I've been in a financial hardship for the past several months due to a major job loss. In this time, I have consistently put in resumes, conducted follow-up calls, and made in-person visits hoping to land a stable position. Unfortunately, the economy is not cooperating with me; nor are prospective employers, who can't afford to take on more workers. So here I am...I'm hanging on by a thread but I still believe that our President, for whom I voted, is still going to turn this country around in a positive way.
That's why it's so critical that even if you're not in the best financial shape, healthy constitution, or otherwise, we must ALL do our part by participating in EVENTS that make a statement and create a buzz to generate REAL support for the issues in which we believe. My primary goal is to get a universal health care program installed in our governmental system -- if all else fails, I'll opt for the public option -- meanwhile, some politicians and media talking heads are trying to say that it can't be done.
They're trying to say that we "can't" have it.
They're trying to say that they don't care about us.
They're trying to say that we don't matter.
Well, we DO MATTER. And God willing, if we put our hearts, minds, and spirits together, we CAN get this thing off the ground. Sittting at home yelling at the news channel is not going to accomplish anything. Sitting at our desks, keying rants and raves about how we feel is not going to get it done.
The ONLY WAY we CAN GET REAL HEALTH CARE REFORM is if we PUT OUR THOUGHTS and WORDS to ACTION. Participate in events, organize events, help orchestrate a candlelight vigil, a rally, a sit-in, a march...DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to MAKE THEM LISTEN.
We will not go gently into the night. We will not fade into the sunset...TODAY IS OUR TIME. WE ARE THE ONES WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!! LET'S GET GOING!!!
Peace!!!

Living and working in St. Louis Mo. I encounter daily the social ills that is pervasive in this community, such as poverty, homelessness, a failing school system, and crime. In the past I would just ignore these huge blights in the city's landscape and would take a non-chalant attitude towards the sufferings of my neighbors. Now that I know more about my duties as a citizen of a free democracy and since I have taken the time to research why huge disparities exist in my community, I stand outraged! Therefore, I encourage other outraged activists who want to see change in our community on a grassroots level, to join us as we plan a community wide democratic deliberation on poverty in the St. Louis region.

Cable news and right wing blogs are swarming with the revisionist history on the New Deal. Arm yourself against lies, spin and propaganda by reading info from a number of sources.
Here down a article about this topic. [Media Matters is a progressive media watchdog and fact checking organization which has received accolades from numerous sources (except the right wing media which often gets debunked by Media Matters).]
The link to digg it and for article: Conservatives Cherry-Pick 1930s Unemployment Figures
Summary: Columnists Mona Charen and George Will continued a trend among conservative media of responding to comparisons between the current economic situation and that of the 1930s and between Barack Obama and FDR by attacking the New Deal. In separate columns, both Charen and Will cherry-picked unemployment figures to assert that the New Deal did not reduce unemployment. But historians and progressive economists have noted that unemployment fell every year of the New Deal except during the 1937-38 recession; further, Nobel-laureate Paul Krugman has said it was a reversal of New Deal policies, not a continuance of them, that contributed to rising unemployment in 1937 and 1938.

A picture from me to say goodbye from most bad president of US and all neocons. We can only hope many people will long enough remember. Bush had a lot bad gifts for the change! Let's take care the poor and normal people will not have to pay now too much after the rich made profit in good time! And what's with impeachment now?! What's with hidden knowledge of Sept. 11 2001?[ Maybe an explanation of picture: it's made like an "egg laying wool milk sow" a metaphorical-idiomatic term in Germany]
Yeah, and here you can see something new about neocons were bringing to us - for me to say: don't forgive Bush and neocons and there is still a lot to work of. We will and can do this too - Yes we can!I got now message too like "If anybody can clean up the mess bush left, it's President Obama." - Yes and Obama likes people helping still to do the work - help him! We were a big and strong movement and so people got knowledge back how strong people can be together! Dad, thanks for loving me.
Like the Sun you never had.
Like for me you would die.
Dad, thanks for making me smile,
When you wanted to cry.
Thanks for all your dedication and commitment.
Thanks for being my foundation.
After you and Mom failed to see eye to eye.
Thanks for standing by me.
You gave me footprints of example;
You proof to me everyday
That there is no failure if I try.
You’re my role model.
A treasure box in my life.
Dad, thanks.
You'll always be
Apart of my journey; apart of me.
For you’re. My Dad. My Hero.

