Mother's Day is coming.

Mother's Day is coming May 11th. There are so many wonderful mothers and grandmas who've posted on this site as well as sons and daughters who've spoken about their moms and grandmothers with love. I am asking us to make this Mother's Day special. My loving kids and husband usually give me a present tied up with a ribbon. This year I asked for a special gift. I explained that nothing would make me happier than to have them make a donation for Barack in my honor. That is what they are doing, although I have a hunch that the lumpy package hidden in the corner of the hall closet also contains an Obamamama t-shirt!

Are there other moms and grandamas out there who will join with me in doing this? Or perhaps there are sons and daughters who want to make a donation in honor of a much loved mom or grandma who's also an Obama supporter?
