These questions are serious enough to discuss and perhaps AL Gore will be picked as VP. It was good that he endorsed Barak even if it was after the fight was over.

First: It is unlikely Barack will tell her that she should have at least given him the courtesy of being the presumptive nominee. It seems Barack will and should do it indirectly by letting her know that since she has not conceded that she is not allowed on his V.P. list.

First, this is VERY close and it is still true that Hillary COULD win...and today June 2nd 2008 will be the day that I warned y'all.

It is obvious that Hilary is not being targeted for her Church and that McCain was being targeted only AFTER FOX NEWS targeted Obama for REV wright. Now I disagree with Rev Wright quoting someone else about "GOD dAMN AMERICA" and know that many of you point out that it was being used as a point of context. Bottom Line is that before Barack quit wright it was obvious Wright was not going to be a legitimate REV for a future PResident Obama.
But now on to Flegeler. OK so he is white and was criticizing Hillary...and he is from my reliion..Roman catholocism. I am surprised he even brought up politics..here on Long Island , having been a lectern and altar boy I have NEVER had a priest so blatanlty bring up politics like he did...AND IT WAS WRONG.
But so was Obama's quitting FLegler. Now FOX news and the Anti-Black Right gang are in control. barack should have stayed in teh church and made the same speaech he made last night..pointing out that people are attributing what his priest say to barack. In fact if thisis the case then Barack knows any Church he attends will be a problem..so now Barack is Church Shopping and that is a strategy that will come back to bite him.
Now it is becoming more obvious SOMEONE IS FOLLOWING BARACK OBAMA AND THE SECRET SERVICE CAN'T HELP HIM.......HOW IS IT THAT EVERYTIME HE GOES TO CHURCH THE MASS IS TAPED? I am stil voting for Barack and ama swing voter. hillary robb'em Clinton seeks in legal terms what amounts to an UNEQUITABLE distribution of superdelegates and delegates.
Given the fact that she signed an agreement pledging not to campaign in Michigan and Florida, it is clear that she has violated the pledge to which she agreed. In the spirit of the pledge, by proposing ANY distribution of delegates ignores the fact that her pledge to not campaign in these two states was clearly in the context of not being awarded the popular vote, and consequently the benefits of delegates and superdelegates. Such blatant circumvention of this pledge by claiming that those voters are the ones being punished stems from the Clintons experience at ignoring the her legal obligation to abide by the laws of the Democratic Party. Mrs Clinton, has enjoyed as legal consideration, the benefits and consideration as a member of the Democratic Political Party. Part of that consideration is reflected in her membership of the United States Senate as a registered Democrat. By raising a claim that the popular votes are being penalized and demanding that they be counted in a manner that does not take into consideration any fair and equitable distribution to Barack Obama is a clear pattern of campaigning -and as a member of the Democratic PArty this is an activity that Mrs clinton promised to refrain from.
On the matter of Mrs clintons claim that the popular vote is being punished, the courts of Common sense, Common Law and Common voters clearly can not entertain what amounts to mere characterizations of cast votes. Claims that voters are being punished must be balanced with claims that voters are being rewarded. Rewarding and punishing of voters after a vote has been cast does not violate the Right to Vote. The right to vote clearly occurred and this is admitted by Mrs. Clintons staff and her own remarks in the week prior to the Democratic National committee meeting regarding Michigan and Florida popular votes. Mrs Clinton's pledge to not campaign in Michigan and Florida paved the way for Florida and Michigan to not be included in final count for both candidates. To go against that pledge violates her obligations and responsibilities as a member of her party.
The Courts of Justice must allow for the votes to be counted but not used given the written promise by Mrs Clinton to not campaign in these two states. The votes were cast as provided by the Constitution.
Motion for Votes to be counted in a manner that benefits only Hillary Clinton denied.
On the matter of Clintons violation of her pledge to not campaign as required by her membership in the Democratic National Committee, censure of Senator Clinton is hereby granted. So ordered that continued violation of her pledge will be grounds for revocation of her membership as a member of the Democratic Party.
The Court so orders that Florida and Michigan be allowed to vote in the General Elections, where the choice between a republican and a democrat will clearly exist for the States of Florida and Michigan.

She must then with her husband face her trial date in Peter F Paul V Hillary Clinton, william J Clinton and others in the Supreme Court of California.
Unfortunately for Peter F Paul, his right to a fast trial may have been violated and as a consumer I hope that once she steps down the trial proceeds and the media covers it!!!
OK, so what? Barack can assert the truth, that our stay in Iraq was overdue and furthermore, that Bush won against the Dictator Saddam Hussein. We won in Iraq and never should have stayed that long. So who is the war in Iraq against now? IT is not against the Iraqi people. Is it undeniable that somebody is blowing up our Us soldiers...so if they are the enemy then something is terribly wrong and here is why:
I don't want to undermine the terrible pain that families have and will suffer from losing their loved ones in Iraq..and that goes for Iraqis that have fought side by side with our US Soldiers...but I must do a math analysis here to prove my point.
We have lost about 4200 soldiers. And this "war" is costing us BILLIONS each month. So ofr a five year war the "enemy" has killed about 800 US soldiers a month and injured THOUSANDS..but its not the IRaqi government tha tis our enemy. IT is not the Iraqi people that are our enemy. Then who is our enemy? Insurgents? The IRanians? If the Iranians then withdrawal would lead to invasion right? Wrong. The UN woul retaliate.
As far as insurgents...it is time to let the IRaqis handle them. The Iraqis will handle them in ways that the US can not fathom. MCCain underestimates and ignores the rich and strong abilities of the Iraqi people to deal with insurgents. I would argue , if my name was Barack that the Iraqi people's potential is being diminshed by the presenc eof US troops. IT is time to let the IRaqis figure out on their own how to deal with the World and the isnurgents.

Having had bone tumor that was nonmalignant was terrifying experience waiting two days for the biopsy result. I was lucky. I still had to have my left middle finger base bone removed and bone from my hip was transplanted to the middle finger, and ligaments, tendond and nerves were kept all intact! This procedure was shockingly MORE painful than the two lung surgeries I had at age 18. I can truly understand what cancer patients go through only at the beginning stage. I have no idea what its like to have chemo and always shudder at the thought of having another tumor. I cried when I heard he had a tumor. God be with our Senator of America-Ted Kennedy.
