Hon. Eric Holder Attorney General U.S. Department of Justice 950 Pennsylvania Ave. Washington, D.C., 20530-0001 Dear Attorney General Holder: As you are only too painfully aware, housing in the U.S. has been the linchpin of the current economic crisis. The American Homeowners Resource Center is a nationwide grassroots organization dedicated to the American homeowner, and has been working on these problems for almost 20 years. We have seen corruption in all facets of the housing market. In homeowner associations where 55 million Americans now live, we have documented the corruption betweeen politicians, the lawyers who farm homeowner associations, and judges who invariably rule for the association against the homeowner. We have seen a gross violation of the civil rights of homeowners which has resulted in them losing their homes and their lives - literally. We have seen how a giant fraud has infected the entire body politic and economic. From the savings and loan scandal of the 1980's up until today, the fraudsters have piled scheme upon scheme to mass massive personal wealth for themselves at the expense of citizens. We are wondering what they are planning as an encore. Developers bribe politicians to approve the zoning for their vast housing developments. The bankers then provide the mortgages at teaser rates to get citizens to buy the homes, and pocket the sumptuous commissions. (Some of the million dollar homes in foreclosure in Southern California were owned by those who peddled the sub-prime mortgages.) The lawyers then move in to convert homeowner associations into cash registers for themselves, piling regulation upon regulation so that they can fine the homeowner, and carry out non-judicial foreclosures on the homeowners when they cannot afford the outrageous fines and lawyers' fees, and conspire with the politicians to pass laws to make all this legal. When the homeowner goes to court, the judges invariably side with the homeowner association and its lawyers. (Some of these very same lawyers have acted as commissioners in such cases.) The judges then grant hundreds of thousands in legal fees to these lawyers against the homeowners. If a lawyer has the courage and integrity to stick up for homeowners, the judicial system goes after him/her with a vengeance. The following documentation regarding one such lawyer, Richard Fine, will show the depth of corruption of the legal system, which violates the constitution and laws as if they did not exist. Such activity will continue with impunity unless you take decisive and immediate action to stop it. The current crisis which we are in, is not simply economic. Indeed, the economic crisis flows from the political, legal and cultural virus that has infected every part of our society. Unless you promptly use the many tools at your disposal, the damage to our society will far exceed that which may be caused by an external enemy. Hence, we are writing as a "follow up" to previous requests by homeowners to institute grand juries to investigate wrongdoing over "homeowner issues" in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties as a beginning. We realize that there are many items on your plate, but as housing is central to the current crisis, we hope that you will place a high priority on these matters. We would appreciate your prompt response both on the above matters, and the following case study of a lawyer who tried to do something, and what happened to him. It is sent as a formal criminal complaint for violation of the "implied right to honest services", (28 U.S.C. § 1346) and other appropriate statutes against the following individuals, and a request that the Department of Justice open an investigation of them: Sincerely, Elizabeth McMahon - Publisher American Homeowners Resource Center P. Today, you took the oath of office as President of the United States, and swore to uphold its Constitution. We, the homeowners of America, endorsed and voted for you in overwhelming numbers because you promised to take care of the people, you promised to end the war, you promised to make the U.S. a country of principle in foreign affairs, and you promised that it would not be politics as usual in Washington. We recognize that being a candidate for the presidency and being president are not the same thing. We saw that change in you on election night on November 4, 2008. You were no longer asking us to give you the power. You now had the power. It was a sobering moment for you and us. Over the past 10 weeks since your election, we have seen you change from being the fiery speaker, to the circumspect politician who appointed his cabinet. Most of the appointees were from the politics-as-usual school. We have seen you back down from your campaign pledge to end the tax-breaks for the rich because you did not want to ruffle the feathers of the Republicans. Apparently, that means more to you than the plight of millions of Americans who are without jobs and homes. We have heard you say that George Bush is a good man. Yet he has caused the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people in Iraq, lost over 4000 U.S. troops, and produced tens of thousands of cripples among U.S. service personnel. How can that be a good man? You are now committing the nation to a deeper war in Afghanistan. Will that be another Vietnam? How many more billions will we pay on wars that - in your words - are "dumb"? Hundreds of millions are being spent on your inauguration. If you were hungry and homeless and without health insurance, what would you think about that? The hopes which you raised in your campaign can evaporate as quickly. When your nominess for Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, stated that your administration would marry principle with pragmatism, it sent a warning shot across the bow of many homeowners. Is every principle subject to being bent to the whims of pragmatism? Does that mean that you would sometimes torture? There are some principles that are above pragmatism. We hope that you remember this. We must all look to the future, but looking to the past can provide a lot of insight for the future. He who does not know history, is condemned to relive its mistakes. Corruption is rampant among lawyers and judges in this country. Will you have the Justice Department crack down on that? Corruption is rampant in every nook and cranny of Wall Street and corporate America. Will you have the Justice Department crack down on that? If we only look to the future, we are prisoners of the past. We also hope that you will help the millions of homeowners who are struggling with falling home prices and trying to pay their mortgages in the midst of unemployment and recession. Giving money to banks has clearly not worked. Why not try helping homeowners? They are the ones who are drowning. The homeowners of America, especially the 55 milliion who live in homeowner associations, have suffered many abuses in preceding years. They have been targets of foresclosure scams by lawyers, aided by judges who do not practice justice and politicians who live off the lawyers' largesse. We recognize that you face daunting challenges ahead, and we wish you well. We hope that you will honor your pledges in your campaign, so that more pain is not inflicted on the people of America.
