Early Voting for the entire state of Florida has just been extended.
Every Early Vote location in Florida will now be every day from 7am-7pm up through November 2.

Effective immediately, early voting sites will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., through Friday, October 31, 2008, and for a total of 12 hours between 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 1, and 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, 2008. "I have spoken with the Secretary of State and members of the Florida Legislature and have concluded that it is always the right thing to do to give voters every opportunity to cast a ballot," Governor Crist said. "I have a responsibility to the voters of our state to ensure that the maximum number of citizens can participate in the electoral process, and that every person can exercise the right to vote." Prior to the 2008 General Election, Florida has seen historic numbers of Floridians registering to vote for the first time. In addition, record numbers of voters have chosen to cast a ballot during early voting. Early voting began on October 20 and runs through November 2. Current Florida law allows for early voting to be conducted eight hours per day on each weekday, and for a total of eight hours during both weekends during the early voting period. Floridians can contact their county's Supervisor of Elections for dates, times and locations of early voting. Florida voters can also request absentee ballots to be mailed to them until October 29. In the Church of old in the golden days of a past generation before the Praise Wave moved across the Country. The Church of old would sing with loud refrain, "Jordan River, I am bound to cross, I got one more river to cross!" Election Day is November 4, 2008 We have one more river to cross. Crossing Jordan is not an easy task!
We must deal with one who finished second and who want to force themselves upon our Cool, Calm, Candidate who does not sling mud, and hate speech! Senator Barack Obama represents the Change that we can believe in! Away with the division, by race, gender! One More River To Cross! As Obama-knights we must move with the same grace, stride, calmness, coolness as our Candidate and President of these United States of America, Just One More River To Cross!
We must move from this point to Denver! Oh the Jordan is Deep and Wide it is almost like a Steeple Chase Race full of obstacles and hurdles that seem to appear and reappear out of know where. Just One More River To Cross!
We must move from Denver to D-Day November 4, 2008, to the Electoral College, to the Selection of A Cabinet, Staff and Etc. Finally of course I-Day January 20, 2009, The Big Day No more George Bush, No More John McCain! Just One More River to Cross! We are Crossing over One by One! These past few days, weeks, all be it, this past month has been a time of testing, and the trying of ones Faith, Hope and Love! Many of us who support Senator Obama has shown through the good times and when the right and the left was throwing the Kitchen Sink at our Candidate, many walked away and walked with us No More! Many lost Hope and the Yes We Can Spirit! Today we must move on with a Renewed Since of Faith, Hope, and Love! We have the Audacity to Keep Hope Alive!
We must Stay with the Olde Ship of Obama! We can not give in, nor can we give up! We must Keep Hope Alive! Yes We Can! We can do all things through Him who strengthens us! We are Renewed, We are Revived! We have been Restored! We are on the move now. I know it must shake us when we hear such horrible things, Just Words! Coming out of the mouth of those who believe that they have a right to be and to become at all cost, so they just throw in everything including the Kitchen Sink!
Why must we stay with the Ship of Obama? Because it is the only ship that will land us safely on the shores of life! We cannot be moved by horrible, hurtful, hateful words, Remember these are Just Words! These Words sometimes tear at the very fiber of our core, these words sometimes even divide us. But these words must not never ever conquer our spirit and our sense of Hope! That's all that we have! So we continue to Sail on the Olde Ship of Obama! Keep Hope Alive! Yes We Can! Yes We Can! Yes We Can!
