Worldwide terrorism can only be controlled by a united effort that is under the control of the United Nations. The United states must initaite and contribute resources, training, equipment and expertise to help the United Nations to build such an anti-terrorism force that would be highly skilled, trained and equiped to handl terrorist attacks from anywhere in the world within a reasonable period of time. The force itself must be under the control of the United Nations and be made up of highly skilled people from all over the world. The United States should provide updated intel to the highest level within this force.