First of all, congratulations on being elected President of the United States. Your steadiness of temperament, insight, and freedom from the intellectual and attitudinal shackles of the past appealed to a people tired of the self-defeating mindset of those who have ruined this country with their greed, selfishness and self-aggrandizement. The people of this country clearly wanted a new beginning, not to jettison the wisdom of the past, but to rescue it from those who had trampled it underfoot in their headlong rush for obscene wealth at the expense of the people. You have recognized that the economy is the most urgent priority facing this country. You have also recognized that it was the fraud, corruption and abuse in the housing market that triggered the current catastrophe where Americans are losing their homes, jobs and life-savings. The purpose of this letter is to highlight some of the central causes of this crisis so that it will never inflict such pain on the American people again. The American Homeowners Resource Center ("AHRC") was established in 1990 to be a voice for the ordinary American homeowner. It is a non-profit, grassroots, nationwide group of homeowners who seek to protect the American home from the predatory grasp of those who seek to commoditize the home for their own nefarious purposes. In 1997, AHRC created a website ( www.ahrc.com ) to better enable homeowners to share their experiences, publish their ideas on how to improve communities, and to unmask corruption when they found it. It has grown by leaps and bounds, and the website today averages 100,000 hits a day, or 3 million a month. While AHRC has had a particular focus on the 55 million Americans who live in homeowner associations, its range of interest encompasses the entire housing market.AHRC believes that a number of principles must guide a nation's policies towards housing.First, and most importantly, a home is a sacred place. We believe that you know this from your own experience. It is where Americans live, move and have their being. It is where they raise families, share their most precious moments, most profoundly live out their lives, and experience that sense of freedom without which no person can truly be said to be fully human and happy.Second, as a corollary to this first principle, no federal, state or local economic or social policy can undermine or conflict with this fundamental goal. In particular, homes cannot be commoditized and made into economic pawns for the wealthification of the few. We have seen how this practice of securitizing mortgages has led to the downfall of the economy both in this country and around the world.Third, the role of government in housing has to be as non-intrusive as possible. Its role is to protect and serve, not dominate and control. In homeowner associations - which have mushroomed in the last 50 years - the latter has predominated. Homeowner associations are private government that intrude on a citizen's life more than any other branch of government. They dictate what flowers you can plant, whether you can install a basketball hoop, whether you can fly the American flag - and fine you if you dare to do any of these things. And if you do not pay the fine, they will send their lawyers after you, who will rack up thousands in legal fees, and foreclose on your home if you not pay. In effect, the American home has been converted into a cash register for the numerous grasping hands of lawyers and other vendors with the connivance of judges. This letter is not the place for a full exposition of the problems in the housing market. If you desire it, we will be happy to provide any further information that you need. However, there is one particular aspect that we would like to draw to your attention. We recognize that you are in the midst of drawing a group of people around you to help you with the many issues that face you as the new President. We also recognize that your task requires the hiring of quality people, and that this task is a massive one, demanding the screening of countless candidates. To help you in that task, we would like to suggest the names of some people whom you should NOT hire. We list them here for a variety of actions that they have taken in the housing field. But the common element is that they all have not protected the sanctity of the American home. We will be happy to provide details if necessary.Willie Brown, former speaker of the California AssemblyGray Davis, former governor of CaliforniaJackie Speier, congresswoman from CaliforniaGov. Napolitano, governor of Arizona. This is only a small, partial list. A more comprehensive one can be provided upon request. In addition, other homeowners from around the country will be contacting you with other names from their parts of the country. We know that the task facing you in so many areas is daunting. But as a home is built brick by brick, so a nation is built by the contributions of each citizen, however small. We hope that the above helps in the re-building of a nation that has been ravaged beyond recognition in recent years. We pray that your resolve will not falter as you begin this massive task of reconstruction.

