I just saw on CNN that Obama's aunt from Kenya is allegedly here illegally. They're making a huge deal out of it. He says he didn't know her immigration status. This will be all over the news for the next 3 days. I hope it's not going to be a huge issue but CNN sure thinks it is. Has anyone heard about this?

I heard he said some nice things about Barack today. It sounds like he's trying to cover his ass now that it looks like Obama might win. It's way too late. I hope the dems give him hell in the Senate after this is over.

Hi to all my good friends in Obama blog land. The debate last night was a big win for Obama and he's doing great so far in probable electoral votes. But in spite of all that, he's dropping in the polls, almost all of them. He went from an 11 pt lead in Gallup a few days ago to a 6 pt lead today. What's up with that?

Gallup shows a tie today. Yesterday Obama was up by 3. I don't get it. It has never been more clear over the last couple weeks who is qualified to lead this country. And McSame's numbers are going up?? Can someone enlighten me? This is pathetic.

Bill Clinton seems to be back to his pre-convention remarks about Barack and McCain. Now he's also praising Palin and defends McSame's attempt to postpone the debate tomorrow because of the economic crisis. The economic crisis will pale in comparison to a McSame white house.

Apparently he was quite upset over the ad Obama's campaign ran about McSame not knowing how to use the interned and spoke out about it. Now the msm has picked it up and of course they are trying to make it sound like there is a problem between Barack and Biden.

I watched Biden's speech to the National Guard yesterday and although it was a good speech he praised McSame so much that you would have thought Biden was his running mate. Ugh!

What's going on?

I saw a poll indicating that over 50% of those polled believe Sarah Palin is qualified to be president. This is all so disheartening and bazaar that so many people actually believe this. I'm trying not to panic but sometime it seems like our dream is slipping away. The repubs have successfully taken this campaign off issues and into total confusion. I'm wondering how a Dem can ever win the WH again with this kind of campaigning "genius" of the repubs. John McCain is, imo, one of the weakest candidates they had and should be going nowhere in this race but yet he is actually winning. I don't mean to be a pessimist but I'm really scared.
