I written a about this before . Race in our country . It sad . This because the days of our grandparents and our parents are over . I to grew up with the hate in my own family . I once was like most . Spoken and said hateful things about blacks . I tell this story often . I go to bingo reg, at least 3 times a week. In a very big big big bingo room packed . Casino . And some the things I hear about Barack Obama makes me sicken. But I stand up a speak out. As I did with my own family known my own mother will turn he back on me . But I did . and she did turn her back , Why because I taken a stand , Something I came to realize . In time we are all the same . Black or white . Here a question u all must ask yourself . When your sons or daughters are in Iraq getting shoot at did that bullet have a color on it when it killed your love on. ?NO !!! Did the brave young men and women stop to help the fallen Angeles because of color . No ..So picking our president should not be because of color either . You all know in your hearts . All these same old attacks on Barack Obama are not true . But yet you give up your grand babies and your children future because of color of this good and great man .Trusting man truefull man , And man of god . Because color of his skin . Shame on you. Think first before you give that to McBush . After all this is not about us . This is about your future of YOUR kids and GRANDBABIES. Life is to short to keep this hate . I'll never ever forget the first time I listen to him I found tears rolling down my face. I know why then the man with a funny name is the one god gave us to heal this country . And other in this big bad world that can heal all of us , We to often forget the hard times over many years of bad government . I'm not old enough to remember JFK but now 2008 are exercising the faith wisdom and hope that I ofter herd about as I grew up from my mother and grandma talk about him. I remember once my gramme was talking about JFK and she began to cry . Now I understand why. As I do now as I hear this man speak. Barack Obama speak with love for god and this country in his voice . We know if we look at our own lives we see his life in many of us. Taking a chance . As I have in my own life . I have taken many chance's and at time had went bad . But most of time came out good.