The rich has always depended on the lower income classes to help them stay rich. Rich people have always victimized and defrauded the America’s poor. The rich has defrauded the poor for decades out of their money. It’s just being exposed now.
My question would be why the rich is relying on the “poor” communities to keep them rich? It has caused a wide void of resources in the poor communities statewide and nationwide, which has affected not only the individual, but employment for the “grassroots” poor and rural communities, and other small business and organizations; it has also stripped the public of fair and impartial rendering of services from local, state and governmental organizations that get thousands and millions of dollars to fill the void of disparity, homelessness, hunger and other economic struggles that hurt the people in the lower income classes so much.
Senator Obama, we need for real change. The rich has found a way to rig the votes to stop us again, our attempts to vote has turned into fraud. The poor and captive have fought and died to have the right to vote, and yet, some wise guy or gal can take a vote away by fraudulent means. It is against the “poor” people to have the right to vote for whom they choose—you.
The wealthy and the rich still feel you are not experienced enough to battle the issues of victimization or the fraud in the economy, money, credit, health care, our judicial systems, and other predatory issues. There are more of us than it is of them, and the Republicans are scared, what do they know about victimization and fraud in the low income communities? Not anything.
Consider doing away with securitization of mortgages and credit; the IOU’s, it has done no good in this society. Wall Street shows us that. Wall Street is using scare tactics to get the public to help them back into the game of theft upon the citizens of the United States again.
Credit (using other people’s money) has caused this whole world economy to fail. In the 1930’s was the great depression; in 1991 was another economic depression as well, now in the year of 2008, we are back to where history has repeated itself.
There is a war for Civil rights, war against mortgage fraud, foreclosure fraud, predators lending services and bankruptcy fraud, big corporations and agencies are the culprits in America and no one in the judicial system will help, men and women hide behind black robes pretending to give fair and impartial hearings without due process or access to justice. Senator Obama, we need real change the predators are eating us alive.
We the poor cannot get heard, the media is out of our reach. They are listening to the rich and the “other” blue collar workers that defraud the system through having businesses that are illegitimate and “unlicensed,” but they have big bank in their pockets, and pretending to be poor. They are getting heard even when they have been caught.
What about the brown, red and the other color collar workers, that are legitimate, that are licensed, when they will be heard, who are these people. Do the media care? Does anybody really care? The grassroots communities are the bottom of the food chain where the rich feed to get richer and the poor gets poorer.
Nothing is what it seems, we are denied the right to stand up, speak up or to speak out. We have really been duped to have real education, and to have support about this issue is rare. Everything is a lie from the law to the economy, there is nothing left to do, but to start all over. Now that would be real change.
There are small organizations that cannot get any funding because of the “big shot” organizations that collect thousands and millions of dollars from our government surplus, they are the reason we have a void in the communities at large.
Money is being pocketed, and less of the needy are being helped. Says who? “ The people writing at Ahrc.com, Families and Victims of Fraud, Wendy Clardy Ministries, Al Maun and many more up front and out spoken organizations” says it, ask us and we will tell you who it is, if you really want to know we are located on the internet contact us. Get our views on what is really going this is big news.
We need help to stop big corporations and organizations that are driven to help the needy and the poor by using economic duress tactics, by taking away their livelihood, life savings, homes, families, and the use of fear tatics that causes a lack of confidence in these communites to stand up for change. They keep the poor in economic hardship so they can spending money frivolously.
And, those that work for a honest living for these corporations, companies and organizations can not do their jobs that they were employed to do because it is rigged to make money off of the poor. The employees are forced to defraud and victimized the people or lose their jobs, even the employee is victimized to victimize and defraud others. These organizations pretend they have a need or a void to fill when helping the low income communities. They are victimizing families that are not in the system to get more money from our government. The needy and the poor are not getting the help and support they need.
There is a void that needs to be filled: a crack down on victimization and fraud in local, state and governmental agencies that are not doing their jobs according to their company’s policies, most corporations, organizations and agencies are not rendering honest and safe services to the public. This is a public trust and safety issue here in Columbus, Ohio. Senator Obama, look into this, and help us to help you to make real change.
We Need Your Intervention
Dear Pope,
I hope this letter will find favor with you. My name is Wendy W. Clardy, I am from Columbus Ohio. I am writing you for your intervention in a matter that concerns law.
A law that belongs to God, before it was used by man, a law that demands justice, righteousness and praise; a law that is the supreme law on earth and in heaven. I write this letter to bring awareness about Most of our judges and the law—of God. And to bring back the memory of the days of old, where Jesus had told the legalists that they have knowledge of the law, but they oppress the people with this knowledge to keep them in captivity (paraphrasing).
