FISA

Why is Barack Obama voting for FISA?

Doesn't he know that this law violates and destroys the 4th amendment (Right to Privacy)?

It also gives all the companies that violate the privacy laws by request from the government IMMUNITY if found guilty of breaking the law.

Barack, please stand up against this foul law!

Third Bush Term Not Working

Labeling John McCain as being a Third Bush Term is not working. In fact, it is probably INCREASING McCain's chances of winning.

Why isn’t Barack Obama picking on all the idiotic things McCain has said about the economy, Iraq, international affairs, immigration, and many more?

Tonight in my household we had a liberal Democrat, conservative Democrat, and an Independent that used to lean Republican before they "got" religion. All of us agree that the "Third Bush Term" tagline is the STUPIDEST talking point ever.

Lets get past the labels and onto to the meat!

Labeling is the repulsive Republican strategy that all Americans are so sick of.

Disappointed

As a supporter of Barack Obama for President, I was deeply upset to hear that he had pulled out of the race in Michigan.

My state of Michigan is in desparate straights and I was really looking forward to voting for such a progressive voice in Michigan's primary. Please don't abandon us, you would be surprised by how many followers you have here.

Michigan, like Florida are swing states. To diss us by dropping out of our Primaries is the kind of slap in the face that will not be forgiven. Especially since the latest Republican debate is being held today in Michigan. Talk about a bad PR move on your part.

Michigan has been recently been swinging more Democratic because the Republicans made a lot of promises and then treated us like garbage for the last 8 years. Many of Michigan's problems probably couldn't be fixed by Washington, but we could have used some positive investment in advanced technologies. Strangely, more strict EPA regulations would have only helped the Automotive Industry for all that they fight it.

I want to vote for you. I don't want to be forced to vote for a "crowned" nominee unless that person is you. Therefor, I am very disappointed in your move to withdrawl your name from the Michigan Primary. Even worse, I am furious that now Michigan and Florida votes won't even count at all. That is a disgrace.
