Winning the battle of Last 72 hours

We need to figure out how to win the battle of last 72 hours before primaries. There are a lot of people who make up their minds about who they will vote for in the last 72 hours. We lost these people in both Ohio and Texas.

I know that OBama campaign is run by a lot of very smart people. Howeve there are more than a million of us out there who have pledged our support for Barack. I am sure our suggestions will help them.

We should come up with a list of ideas and forward them to the Barack Campaign. Please reply to my comments on my blog. I want to work with you to create a list of great ideas that can Help Barack in the remaining primaries.

I want to use my Blog to consolidate this list. It is too hard to find this information in the comment sections.

1. Have a powerful advertisment that plays on TV in the last 72 hours before the primary. It could be like the adverstisment about Tiger Woods where everybody says I am Tiger Woods. In our advertisement we will have people of all ages, religions, colors, back grounds. We can say I am "Barack OBama".

2. Holding Marches in support of Barack.

3. Find popular musicians who support Barack and hold indoor or outdoor concerts.

4. Advertisments that highlight Baracks solution for the problems that are faced by people of a particular state.

All these should be positive messages.

We should stay on message instead of reacting to the negative messages like OH and TX.

We need new Forum to discuss our ideas

I have been visiting this site every day for the past month. Whenever a new message is posted on this site people start making comments about the message. They share ideas with each other and inspire each other to do what we can. However as far as I know these ideas are getting lost because the messages are not organized. There is no way to find old messages.

It is very simple to setup a Forum where we can do a much better job of organizing the messages.

For example lets take my favorite subject of Super Delegates. We can make one group called Super Delegates. Under this group we can have sub groups for each of the state. Messages can be posted in each of these states so it is each to find information. So if someone is looking for super delegates from Minnesota they can easily go to the appropriate forum and find their contact information.

We can make a group for upcoming Primaries and Caucuses.

We can make a group shares fund raising ideas.

Perhaps this is too Geeky. I don't want all the great suggestions, videos, posters etc get lost because we currently don't have any way to organize them.

If there is any interest I can create such a forum and we can start posting our messages there.

I am very suprised that this web site has not offerred this to us.

If you find a super delegate in this list from your state you should find their web site.

You should call or email them. You can look at my email or come up with your own email.

You can also look at this list to see who has supported Clinton and OBama. You can send thank you emails to the Super Delegates who are supporting Barack OBama.

I know we are all very busy. Some of us are making phone calls, doing ground campaign, donating money and organizing events. However this race is going to come down to Super Delegates. If 1000's of people from each state contact their super delegates it will encourage them to support our Candidate. Please make time to do this. You can look back at this in future and feel proud that you helped in changing the course of this great nation.

Dear Amy,

I heard you on MPR this morning and I was disappointed that you have still not decided to commit to support any Democratic Presidential Candidate.

I am writing to you on behalf of Senator Barack OBama. I voted in the Minnesota Primary on
Super Tuesday and I ecstatic at the high turnout among the democrats. 66% of Minnesotans voted for Senator OBama. We elected you to represent us. I hope that you will support Barack OBama soon.

I am proud of the Campaign you ran while running for Senate. I do remember the negative attacks on you by Mark Kennedy. Barack has been running a campaign similar to yours. He has inspired so many new voters to vote for him. People have lost faith in the politicians. They feel that they cannot make a difference by voting. They feel that their votes don't count. Lobbiest and special interest drown out the voices of the people. A candidate like Barack comes once in a lifetime. It hurts me to see Senator Clinton attack him everyday. Senator Clinton cannot win more pledged delegates than Barack. Yet she is trying to win at any cost. My fear is that her negative attacks will hurt Democratic Parties chances to win the Presidential Elections.

It will be a shame if Super Delegates don't follow the will of the people.

In your MPR interview today I could sense that you plan to support Barack OBama. Please do so as soon as possible so Democrats can start preparing to compete with John Mccain.

We cannot afford 4 more years of Republicans in white house and your endorsement of Barack will be one small but significant step to change the course of this great nation.

Grass Root Efforts to Win Over Super Delegates

I know that wining the Presidential Primary will come down to winning over super delegates. Most people who voted in the primaries want their elected super delegates to follow the will of the people. We all know that sometimes will of the people can be drowned in washington. I would like to start a drive where we document uncommited super delegates from each state. People who are residents of each of these states should contact them directly to support OBama. I live in Minnesota and people here supported OBama in a big way. Yet we have 3 super delegates who are still uncommitted. I am planning on writing to them and it would be great if everyone else can do the same. I am willing to create a web site or forum to keep track of this. I firmly believe that when 1000's of residents start contacting their super delegate it will encourage them to do the right thing by announcing their support of OBama.
