Hi, I'm 45 years old caucasian mother/ grandmother and this is the 1st time I've ever contributed to a political campaign. I believe Barack Obama is the HOPE the American people need to bring our country together to help us move forward. I am a small business owner with my husband, who is African American. This is the 1st time we will be voting for the same person for President. We need change and we need someone that listens and unites. We need someone that will fight for the American people and keep our money here in our country, not overseas with the big oil companies so the politicians can keep putting money in their pockets. We support Barack OBAMA 100%!

Hey everyone, my husband and I were out canvassing today with our 9 year old.

We walked about 150 homes today. Half were home and of the half we actually got to speak to people all of them but 4 were voting for McCain. 2 were still undecided and 2 were leaning towards Obama. So over 90% of the people we talked to were voting for our man Barack to be the next President of the United States. It gives us great hope to know how people are thinking and what's in the hearts and minds. We canvassed yesterday and it was the same. Made some phone calls Friday night and again the same, the majority of people are voting for Barack. Now all we have to do is get out on election day and make it happen. History being made is right around the corner. It is his time!It is time for Change and time for the American people to come together! We are excited and hope all of you are too. Lots of work ahead but in the end, we all win!

Hope to see some of you at the upcoming events. If you can make phone calls, canvas or even put a sign in your yard to show support, we need all the help we can get!
