I sent email from BarackObama.com, now Detective Merlin Ghobrial investigating me?? help!

I can t believe it, but my patriot spirit may have gotten me in trouble here. Weeks later a detective shows up at my house today questioning me about this email I sent from my.barackobama.com.

I am feel very confused at this point and annoyed I bothed to email for Barack Obama. I imported my contact list from my g-mail account and the person who is complaining I a one point was in their office trying to sell them mortgage leads. So this is how I originally obtained their email. I havent sent them not even 1 email since April 2008 until now when I emailed out my contact list here on this website.

Is anyone else here going through the same thing. I feel entrapped a little.

Sorry about my spelling, but this note is not worth the time of a spell checker to me. I just look for answers and opinions from others on my situation.

Spam Mail from BarackObama.com campaign... Is this SPAM?

I recently sent out a reminder message to someone on my mailing list from this web site (barackobama.com). Well, I guess one of the people who I sent the reminder to got very angry and now is threating me with Police. And yes, he lives in the same darn town as me. This guy either at one-time requested info from me about my services I offer, or has at one point subscribed directly to my list.

(1) What can I do, if anything?

(2) Am I a spammer or is this okay?
