the Africa and the largest conglomeration of black community, the writer precisely and adequately attempt to reflect and postulate the essentiality of an Obama candidacy in light of his universality and outstanding acceptability even in farther continent like Asia, let alone Europe and the others (http://www.thisdayonline.com/nview.php?id=121184).
He further draws the conclusion that if the Americans are willing to elect Obama as the president, it will send a concrete message to mankind that invariably will signify the need for the miniaturization if not annihilation of racism and other forms of inimical discriminations.
On the home from, the candidacies of Obama has both redemptive and at the same time the goal of reclaiming the country from its current socio-economic and political abysmal conditions and scenarios. The redemption is in context of America living up to the ideal of its founding father by exercising the ideology of fundamental human right, the components that deals with man equality, justice and the opportunity to dream and relentlessly pursue such dream to its logical conclusion and to the enhancement of humanity and not otherwise.

For the sake of democracy, continuity, unity, commonality and above all patriotism, Sen. Clinton took the giant step to pragmatically quiet the pundits that have attacked her following the conclusion of the Democratic Party primary by emphatically and unequivocally rallying behind the candidacy of Sen. Obama.
This action of hers require lots of courage, wisdom, selflessness and sacrifices in order to make the world of America better than the last almost eight years and also projecting into the next first four years of Sen. Obama as the next commander in chief.

I am Amanda Kubik. In 1997 I was a high school sophomore in North Dakota. That spring, the Red River flooded its banks and devastated Fargo and Grand Forks. In our saddest and soggiest hour, I saw my generation, my friends, come to life. We’ve moved on from filling sandbags to raising money for a myriad of causes, to signing up for AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps. And even serving our country in Iraq and Afghanistan. We feel a sense of urgency to make this country the America we grew up believing in. So when I hear that people doubt the impact of young people, I know they don’t know our powerful potential. But Senator Obama knows. Before the caucuses, the campaign sent staffers to North Dakota. That had never happened before. That team engaged young people, tapping into our potential. Until then, we were unregarded and the result was voter apathy among us. That has changed. Thanks to Barack Obama, young people got involved and found our voices. Across the nation, thousands of students and young professionals are uniting on campuses and in coffee shops, organizing, speaking out and running for local office. We are making our change visible. The victory of Barack Obama and Joe Biden in November may be the first presidential election where the youth vote and our activism play a decisive role, but I guarantee it won’t be the last. We are a generation who grew up believing yes, we can do anything, or as we sometimes say up in Fargo, “Ya sure, ya betcha.” For the better, we young patriots will change our country, and Barack Obama is the change we need to do it.

The Obama Campaign Wednesday announced the creation of "Rural Leaders for Obama," a committee of 40 rural residents of North Dakota, including farmers, teachers, and elected officials from rural communities across the State. The Rural Leaders will lead a statewide effort to communicate to North Dakota's rural communities Barack Obama's plan to strengthen rural America.
The announcement of the committee followed the beginning of the Obama campaign's rural tour in North Dakota, which kicked off with a roundtable discussion in Dickinson with undecided rural voters and Obama supporters, and led by Congressman Earl Pomeroy. The tour continued Wednesday with a roundtable discussion in Bismarck and was followed with events later in the week in Valley City, Jamestown and Minot.
