I find that the more I call the more addicted I am to trying to find someone that supports Barack Obama. People can be a little mean sometimes and that is discouraging at first. The moment I get someone to talk to that is nice...I'm excited once again!
This evening I had someone say the weirdest thing. "You guys [referring to the Barack Obama campaing] have already got the election in the bag. what do you need to call people for?" I told him "I'm sorry you feel that way sir...I am just a volunteer" He hung up on me. Now, If I could go back and talk to him again I would say "If we knew anything was certain in life...would we all just give up?". I am not giving up. I am sick of seeing the McCain/Palin signs in the yards around my neighborhood. I have moved on to doing something about this election and it feels good!
