I was a precinct captain in Iowa. When I talked to people who were concerned about Senator Obama's age or so called "lack of experience" I often used this quote with specific reference to Barack's position on the Iraq War before it began:
“After a five-year study of leadership covering virtually all sectors of American life, we came to the inescapable conclusion that judgment regularly trumps experience. Our central finding is that judgment is the core, the nucleus of exemplary leadership. With good judgment, little else matters. Without it, nothing else matters.” --Warren Bennis & Noel Tichy, distinguished professors of business at the USC and the U of MI (Wall Street Journal, 11/29/07)
We are going to win this. He is ready and so are we.