As you have probably heard fraud is prevalent and is upon the courts in America. Most of our judges have turned a blind eye and their backs to the law and have become disobedient to the law of God to uphold the law with honor. Most have shed innocent blood, while splitting hairs with the greedy. There is famine in the land due to a private interpretation of the law. And our judicial systems have made the citizens of America afraid.
I write this letter with love, respect and admiration to you and above all, I come in boldness to speak for the people. We need your intervention. As one that pray and talk to a God in heaven, I know that if I pray and talk hard enough to God, I will find God on earth in a physical body. Since you were chosen to pastor globally the people of America, I know that you hold the keys to freedom and salvation. I know that you hold the rod to righteousness. I know that you hold the keys of control over the minds of the American people, especially the judges.
“We the people” (citizens) of the United States of America need your intervention. Foreclosures are happening at alarming rates, which have left families without homes to go to. The gas bill prices are overwhelming and gas prices are sky high. The effects of the war are felt here in America.
There is no one here to help to protect the common people, because wicked is much in the land and they have out number the righteous, or that the righteous are too afraid to lose their possessions and positions to where they feel they cannot help.
The American people knows when a war starts overseas and in the middle east, a war starts here in America too, and most that know the law have become trespassers of the law and they come out and take America by storm at an alarming rate, by believing they are above the law—God.
They have become pirates and predators on a mission stealing and killing and collecting wealth without a cause. Is there anything you can do to instruct them back to the law; they have made a mockery out of God, his law, and even the Constitution.
The popular website, AHRC.com (The American Homeowner's Resource Center) which stands up for aggrieved homeowners, is at risk of being shut down.
by Danny Shector(American Homeowners Resource Center)
Mediachannel.org appeals to its readers and the independent media community to publicize this issue, appeal to the local press to cover it and to civil liberties groups to defend them. This is an issue of economic justice and free expression in the context of a national foreclosure crisis.
A California website representing homeowners fighting against foreclosures and arbitrary actions by Homeowner Associations is at risk of being shut down in the same way that a muckraking whistle blower site, Wikileaks.org was removed from the internet by a California Judge until a public clamor forced him to reverse himself.
In that case, an off shore bank had brought the action to stop the leaking of alleged improprieties. In this case, realtors and a notoriously anti-homeowner law firm, Peters and Freedman is threatening AHRC.com (The American Homeowner's Resource Center) which stands up for aggrieved homeowners."This case epitomizes the struggle we are in" says Elizabeth McMahon who runs AHRC News based in San Juan Capistrano, California. "It is a conflict between human rights and property rights with avaricious lawyers and corrupted courts trying to silence a voice of homeowners."THE THREAT The Peters and Freedman firm which represents more than 700 homeowners associations is trying to seize the site's domain name as an extension of a battle with a homeowner who insists she is being wronged by the courts who are enforcing the rights of corporately controlled homeowner associations over the rights of property holders. Compounding the problem are state laws, passed by the power of the Real Estate Lobby, that force homeowners to join and pay dues to these company-union type organizations that operate undemocratically and then dictate to them with little right of appeal appeal. This week, Homeowner Association foreclosure lawyers Peters & Freedman are asking an Orange County Superior Court to shut down the homeowners networking, publishing and communications website ahrc.com. The AHRC says they are misrepresenting the facts in a fraudulent manner--in much the same way that subprime loads were made. This case is on appeal but Judge Clay Smith, (who was challenged for bias but did not contest it and hence is removed from the case), signed a judgment for "Sanctions" of $40,000 after homeowners filed a SLAPP suit in their own defense. The case is currently before Commissioner Jane Myers.
THE SITE
Homeowners shunned by local political representatives, local media, and courts began their own media, networking, publishing and communications website ahrc.com in 1997. It soon became a heavily trafficked and popular website for homeowners, media, public officials and businesses reaching 2.5 to 3 million hits a month. It has been relied on by virtually every media organization for information on homeowner associations - including, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX. If the Ahrc.com website is closed down, homeowners around the country would be dramatically impacted because these media organizations would not be able to give information on homeowner associations and homeowner complaints to their readers/viewers.AHRC.com carried no ads and is not a business and receives no funding from government, businesses or individuals. the website is a volunteer grassroots public service effort by several homeowners devoted to providing a voice for homeowners.SOME BACKGROUND
"Peters & Freedman is trying to steal the Ahrc.com website," says Elizabeth McMahon and "shut out information on foreclosure fraud from reaching other homeowners, government officials and the world. Peters & Freedman have been defendants in several RICO and fraudulent foreclosure lawsuits."LINKS TO MORE INFORMATION IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Please investigate the foreclosures in California, Ohio and in other states. For decades America's public officials, lobbyists and political candidates have been telling select audiences that blacks, Hispanics, immigrants, single parents, the disabled - many of who are veterans, and the seniors are by far the most frequent targets of foreclosure scams. Foreclosure industry lawyers and lobbyists use this tragic information to persuade fellow lawmakers to vote for deceptive foreclosure enabling laws and to fool the public and the reporters listening to the government's televised hearings. Political candidates parroted this suffering while falsely promising to protect the "weakest and most vulnerable in our midst".
