Of course, national news has always been at the forfront of flap out gossiping and down right Sh-- starting. We have all heard the Michelle Obama statement about, "this is the only time she's ever been proud of her country." Why did this just come out yesterday? Was the news also trying to make an issue or a problem for Obama, to help Clinton out with her negative campaign strategy? Huuuummmmm!
This strategy was highlighted so much that a person that we haven't heard much from has even come out to speak, Mrs. Cindy McCain #2. Of course, she's an attractive, white, blonde woman who is rich as all get out, and she responds, "I just have to say, that I am proud of my country and I always have been proud of my country."
Now, of those of us who's been following these campaigns have probably heard Michelle Obama speak before. The first time I heard her was when Her, Oprah, Caroline Kennedy, and Maria Schriver were in L.A. and if I am not mistaken, Michelle said that same line before. So, important to note...Why did it come out on the day of one of the most important primaries for Barack Obama's campaign? Hummmm!
Should I say...National News again, they are doing their best to help Mrs. Clinton out with her negative campaigning so that she doesn't have to be directly connected to the negativity in the eyes of the public. Yeah!
And as far as Mrs. McCain #2...Of course you are proud of your country everyday. You are a White Woman, with Blone hair, and money. You have never seen a day without being showered in riches. You have never seen a day of wondering if you are going to eat, never a day of shortages on water, or hot water, never a day worrying about the lights begin cut off, or the mortgage being paid. Please Mrs. McCain #2, stay behind the scenes because you don't know what you are talking about.
Now, it seems that in my Blog, I am saying that Michelle meant what she said as a downfall to America. How can that be, when she talked about how the public school system got her to Harvard. When she talks about her family made it on one parents income? Please people wake up! She meant only that she is proud of the young vote, the older vote, the middle class vote, she is proud to be apart of what history is bringing to our country right now. National News...Shame on you!
According to CNN, MSNBC, and other news outlets Hillary Rodham Clinton is threatening to pull out of future debates with the Network due to a comment made by MSNBC's David Shuster. He stated that "Clinton camp was "pimping out" Chelsea Clinton." After the 27 year old made calls to celebrities and superdelegates in behalf of her mother's campaign.
Bill was also making apologies today when campaigning for his wife during the month of January, which may have cause some party delegates to turn away from the Clinton's. But to this day, even when asked, no apology yet from Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton for making the bad call on sending out troops to die in and unnecessary war. Mrs Clinton, "When Should Apologies Count?"
Your arrogance has gotten the better of this country. In many ways, I can't see how so many put up with you. I mean, just the other day I felt it a horrible insult when you took it upon yourself to say that the people who voted for Senator Barack Obama meant nothing because they were from small cities and communities that didn't matter. How dare you place one state over the other when we are all suppose to be in this together to make this a better country. No one, I mean no one, demanded that you apologize for that arrogant remark.
Honestly, Character wise, I see no difference in you than I see in Bush. You are both divisive, arrogant, egotistical, and difficult. I am suppose to want to respect you because you are running a race as the first female president of the United States. How do I? You don't seem to know when to control yourself, or how to control yourself. You request debate, or someone request a debate with you and you don't respect your time, there time, or even the events time because you are too busy yelling and screaming on top of the person whose time you are monopolizing.
If you don't answer the question, When should apologies Count. Then I will! You owe this country and your party an apology for saying yes to this war. You owe the mothers, father, son, daughters, aunts and uncles apologies for saying yes to this war. You also owe us all and apology for taking so freaken long with saying simply, that you were sorry. You owe thousands and apology, and NOW!
After taking a look at the demographics of the states Barack won I have come to some very unique conclusions.
First, I believe that our nation is coming to the understanding that we are a melting pot. Oh yes, we are. Many White and Black American are surcoming to the fact that we are more alike than we are apart.
In Barack, an American of mixed race, as he stated a mother from Kansas (White) and a father from Kenya (Black) he is apart of that melting pot that has become so big that there is no way to turn it back.
Barack's speeches, his control, and his non-confrontational nature proves him to be that gold pot we need in Black America that shows people we are intelligent and peaceful. Those same speeches and control show White America that he doesn't have to fight to get his point across and understood and he doesn't need to use vendictive language to show he can control himself in a fray amongst friends.
Barack is by far the man of the people. Not just his policies, but his ability to unify us as a people. His ability to help us forgive and forget the past. His ability to make us want to join together and bring our country back upon its feet and get our standing back as a "Super Power."
It wasn't until the speech after he won the Iowa caucas that I felt the momentum. I was chilled after listening and I mean...Wow! I was on the campaign trail myself trying to get his campaign going through the roof.
With all this said, I want us to work very hard at getting this message to people of Ohio, Texas, and Virginia. They don't seem to think we can get the message clear enough there because of race of course, but haven't you realized yet that "THIS IS NOT ABOUT RACE."
