wall st went up , there was no reason why. now its coming down, there is a crisis? ? this is not real. let the companies who fail because of their risks fail. let them fail. you see with WAMU, someone came along and bought it. thats the way a free market works. peoples bank - a small bank in CT, will grow, it was smart. and the stupid big guys will fail. nothing is wrong with this. why is it hard for someone to understand this? if a company cannot get credit. then it is a weak company. it has not convinced a bank to give it money. it should raise money on wall st, it should spend less, save more, and then have money for a rainy day. we cannot all depend on a credit card to bail us out. not you and me, and not wall st or a big corporation. and not america. your grandchildren will pay for this, they will have huge taxes. bush is trying to destroy the next 4 years of obama, and you are falling for it. then in 4 years we will see another rep in office. we will really be screwed then. follow the money on opensecrets.org. maplight.org. and see what is happening. call your congressmen.

i just want to know, do we people have a voice? this democracy is all corrupt.

i call my senator and congressman. and never, ever, get to talk to him. ever. they are always giving people the boot.

unless i am rich and giving him bribes as campaign contributions, i do not get to ever talk to him. ? ? ? is this a democracy that works?

You see the money these companies give congressmen and senators and they just bailed out fannie mae. so where was our voice? why didnt anyone get arrested first? this is such a scam?

i am starting to wonder if a government where the people do NOT give power to a single person in washington is the best way to do this. people should be keeping the power and voting with a cell phone and their ss#. we can do banking by phone but not voting?

a revolution is needed here, a new way of government, because here the people do not have any power. they just dont listen to us.

i checked opensecrets.org and saw how much money these people on the banking committee get from wall st. its huge. are they gonna stop this bail out when WE ALL say its wrong. ? where is the national poll ? why dont we have a american idol type of call in # to tell the government what the people want. and that vote by the people should get 60% of the weight in the decision. the people need more power than these stupid congressmen and senators who get legally bribed and we can do nothing about it. ? ? is this the best way of government?

Wall st. doesnt need a bail out.

I just talked to several friends in wall st.

They are sad they are not getting their 1 million $ bonuses this year since they work at lehman. but in the past 4 years, they got paid $1.25 million each year. they are only 33 years old.

These firms like ML , DLJ, Lehman, are paying people from college 1 million a year to get them to come here. is that prudent and smart? i dont think so. even if it is the best school in the world. i would pay someone 1 million a year.

Is it smart to give any money to these kinds of people? they are set for life in just 4 years. making more than any normal person in a lifetime.

Its time to wake up and call your leaders to stop this mess.

bush caused this mess, he told banks to lend money to people without checking income, giving the interest only loan, giving a variable rate loan, and now the main question is:

why is all this happening right now? just before a election?

Well, bush started raising interest rates 2 years ago. He told banks to raise the payments on loans now. Why?

Bush promised these banks that he would bail them out and not leave them hanging with these bad loans. he promised them money before he left.

these banks have been funding all the people in washington dc for years. check it out on maplight.org for this current bail out law and see what the bribes are.

make a change. do it now. stop this mess and stop this money game.

they dont deserve it and they dont need it , they are filthy rich.

wall st mess - say no to any bail out

Let me explain this wall st. mess:

to normal folks they dont get how wall st is going to effect their money and their jobs, and most likely it will not.

in 2001 bush told bankers to give everyone in america a loan to buy a home without checking their incomes, and to give 0% interest to credit card borrowers. he told the fed to lower interest rates to lower home payments as well and banks gave interest only loans, gave loans for more than the home price to give people cash back, and gave variable interest loans, all so they could make more and more in closing costs and fees and mortage companies popped up all over the place finding people to give loans to , and they were paid as a % of how much of a loan they could give. this was all roally screwed up then and now, it was not right.

Now because of this, home prices went sky high, as there were more buyers than homes. everyone paid double and triple in property taxes. even those not flipping houses to make money. high property taxes were good for cities who spent more and more and no one was concerned about the war - they were shopping with 0 % credit cards and cities were shopping with all the new tax income. The rich and smart ones were flipping houses to make real cash and saving that cash.

Low interest rates and spending by bush on this war made the dollar go low, made everything cost more. Bush said lets raise interest rates in 2005. Peoples mortgages started going up and people starting defaulting on their homes. So only people who bought into these crazy loan schemes , without down payments, are being effected.

What banks did was that they took all these bad loans and sold them to bigger banks, and moody's which rates these packaged loans wrote that they were A grade securities , they were bribed by someone to do this. Wall st. took these loans all packaged up and sold them to other banks, and started gambling on them, trading them in mutual funds. Wall st. tried to make money from these loans, i guess they did not make enough by just trading stocks and commodities.

Paulson, from wall st, made $500 million dollars as salary over the years. He is mega rich. And so are the other ceo's of wall st firms. Normal analysts made $500,000 in wall st and they were only 33 years old. So everyone on wall st became super rich.

Bush put Paulson as head of the treasury, and suddenly we have a problem on wall st that requires US citizens giving wall st. more money.