I was forced to become pro se to my case, because the lawyers I sought whether they were to be retained, pro-bono, or legal aid, they all refused to take my case. They said my case was “too complicated.” I took my case, and did research on it, then learned the language of law, wrote the briefs requesting for a void judgment, because the case was without subject matter for jurisdiction, and no notices, and proceeded from the state court to the Supreme Court of Ohio, and I was told no on all levels. To this very day I have not been legally vacated from the premises of my home and yet, there are other people living in my home.
My case was not complicated; I found through research that there was fraud upon the court, and that other judges were protecting the lower court judge, and others that were involved and responsible for my plight, and in the taking of my home. The Government, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development was involved and they were from Cincinnati, Ohio, they did not do any investigation in my behalf to see if the case was a valid case to proceed in foreclosure, and later I found out by letter from New Albany, New York’s Department of Justice that I was a victim of Financial Institutional Fraud. My case has no jurisdiction here in Columbus, Ohio period, and no one involved in my case will take responsibility for what has happened to me and my family in this predatory issue.
I sought major media to cover this story, but because it had to do with our judicial system involvement—Judges…the documents I gave as proof laid in silent and motionless hands. And, for this very reason I became an advocate, speaking up and, representing for victimized Homeowners. I am the Editor of Ohio Homeowners News. I publish, network and communicate on an interactive website which AHRC News Services started up as a public service in 1997.
Homeowners all over America share news, network, publish and communicate with one another on this site, including some government officials, and businesses. We all work together to help stop the home foreclosure fraud and injustice by exposing who else is just as responsible as the banks, Institutions, Corporations and the government…that includes our judicial systems, they too are just as corrupt and broken, as our Government is.
On February 3, 2008, after AHRC News Services published an editorial giving their reasons for supporting Barack Obama for president, I and several members, from AHRC formed the AHRC Homeowners for Barack Obama. We have joined the millions working to elect Barack Obama. If we listen to what the presidential candidates say, we will be transported into lands of bliss. Yet we listened to past presidential candidates, and where are we? Our economy is in a shambles. More and more American workers face a bleak future as their jobs go overseas.
America is drowning in red ink, as we borrow more and more from overseas. We are mired in a war that we cannot win, and borrow $10 billion a month to keep fighting. 5 soldiers a day on average commit suicide because of the war. So, how can we look into the inner heart and mind of a candidate to see what they truly believe and feel?
The answer is simple. Look at what they have done. For example, on the evening of September 6, 2005, a luxuriously appointed private jet landed in the Central Asian country of Kazakhstan. Inside were a wealthy Canadian business man, Frank Giustra, and former president Bill Clinton. At a banquet with the president of Kazakhstan that evening, Mr. Clinton praised the president of Kazakhstan, and supported him to head O.C.S.E., an international organization that monitor elections and supports democracy. 48 hours later, Frank Giustra, won a stunning contract for 3 uranium mines in Kazakhstan, run by the state-owned Kazatomprom.
Several months later, Frank Giustra donated $31.3 million to Mr. Clinton's foundation. What does this have to do with Hillary Clinton's candidacy? Everything. It must be presumed that she knew where her husband was on the evening of September 6, 2005. It must be presumed that she knew that Frank Giustra donated $31.3 million to her husband's foundation shortly thereafter. So, what is the significance of this? In short, the significance is that the president of Kazakhstan has been charged with running his country very undemocratically. O.C.S.E - the very organization that he sought to head - charged that elections were held in an "atmosphere of intimidation" and "ballot-box stuffing". Yet, Mr. Clinton called the president of Kazakhstan in December 2005 to congratulate him on his "winning" the election with 91% of the vote.
One recognizes the delicate situation between spouses. But, Hillary is asking us to make her president and we are justified in asking whether her commitment to human rights is genuine or simply window-dressing? If this were her only lapse, it might be overlooked, but her long history of courting large corporations such as the pharmaceutical companies and banks establish that she will continue to do so if elected. At her rallies in California, she has had on the stage with her, many of those who have wreaked havoc on homeowners in homeowner associations and created foreclosures - Gray Davis, John Garamendi, and Willie Brown.