Hi
This is where the testimony of hope, laughter and love comes in. She is like a summer breeze my mother (Hehe). When my mother learned of the possibility of me being (shhh lets not say it) she sign and said, "Mmm, you might be able to get unemployment". Without hesitation my respond was, "Mom, even unemployment will start layoffs".
Don't panic, laught it out. Seriously, whatelse are you going to do. In no shape or form is stress the answer. You deserve to laugh until you cry. My Mom sure did and that made me happy. God bless her. It was like watching Uma Thurman in the end of KB 2, when she was on the bathroom floor.
Sometime our dreams travel to the bed of winter.
Covered by snowflakes and unforgiving winter storms.
With only a minor spark unfrozen,
Waiting. Waiting. Waiting to explode.
Sometime we ignore this
While, blinded by our stupidity
Or crippled by our circumstances
But these are not time for boundaries,
Nether was yesterday orr tomorrow
But empowerment.
For life is not an entrapment
Designed for failure Or is it?
Sometime we may think this.
For even the mistakes of our forefather
Carve our repercussion and we should never be blinded of this.
Still, how much more shall we give?
How much time shall we try only to feel defeated and denied?
I wonder, is a thousand times infinity enough?
So, when nothing is left but pain and anguished
When nothing is left
But a sparks from an abundant dream and memories.
When nothing is left but death and defeat
Or so it seem... Shall, we not raise?

First at all: congratulations. WE GOT IT
To keep on: is time to think about that economy needs. It is our main problem to solve. This is what I think we need just now:
We have seen how banks and companies got money from the goberment to solve their problems. they can be healthy, have the best products for everybody, but just now they need people that can buy those products. It is time to change tha mainds of some people: without consummers no economy can be restructured or saved. People needs money to spend in the products that are being offered.
Some people needs jobs, but big and little bussiness need people spending money, it never mind if consummers have a job or not. Just as people begin to spend, bussiness begin to work and grow up and they would need employees. At the same time, some other new bussiness are possible as consummer exist again and people gets more money because they re working.
This is the way we need to walk, but the most conservative people would not like this way. We must do they understand that it is the only way we can walk.

next post in my main blog about "Change for better world" - here i collected some movies from this day and shortly before.

Please, ckick this link to see the movies:
The change - Obama Acceptance Speech - Change is come to America
[But of course - it's just beginning with the change, there is a lot to do. Please stay in touch, however we do that, through these groups or some other way. ]
Just tomorow is the day. So we can not face the pass, only ask for the last votes, no body can forget to vote for Obama.
To look for the future, we must now what is happening nad think obut what to do. Here you are some of my suggestions about the future:
A new policy must be done in economy. First, we need a new policy about food production. It is not profitable as it is a hole where public money falls. The farmer and the country man must be the head of companies that transforms their products into cooked food, constructions materials, plastics, energy sources... a simple tomato can be got in a cheaper way from any country else and the people that sells it, greengroser or the person that sells to the greengroser, will never buy it where it is more spensive. So, the farmer only can transform his production or sell it in the nearer markets.
Some people thinks companies needs reductions in thir taxes. It is a mistake. They need buyers for their products, so salaries must grow up, as any sotial help for poor people. Reductions in taxes are saves when you earn money, but never if you cannot sell. You need buyers for your products, never the little money given as a direct help in a moment. Any company needs day to day buyers for it´s products.
We also need new markets where today are deslocaliced factories. Those factories are sometimes the only places where slavery survives. So they get unestability. We lived this at the end of XIX century and the beginin of XX century. Please, think about it and the solution will get to you: transform deslocaliced production into new markets.
Do we need some taxes to be growed up? Yes. Think obout that taxes the most important companies are paying. They must grow but not into a nonsense. Those companies can avoid that Higher taxes just by the creation of new companies in USA or giving money to that people that want to get their own company. They can be also asociated with those person that want a new bussines. In this way, they avoid taxes, earn some money more and helps to avoid unemploiment.

