Here are some suggestions that I have recently given to the Obama campaign. I was just wondering if my thoughts were in line with other supporters. Let me know what you think.

Senator Obama,
I am sure that you are getting a lot of advise on what to do during this "media-enhanced" slump. So, here's my chance on the soap-box.
You should call an important media meeting. Tell the media that your campaign is not about building government or making government bigger. It is about inspiring the American people to become a part of their government; the way it was meant to be.
This is why you don't respond to senseless negative attacks. Now, you do quickly respond to inaccurate messages about your campaign and your message. But silly political play should be left in the playground. This is what you are trying to change. This is why you are running; Dr. King called it the fierce urgency of now. How can we fix the problems of the American people if we are so concerned about who can best play this game of politics?
This will cause the media to ask if you think Clinton is playing dirty politics; or playing a game. You should respond as you always do; saying that Clinton is a formidable opponent and would make a great President. "But I believe that I should be there first." I call this pulling a Huckabee. Remember in Iowa that he had a "nasty" commercial about Romney that he decided not to run; but then showed it to the media anyway? Well, I am not suggesting that you do that exactly, but a slight reference to Clinton as the divisive figure will slowly remind voters of who she really is.
The other major point in your media opportunity should be to quash this whole Canadian NAFTA gate thing. Make an unequivocable statement that you have never fully supported NAFTA; and that you re-negotiations are necessary. And be forceful in ending this.
The other suggestion I have is that we jump on the references that Clinton's campaign has brought up. She has referred to you as Karl Rove, George Bush, and Ken Starr. Reiterate that a "democrat" has accused another "democrat" of being a Rove, Bush, or Starr. I think we can use this against her. Can we get some of your supporters to speak out against Clinton's campaign and these references? We need someone like Senator Patrick Leahy or Govenor Kathleen Sibelus to say that it seems odd that Clinton says Obama is like Rove, Bush and Starr on one day and then hints that she would not object to a joint ticket; and then makes a total "180" and suggests that Obama is not prepared to be Commander-in-Chief.
I have another idea for a commercial. Just flow with me for a second ... If we can get a copy of the 2002 authorization that Clinton and McCain approved; and show the title of this at the beginning of a commercial. Then have the "exact" quote from Hillary from the last debate where she said that she would love to have that vote back. Then the announcer can say, "Barack Obama has shown the right judgement from the start."
Another suggestion is that we show the world just how great of a president, President Obama will be. On your website, you have responses to a lot of the current events. Maybe you can hold weekly press meetings where you give your thoughts. Especially the items that are getting front page news; like the reluctance of the House to pass the tele-wiring act. If we make this a campaign against the status quo, then we will defeat two birds with one stone.
My last suggestion is to remind voters (somehow) of exactly how divisive the Clintons have been. Can we somehow get the media to focus on all of their past gaffes and mistakes? I would record the CNN or ABC news reports on this; and send it out to every friend (and enemy)!
Thanks for getting to the bottom of this message!

I have another suggestion. What are the differences in your first three years in the US Senate with Senator Clinton's first three years? Exactly what legislation has she passed?
Let's tell America exactly what she has done in the Senate. If she won't release information about her time as First Lady, then this is the most public info that is out there. It is readily available to everyone. So, let's just remind America that it is out there and that there is a STARK difference in the legislation that she passed compared to all the sweeping reform that you have been a part of.
Thanks!
I have yet another suggestion. And I hope that your campaign staff is not tired of reading these; because they are coming from my heart. I truly believe that you will be the next President of the United States. And I look forward to your eight years in that office. However, I want to make sure that after you, we are not faced with any possibilities of another Clinton uprising.
Here goes my suggestion. Can we bring to the media's attention the fact that President Clinton had numerous opportunities to "take out" Osama bin Laden, but failed to do so? Is that fair game? I don't want it to sound like you are attacking her; because that is what I admire most about you and your campaign. But, America needs to know everything that Hillary's 35 years of experience include. Was she a part of the decision to not take out Bin Laden? Or was she too busy in New York running for the US Senate?
Thanks for listening,
I was wondering the thoughts of everyone about Senator Obama going tough. Do you think he should use some other brand of nastier politics against Clinton? Would you still support him if he does use a tougher approach?
Just want to give the Obama campaign some sort of scale if they are considering this. Let everyone know what you think.
I just heard a very promising story on Fox News!! I know, I know! Please don't call me a traitor just yet. But they just reported that although Hillary Clinton was polled to be the most prepared to be president on day one, she is also considered (by those same pollsters) to be the most embarrassing president. The very next story was one of their reporters on the street in New York. The reporter said that he "polled" the first four people he saw. All four of them (two women, and two men) said they were voting for Barack Obama!!!
One of those four said that she was voting for Guliani, but is now voting for Barack Obama. The gentleman with her said the same. He said that it is time for change in the White House, and that we don't need another Clinton. Another lady was from New Jersey and is voting for Barack Obama. The fourth person said he was voting for Barack Obama because he is an authentic leader and would be a great statesman.
My prediction, Obama will take New York by two or three percentage points! And will shock the nation. I heard once that 50% of the Democratic voters in the state of New York are located in New York City. It sounds like they are ready for a change in politics.