Homeowners cannot expect her to be their friend if she gets elected. For the above reasons - and many more that space does not allow - AHRC News Services endorses Barack Obama to be president. This is the first time that AHRC has endorsed any candidate for president. Obama's actions have been consistent with his words. He has not been co-opted by the special interests. His clarity of mind sees beyond the divisive categories of the past. Of all the candidates, he is the only one that seems equipped to lead us into the future. A vote for anybody else is a vote for the past.
This group AHRC Homeowners for Barack Obama consists of homeowners and friends of homeowners and members of American Homeowners Resource Center (AHRC) who while working together to protect America's homes and families will also work and/or contribute to get Obama elected President of the United States of America. After this group was set up on Obama 08 campaign website on Friday February 1, 2008, most homeowners we surveyed want an end to the Clinton-Bush war-foreclosure politics. The Clintons for years have fund raised, campaigned and propped up foreclosure baron politicians like California ex-governor Gray Davis, ex-Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi, Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, California State Assembly Speaker, Fabian Núñez, ex-California Attorney General Bill Lockyer, ex-Speaker of the House Willie Brown and received millions from lawyers who lobby for home foreclosure laws.
The greed of these politicians and corporations has made California, Ohio and other states the homeless, foreclosure and fraud capitol of the world. The analysis and exposure of these crimes and sufferings has disgusted and angered many and motivated them to use their writings and voices to speak in the behalf of all homeowners.
February 27, 2008, the President of Columbus State Community College Will Cops called me and explained to me that I was picked by Bill Clinton to be invited to Senator Hillary Clinton’s town hall meeting, to tell her my story of what happened to me in the predatory lending issue. I spoke to all that was there as the same as I am speaking to you in this letter, about what happened to me, and the local and national media was there to here my story. I not only covered my own story, but Hillary’s town hall meeting too.
Then, I wrote an open letter to Senator Barack Obama because I wished it was him that I had the chance to tell this story to. I believe in Senator Barack Obama and have voted for him anyway, to view this letter, I wrote it on our web site, and on our blog that is on.www.mybarackobama.com.
Please come and visit our web site, and see the concerns we have as homeowners across the board at: http://www.ahrc.com, or contact us at: ahrcnews@ahrc.com or you can call us at: 614-735-1880
Thank you for your time and interest in the American Homeowners concerns.
Sincerely,
Wendy W. Clardy
My Response by Anthony King
Anthony King, a blogger for Senator Obams responded with the following Comment to my letter to Senator Barack Obama:
Could it be that you were selected for this very purpose? To try to use you as a tool? But the real question I have for you is this: Why would you allow yourself to be used as an audience plant? I am not going to question your story because it is happening to a lot of people today. Senator Obama has addressed those issues here:.However, your further question about fear of the judicial system that is in place ties into your question about the Obama campaign. You seem to want to use this as a tool to set up a personal interview for your career more than your vote.IF you are truly concerned about your court system and legal system there, THEN I strongly recommend that you follow and learn from the Obama campaign. This isn't about how Senator Obama can pander to you or me. It is about how you and I can take control of our lives and our government, how we can stop being lied to, how we can stop being used and manipulated, and how we can elect politicians that can change America and American politics to be more ethical, honest, and substantive. IF you want the political machines and types of campaigns that will tell you what you want to hear and pander to you, vote for Hillary. IF you want to vote for something that sends a clear message, a message of change, a message for a better America, a message for an honest future, a message for more responsibility and influence in your government, a message of overcoming those very obstacles that you proclaim to face and want to face, then you should vote for Barack. No one is going to send out the National Guard to oversee your case in all likelihood. In all likelihood, you won't see your interview with Barack. And in a campaign where 1 million people have donated and tens of millions are getting actively involved beyond just voting, wow, I wonder why 1 story got missed at the very top. But you can make a difference by taking the hope, by taking the strength, by tapping into the networks being built for a stronger American future, and taking responsibility for political change in your community and state. You can do it. I can do it. We Can Do It. Yes We Can."I replied to this comment:

Thank you for your response, Anthony King. I can very well see your point of view. However, I could see you saying these things, if I were a robber trying to steal hope and change. I am not here to have a career, I have a higher purpose in this life.I am an advocate and speaker for the American Homeowners--those that have been victimized by the judicial system, and to bring awarness about this issue, even if it means I have to use my personal testimony of what happened to me.I believe my statements were in line with "will you send representatives down here to oversee and protect the people, our judicial system is corrupt and the people are afraid of the judicial system."I had no idea that I was selected be a tool. but I used that time to share and point out where the real problem lies, and since I was selected, I purposed a question that even if it were Sen. Obama I would have asked that same question. Our judicial system is corrupt and broken and needs fixing. They are just as much as responsible as the Banks, and Corporations. If this sort of thing has happened to me, I know that it has happen to others. Google AHRC,com and read and observe. Anthony, next year Ohio and the other states will have about 2 million people who will lose their homes, The question I pose to you is, I have seen the list of what Obama will do about predatory lending, but who will handle the predators lending services on a higher level? Especially, in our judicial system. Who will handle this job? I am not here to win brownie points, with society. We have a major issue that needs to be solved, and maybe I know how it can be solved. I know that "we the people" will need a president that is not afraid to make unpopular decisions. As Barack Obama has said, "hope is not blind optimism," and I say that anything is possible if you believe, and I do believe I will have a Q and A meeting with Obama, one day. To prove my point that I do believe, Anthony, you answered, and commented to my story which was at the very top, it was not missed by you. "No one is going to send out the National Guard to oversee your case in all likelihood. In all likelihood, you won't see your interview with Barack. And in a campaign where 1 million people have donated and tens of millions are getting actively involved beyond just voting, wow, I wonder why 1 story got missed at the very top."Bill Clinton did not miss my question on predatory lending and foreclosures in Ohio. Hiliary Clinton's consultant Kathleen called me and made sure that I was at Hilliary Clinton's Town Hall meeting at Columbus State College in Ohio so that she could address this issue and tell the people what she would do if elected president.Fraudulent housing foreclosures and the judicial collusion in America is a critical issue that needs to be addressed on a national and international level as it is defrauding homeowners and investors, and collapsing the financial systems of the world . The President of the United States has a great deal of power and needs to address this national and international mortgage and securities fraud issue. Millions of Americans have heard Barack's "Change We Can Believe In" message and have joined in his Change America For the People",/I> effort. Organized corporate , legislative, and judicial home foreclosure fraud that robs the homes of so many millions of Americans and defrauds millions of stock market investors needs laws and law enforcement on both a national and international level. We the people at the bottom cannot solve such an extensive web of organized home mortgage crime by simply chanting "Yes We Can..Yes We Can" at political town hall meetings.Anthony, what , other than making wacko comments can you do to help the millions of seniors, veterans, disabled, blacks, hispanics, minorities and others who are being defrauded of their homes by America's bankers and judges?Thank you for your comments.
Obama won Maryland, Virginia, and Washington by a land slide yesterday. Obama has won six states in a row, and now he is heading to the general elections with the majority of the delegates...I bet you Obama is real proud to know that America has concluded that change is on the ballot. Hope has come. And to mention hope, hope has come in the figure of wax. Obama goes down in history.Truly, this is a moment in history that will never be forgotten. On Monday Madame Tussauds Washington wax museum unveiled a new addition - Obama as president behind the desk in the oval room of the White House and he is not by himself in this model White House Oval Room at Madame Tussauds Washington wax museum. With him are former presidential occupants, Bill and Hillary Clinton and John F, and Jackie Kennedy. This speaks volumes not only about the kind of campaign we're running, but also about how we want politics to be.So many of us have been waiting so long for the time when we could finally expect more from our politics, when we could give more of ourselves and feel truly invested in something bigger than a particular candidate or cause. A dream has come to reality.I personally think that Dr. Martin Luther King should have been in this video, you have seen the crowds that Obama supporters has rallied, you would have thought that you were in a time warp, back in the 1960's when MLK was bringing crowds of that magnitude. I haven't seen this kind of crowd since the march. This is a great thing, and a significant period. Hope has come. A bright light is shining and we as Americans are shining with it.What a moment in time! Please go this site below, it is a video, and view the remarkable waxed figures, especially Barack Obama's wax figure of him--himself as promise, in becoming president.http://video.aol.com/video-detail/obama-in-wax-unveiled-at-museum/530453064
Revitalizing America
February 10, 2008By California News & World Reports (View author info)