I have triplet daughters, aged 17 months. My wife and I were blessed to have them after 10 years of of being barren and thinking we would never have a child. Many times we were so demoralized that our marriage was suffering because of it. But what does this have to do with an election? I'll tell ya.
Finally etting pregnant and successfully having the triplets changed all that. We were a couple again, we could face the future with a sense of promise and excitement.
How important this election is for the country and my family crystallized when I heard Barack Obama speak during an event in the Primary season. He filled me with hope. He inspired me. He was intelligent and thoughtful. I realized that I didn't want just a good President to help me, protect my girls and help us grow, I wanted an exceptional President.
I turned to my wife and said, "this guy inspires me the way, my parents used to talk about JFK inspring them."
With so much at stake now, for my young daughters, my entire family, my community and our nation, its time we turned the page. Its time we we swept the decks clean and started anew. There's so much work to be done, we can't start a moment too soon to fix all that has broken in the last eight years.
There comes a time in every person’s life when he must choose between right and wrong. Ultimately, this decision will not come easy, nor should it be based upon preconceptions or conformed views and values that have been impressioned upon us. The choice between right and wrong will be fraught by men and women from all walks of life – every age, every creed, every hierarchy, every religious denomination or non-denomination – every one. This choice is not about being with us or with them, rather, coming together to form one united voice of reason. E Pluribus Unum – out of many, one; and that is what will make all the difference in not only our lives, but our entire lifetime and the legacies that we have born.
The decision will not be based on familiar standards of marred prejudism, but upon the essence of achieving a common goal with the intention of rising to meet the higher moral ground. For what and who are you really voting? Before you answer that question, I want you to carefully contemplate your decision. Notwithstanding popularity, are you basing your opinion and thoughts on past reverences? More over, is your opinion a reflection of you and your lifestyle?
Once, I met a wise, older clergyman, who told me the reason why man is mortal. He said that we, as the human race, live with two spheres of thought. He went onto say that we were created to self-destruct because we have not yet reached a state of absolute awareness and acceptance: The same mind that desires love is the same mind that creates war. The same mind that builds neighborhoods for the impoverished is the same mind that eagerly destroys communities. The same mind that openly gives at church is the same mind that covertly demands payment from the poor. The same mind that candidly preaches against immorality is the same mind that contentedly practices it. The moral of this quandary is that while human beings are born without preconceptions and prejudice, the more we grow in life, the more we are exposed to the external and internal “demons” that riddle our minds with negativity and disinformation.
As human beings, we analyze and process the information that is placed before us. In this modern age, we acquire data from immeasurable sources. While some of these records may be fact or fiction, statistically, we tend to navigate back toward our own preconceived views. It’s not that we intentionally seek to destroy our livelihood -- rather, because of the fear that has been ingrained in our hearts and minds; we so aptly migrate toward the negativity that exists around us, in us, and through us.
When you walk into the voting booth, ask yourself: who reflects me, my heart, and my mind? Think quietly to yourself and reach into the core of your emotional, logical, and spiritual sides. Remember, there are always two spheres of the mind at war with one another. The one side advocates hope, the other deflects it as the devil’s advocate. To what side of the sphere is your higher consciousness drawn?
If you are pro-life, you cannot be pro-war. Pro-life represents opposition to abortion, and right to life. However, many in the pro-life movement sardonically support the death penalty, are against euthanasia, and advocate the maiming and killing of innocent civilians in war time. Talk about double-standards. If you advocate economic growth, you cannot support tax cuts for the very wealthy and costly health insurance policies. When we truly learn how economic growth is stimulated (aside from trade), we discover that the reduction of poverty in this world is due to a number of reasons; including the humanist movement (volunteer organization that promotes nonviolence and nondiscrimination), the revolution of science, the spread of liberalism (social progress via reform and law changes; rather than by revolution), and rewarding labor and investments.
There are, of course, many reasons why individuals choose a particular candidate. Perhaps the choice is predominantly based on appearances; yet appearances can be quite deceptive- albeit, the safer choice for some. But let’s go beyond physical attributes, however. When we do, and we recognize the person for whom he or she is, and we really believe that the candidate represents who we are as individuals, then we should indeed vote our conscience. No man or woman has the power to control your freewill. That is the one spiritual feature, separate from organized religion, which distinguishes you and me from so many.
The God I know is a Divine catalyst, who offers a constant source of higher and inspirational wisdom. He does not expel people by the color of his skin; nor does He reward people for their monetary contributions. And when He views this world, He sees those who have advocated life and compassion on all realms of the equation. For in life, there are no true “rights” or “wrongs,” rather, an extraordinary journey into achieving a centered life that reflects your true intentions on the good that you can and will leave behind on this Earth.
For what and who are you really voting? Which of the two candidates reflect who you truly are? I, for one, believe in peace and equality for all people. The choice is clear; but are you ready to accept your inherent position in the higher evolution of mankind?I appreciate those who thought not of themselves, and took the valuable time to read this small token from my heart. My hope is that this piece of literature has made a positive impact on your life.

I have tryed to write here about economy. but now is time to writ about something better. The candidate to the presidence we have choosed is the best. He never mind presidence when people needs him. He has gone to visit his granmother when she needs him. So, once in the presidence, we will erok for poeple, for his country, not for personal interes or for his friends and family. he is what we need.
We need a very good solution and this solution is Barack Obama, the best candidate.
