FISA Immunity

I am very disappointed in Senator Obama's flip-flop on FISA immunity. The Constitution clearly states that no Ex Post Facto laws may be passed and that is what Telecom immunity would be.

Right now my enthusiasm for the senator has cooled quite a bit.

Senator Obama, McCain is a joke; treat him like a joke and strip expediency from your campaign.
