Folks, I am a health care provider, a psychologist who has been doing out-patient mental health for 34 years, part of that time in agencies, and about the last 20 years in private practice.
I am very concerned the rising costs of health care, as are all Americans.
What I would like to do on this blog is simply collect thoughts by others about how we might turn things around in health care, to make it more effective, and also more cost effective. Providers have probably had the most experience with some of the glaring inefficiencies, but people who have had insights as a result of their experience as patients are also welcome to post.