A new phenomenon is sweeping America. Obamania. Not since John F. Kennedy brought a new generation to power has anything so gripped America as Obamania. From Alaska to Louisiana, from South Carolina to the state of Washington, peoples' spirits have been elevated and invigorated in a way that has not been seen for the last 50 years. With the president's approval rating at a devastating 30%, and Congress at an even more abysmal 22%, the people of America have shown that they have lost faith totaly and completely in their government. With a war in Iraq that is bleeding both its soldiers and economy to death, with a debt that USA TODAY estimates to exceed 51 trillion dollars (yes, trillion), with a financial fraud perpetrated by the highest levels of America's government and Wall Street that has made the U.S. into the fraud capital of the world - Americans are shell-shocked, thunder-struck and devastated at what their erstwhile leaders have done to the country and its name around the world.Clinton and McCain are from an old and tired generation that has messed up America. Clinton for all her glowing words is part of the in-group that has led to America's decay. Not only did she get America into Iraq, but she and her husband have parlayed their political positions into a source of great wealth for themselves. Her husband "earned" a $31 million "donation" to his foundation from a Canadian businessman, whom he helped to get a uranium contract from Kazakhstan. Hillary recently "loaned" $5 million to her faltering campaign. Where did she get that $5 million from, and how was she able to so easily write a check for that amount?McCain is more of Bush - a warmonger. Who knows what wars he will get us into. Like another former senator from Arizona, McCain is the Barry Goldwater of the 21st. century. In order to be a true straight talker, you need to be a straight thinker first. McCain is a prisoner of the mentality of the past, and one shudders when one thinks what he will do to America. In the midst of this dark and terrible abyss, America is blessed to have somebody who incisively penetrates that darkness and shows America that there is a true road to hope. He does not have the mental baggage of the past, and he has not sold his soul to those who have ravaged America. He makes it possible for an American to be proud of being an American once again. All people want a leader who inspires genuine hope, and Barack Obama does that.It is not surprising then that Obamania is sweeping the land like a tidal wave. The politicians of old would do the country a favor by getting out of the way. Hence California News and World Report unhesitatingly endorses Barack Obama for President. This election is about the future. Let not the past shackle that future. It is change that we can believe in.
All of them--from Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa to the Asian American Precinct captain--were responding to what might be called aspirational politics. The individuals become proxies for the community. You hear them say in their campaigns, "When I win, you win."Among Latinos and Asian American groups, Hillary scored big, because the Latinos and Asians votes remained emergent (new), not yet insurgent (rebellious). What this mean is that the Latinos and the Asians have not yet rebelled against authority or leadership, especially somebody who belongs to a group involved in an uprising. Instead, Latinos and Asian Americans are developing or rising, especially for the first time. New voting groups respond to leaders in their community. In other words, if Hillary wins the leader, she wins the followers. Rebellious voting groups for instance, respond to calls to make a difference, and focus on more single issues or agendas. If Hillary stakes out the place where the single issues or agendas are, then she captures the community. Relatively, Hillary has played the politics of the emergence.Bill Clinton, however has juxtaposed Hillary's position, by stating at the Brookins Community A.M.E. Church (a black church) in South Central Los Angeles on February 3, 2008, "We all want to be in a gang," Why did he use that language? The House Judiciary Committee was having a hearing with Micheal Mukasey who is the new U.S. Attorney General. On February 7, 2008. Rep. Diane Watson (D) of California was angry at the poor records of investigations and prosecutions, asking Micheal Mukasey why they haven't investigated the ongoing housing fraud against African Americans, and minority's civil rights involving violations, and the predatory lending fraud. The Department of Justice has a very poor record in investigating housing fraud and civil rights violations among blacks and minorities, the people involved in many of these crimes often operate in "gangs." They fail to enforce the laws, and the victims to these crimes are blacks and minorities. These are the people who have lost homes, and are losing their homes and ending up in prisons. Blacks and minority areas in many states like California (e.g. San Bernardino and Riverside Counties), and Ohio are reeking with foreclosures and violations against the people, and nothing has been done to investigate the fraud. Could this be what Bill Clinton was talking about? At a 1996 while stumping for votes for his own re-election campaign Bill Clinton made told a young Hispanic boy at a San Diego townhall meeting "you have to join the right gang." San Diego is not the only place where the joining of the right gangs is. There are other gangs to join, like in Harlem, and New York, where the Clintons have been circumventing. Those that join these "right gangs" are the one that have plotted in the taking of our homes and violated our civil rights, and robbed our people and yet, they are still attacking the blacks and the minorities by dismissing complaints, and violating the peoples' due processes to have a fair fight to keep their homes. And, yet the ones that are joining these low profile gangs, they are stating these blacks and minorities are gangs. An interesting article titled Why Latinos and Asian Americans Went for Hillary author John Chang wrote. "So Hillary won by old party-style top-down appeals to Latinos and Asian Americans. Dems shouldn't rest thinking that this strategy will hold for long. Younger Latino and Asian American voters were energized by Obama, and formed a visible and crucial part of his GOTV ground troops. They had an impact.".ABOUT: Wendy Clardy is the editor of Ohio Homeowners News, a publication of AHRC News Services.
