Obama needs to focus on the anger America has about the economy. Basics, gas prices, food prices, job market, we can get real excited when you talk about getting out of the recession--downplay theyre diversions from Palin--she is masking for McCain, He is hiding behind her. Say it!!!!
Is McCain losing his mind?

The crisis stems from WE the people not being able to pay back loans. Inflation and job loss is the root of the problem. The economy "seems" sound because Americans spend less, travel less, build less, expect less, and ask for less, period. The people are going broke!!! Now the government is taking OUR money to bail out the companies that evicted us and sent us packing! Then they want to tax us more money to make up for it, then they want to make a profit off of our money selling back to US?!(Am i right? If so-- LOL!!!) We the people would have really wanted to be bailed out first. We see the cost of groceries skyrocketing and gas still climbing, the cost per gallon is going to match the minimum wage soon! Noone can afford to buy what they are bailing out!!!!LOL Who are they gonna sell this "stuff" from the bailout to, foreign companies? Our country is becoming less and less like the country I was so proud of. We are now accepting anything we see and hear. I do not think WE as Americans are standing up to government as well as we should. The media, at least CNN has allowed alot more with the Republicans than I have ever seen. If things go the way I think they are going to go, it is going to look like CNN is "covering up" the REAL situation! The real truth is BUSH ruined the economy like I have always said, and the Republicans were right with him the whole time. WE all know McCain is not making any of these decisions, he is being told the same thing Bush was being told, nonsense! Whoever is advising McCain is either insane, or he is working for Obama. I am floored with every statement coming from the Republicans right now! Mixing church and state, not answering to investigations, lying on commercials, pregnant teens, McCain got married while married, divorcing his own party, twisting words to fix lies, enough!!! What happened to the fire the media had when Clinton was being scrutinized and investigated? WE are going to sit here and ALLOW McCain and Palin to finish off the job of ruining America? They arent even thinking about America, they are focused on Obama! We have let Palin go far enough, It is about time SHE answers to the PEOPLE, she is covering up waaay too much! Get real!!! Isnt hitting rock bottom enough for America to finally say "look lady, you talk well but we need substance, ok!" America is in BIG trouble, we dont need a small town VP next in line to deal with a Trillion dollar budget with a Hundred dollar mentality! This isnt money from the local PTA drive ok! LOL McCain's words are positive, its just hes not in OUR world. Me and all the "regular folk'". When "regular folk" tell you they have no respect for Sarah Palin because of her unprofessionalism and sneaky ways, YOU should listen , we recognize our own! McCain made a VERY bad choice for VP and everything after that went downhill. Instead of trying to focus on running the country one day, he is solely focused on tricking people to win this race! Silence him America!

Our economy can barely withstand natural disaster
By

Gas is going higher because of Ike. Keep in mind, my neighborhood is far from Texas. Im paying more for gas though. Its nothing new for me. Gas keeps going up anyway! Lets take one for the team, right?! Who benefits from higher gas during natural disasters? If gas wasnt already 3.65 a gallon, it wouldnt be so bad. People were reporting prices jumping up to 5.50 a gallon! People fighting at the pumps! Screaming at the gas station attendant as they changed the sign from 4.15 a gallon to 4.95 a gallon! This is what America has fallen to! Fighting each other instead of fighting the government that got us here!!!THE REPUBLICANS have been in office for the last 8 years destroying our economy! If prices are high, it is because of THE REPUBLICANS! DONT BLAME IKE!!!!! OR KATRINA!!!! ANd dont let the same party "fix it" for us either! I dont care what color you are, being broke and hungry is not the American Dream! I see elderly white women arguing with pharmacy clerks about the coupons for the week. The economy is getting so bad, it has no color. Our loss of good judgement allowed President Bush to run the country into the ground. The war is costing so much, it is hard to feel patriotic anymore. I talk to people who cant afford computers or broadband, so they cant contact spouses in the war from home. I have lost faith and trust in todays government. I feel like weve been lied to long enough. I have yet to hear one Republican say that theyre party ruined the economy. I take that back, John McCain admitted that his party was corrupt, and abandoned it. We expect a old school P.O.W to turn his back on HIS government? PLEASE!!! He is probably executing his last covert maneuver, PROJECT: Lie to the people to win election 2008: THE PALIN SYNDROME! Unless you are from Mars, another 4 years of what we have gone through, for almost the last decade, will be very painful to your economic situation. The only thing McCain could do to save the nation is exactly what Senator Obama has been saying the whole time. Is the messenger becoming more important than the message? YES! Mentioning McCains new messenger on a steady basis is the worst thing to do! Leave Palin out of this!!!!!!!!LEAVE PALIN OUT OF THIS!!!! Her body language and frustration with uncomfortable situations will speak LOUDLY! Along with her antics in government over the last 12 years or so. Its about CHANGE! Meaning REAL change! White and Black America want a change they both can feel comfortable with. There will be bigots and radicals along the way, but, there is a way for us to come together. Lets come together to save our economy! Put bread back on the table! Build the dams together! It takes a village to raise our children! The children (black and white) are working together better than the adults. When it comes down to it, I wouldnt want to see a father of any race not able to feed his kid! I dont think any American would! This is what I am afraid may happen to our Nation if the Republicans go back in office. Rolling downhill economy! Gender, Race and Age aside, the Republicans are out of touch with REAL AMERICANS and the issues we face on a daily basis! One thing that will come from this Presidential Race is the TRUTH. We will know where America stands on morals, values and social issues! That is priceless! Who wants to go through another 4 years of struggle just to SEE if McCain is "different" than all the other Republicans! LOL-Does that even sound right? I hope the America that raised me to have such high standards does not let me down on election day. I believe what the world says when they say they are ready for change, I just hope they recognize it when they see it.
