Ok so, I was told today...someone please tell me it isn't so....that Barack is planning to pay off Hillary's $20 million debt that she built up running for the nomination. NO WAY!!! And please tell me that he's not going to use money that he raised for his campaign. First of all, Hillary shouldn't have been spending money that she knew wasn't there and wouldn't be there. Second, I'd be mad if I'd given money to Barack and now found out that he's going to give it to the one who tried her damndest to ruin him. Since winning the nomination on Tuesday, I've received three emails asking for donations for the Obama campaign....and that's ok. I was planning to give money as well until hearing this news about him bailing out Hillary. No one pays my bills...I have to be responsible with my money...why shouldn't she have to do the same?
Someone....please tell me I'm wrong...that he's not going to give Hillary money.
I am voting for Barack Obama because I believe he will give the country back to the people. I trust him to be a true servant of the people and only when the country is given back to its people can we achieve a true Golden Age. Many countries have had their Golden Periods but we have confused being a Super Power with having a Golden Age. They are not the same. Our Golden Age requires us to protect our right to privacy and up hold our constitution. Our Golden Age requires us to be a country strong enough not to use torture to obtain intel. Our Golden Age requires us to be able to criticize our leaders decisions without being called unpatriotic.
Barack Obama was a civil rights lawyer not a litigation lawyer and that matters. I feel that the U.S. constitution, civil rights and free speech will be honored by him. I trust him to be at the top of the ticket because if he is, we will win more Democratic seats in the House and the Senate. If we win more seats he will have a clear and honest mandate and we as a country will be able to get things done. When we start getting things done we as a country move forward. Only once we move forward can we move toward Americas Golden Age.
Oh and by the way, he is the only candidate who depends on getting new voters involved, the others depend on working only with the status quo. They depend on the same old politics to win and that means leaving other people out of the process.

You and your votes will control the popular vote. You can set the tone of the rest of the election. Please turnout beyond record numbers. Please give us 80%-100% voter turnout. Your votes matter. You are the end of this chapter in history and you are more important than we think. Show us people who love to vote. Your population maybe small but turning out in high percentages will make you surpass PR in voters. Make these points clear. Your states are in play, your votes matter, and you support Barack Obama for president.