When people stopped paying for their homes and were forclosed on, the banks had all these loans that were worth much less than before. They would have to sell the homes to get back their money. And this is the best solution. they may only loose a little bit since its only been 2 years or so. But banks are calculating how much they would loose based on how much they would make in a 30 year loan versus a 2 year loan and the cost of selling a home for less than they thought it was worth. afterall, in 2 years they got mostly interest and nothing was applied to the principal.

Mutual fund managers invested in these loans and tried to make money off of their trading on wall st. now they dont want to see a loss on their investments. and anyone investing in these mutual funds may suffer a bit, but thats the risk you take when you invest in a mutual fund.

now who thinks that banks were dumb enough to give loans to people without checking income? someone told them to do it, that someone is bush. now he must have also said that before he leaves, he would make it up to them. and guess why this is all happening right before bush leaves.

paulson, is bailing out his friends, his buddies, and making billions, not millions. he wants the right to do anything and all without court oversight, you cant even sue him if he does something next week with the 700 billion.   does wall st. deserve this? think long and hard. I am sure you will come up with a big NO NO NO.

The bribed people in washington are going to say yes yes yes. they will not tell you what will happen if they dont bail out wall st. its like the iraq war, where you had to guess what saddam had. Here they go again. they ask you to trust them. trust bribed politicians. they ask you that the world will end if they dont bail out wall st. just like the world was gonna end if they didnt go to war.   now you have got to be smarter than this. you must tell your bribed politician to not give away your money. your childrens money. to wall st. who is gonna pay back this money? your dollar will become worthless and a country in debt never never has a good economy ever. remember how good the economy was in clinton years when the dollar was worth as much as a british pound. dont forget.

look up what kind of contributions your congressman and senator has gotten from wall st firms on http://votesmart.org   or   http://opensecrets.org   or   http://maplight.org

once they bail out these banks, you will be left with a failed mortgage and a huge debt in your country.

imaging if your bank failed, it would be great if you just got ownership of your home and that was it. the bank was gone and you owned your home. thats the way it should be done.

the people that took these big risks should suffer and that is all part of the risk.

the people sitting in their homes who did not fall for these scams over the last 8 years to prop up the economy in a time of war will not loose anything. the country can survive without big banks in wall st trying to make money from scamy ways. and they must too learn that they cannot do this again.

this plan has nothing in it for you and me, it only serves ultra rich people who make $500,000,000 a year. its the ultra rich getting more rich. and we cannot let that happen on our dime.

do something people, call your senator and congressman and demand a end to this bail out. tell them to vote NO on it. tell them you will vote them out of office if they do not listen to you.

tell barack about clean energy from water

I was at a barack event today in NH and someone asked a question to him and said why arent we using salt water as energy and how will we stop oil from hiding this.

Barack needs to support hydrogen from water in his energy policy, its the cleanest and most safe and most renewable energy we have. its all around us. it is free. its the main thing people want to use as energy for moving vehicles. we do not need to grow our energy, it takes so much energy to do that.

so the deal is that we can use water and use green electricity to electrolize water and get hydrogen gas from it. we can use this gas to power everything , every engine, every car, every plane, every turbine, every furnace, and we can do it with only water vapor being the emission. This is the answer and people found this 100 years ago and it was hidden.

it does not matter how much energy it takes to get hydrogen out from water as we have to worry about the pollution of oil, the finding of oil, the bringing of oil here, the payment for that oil, the getting of it to your refinery, and then to your pump, and all those added expenses. with water all that is gone. we will be free of energy.

Encourage barack to change the world and tell him about this every time you meet him and get him to put this in his energy policy and take out all the other crap.

This is better than a electric car as making batteries is very caustic and creates pollution. making a internal combustion engine from steel and then using water to power it via hydrogen, and using electrolysis from wind and solar works best.

bush gave 2 billion to oil companies to convert their pipelines to hydrogen, the bill says you can only get the money if you use fossil fuels to get hydrogen, not water, and so its backward and the oil companies will charge us $10 for hydrogen when their pipelines are ready and believe me they are getting ready. they work with GM to make a fuel cell car which is stupid as its turning hydrogen back into water and generating electricity doing it. its just backward of what we could do with using green electricity and converting water to hydrogen.

Think about filling every car with water , then electrolyzing it on board as you need it , and you can go anywhere just filling up water as you go. a small car battery can power this electrolysis. Its called stanley meyer electrolysis and oil companies have threatened anyone found doing it. There are lots of people popping up now making hydrogen generators for us to buy and the government is stopping them from doing it.

tell obama about this someone in his campaign. he doesnt talk about hydrogen from water, and hydrogen can be used in all internal combustion engines with small change (from liquid to gas as in a propane engine) OR we can liquify the hydrogen to use in the current engine as in the bmw hydrogen 7 car which is running right now on both hydrogen liquid and gasoline, you can switch at the touch of a button. hydrogen when ignited returns back into water vapor.

its clean, renewable, and powerful. nasa uses hydrogen.
