I posted the following on the Charlotte Observer's political forum:

I was transferred to Germany last June and I still have 20 months left before I will be back home. In the meantime, my NC plate is proudly displayed in my rear window and my Obama sticker decorates the trunk of my car.

This one moved me to tears. The message is always so uplifting and inspirational. I can't do much more than donate since I am overseas right now - but I am stuck at the edge of my seat!!!

I've seen a ton of requests from Europeans to donate but according to US law they cannot. I CAN and I HAVE!

I'm an expat living in Germany and would be happy to pool your donations with mine and contribute to this campaign.

I'm sure we can figure out a way to do this together. Afterall, that's what Obama is all about, right? Working together!

T-Shirts needed for Germany

I would like to print up 500-1000 shirts locally (I live in Bremerhaven, Germany) to distribute to expats in this region. If anyone can tell me where I can get screenprint layouts to give to our local screen printer - I'd appreciate it!

I am going to be paying for these out of my own pocket, so any help in getting this set up over here is much needed :)
