I couldn't be more thrilled to see this day! I only wished I could have donated or supported Obama through his campaign but, I'm sure that with alot of you and through the hard times, I could not afford to do so. However, the only support I could offer was that of prayer and it looks as if it paid off!! God does listen! =]
We have a long way to go but, I'm confident that Obama will make us proud, as I know that Grandma Toots would be proud of him at this very moment!
I'm overwhelmed and my confidence in the U.S. has soared to new heights!!! God bless all of you who supported Obama and who brought him to be the next President of the United States of America!!!
Early Voting for the entire state of Florida has just been extended.
Every Early Vote location in Florida will now be every day from 7am-7pm up through November 2.

In addition, record numbers of voters have chosen to cast a ballot during early voting. Early voting began on October 20 and runs through November 2. Current Florida law allows for early voting to be conducted eight hours per day on each weekday, and for a total of eight hours during both weekends during the early voting period. Floridians can contact their county's Supervisor of Elections for dates, times and locations of early voting. Florida voters can also request absentee ballots to be mailed to them until October 29. We have been signwaving since the 11th of July. It has been a neat way to gather new supporters and visit those you have known for awhile!!! We suspect that once the weather cools, more will join in the fun!!! It's a hoot and a toot!!!

I cant find anything positive in 8 years of the Bush term, and I have been looking high and low. This alone tells us that a CHANGE in direction is needed Now! This change will not be coming from the Republican candidate., because as much as he tells us he is not, he is attached at the hip to President Bush. We must Change the way we do buisness in Washington, and all come together and work toward a common goal, to make this country what it was meant to be for ALL people.
