SUB : URGENT CALL FOR POLICE REFORMS :: IMMINENT & IMPERATIVE
I am a single divorcee out of a two month old arranged marriage to Sri Gregory Jesudoss in 1989. I have been compelled to approach various police stations to lodge complaints against various forms of harrassments. But it has been my unfortunate and bitter experience that the police personnel begin to harrass me all the more. There is extreme inhumanity of disrupting basic amenities like power supply or water by a group of motivated people who all organise to commit the serious criminal offences against me.
The motive is that I hold a property share along with my father and younger brother. The Property is at Plot No:4 Survey Nos:164 to 166 St No:9 Lane No:2 Tarnaka, Secunderabad-17. My father and brother living separately are adamant and do not intend to share the property with me though they had falsily promised to do so since 1988 when my mother had expired along with my eldest aunt. My genuine grievance is against the police personnel and the callous way of dealing with me. Recently I was forced to approach the Osmania University Police Station with a complaint letter against the female watchman named Venkatamma also working as maid servant to the G-1 occupants namely the elderly couple Mr G V Subba Rao and his wife Mrs G Vijayalaxmi. Though the related DCP east zone was more humane and suggested that I approach the OU Police Station.
The police personnel at the OU P.Stn. began to detain me and shout at me as if I was accused. They brought the opposite parties and heard them out as if they were the complainants. They kept detaining me even when I complained about feeling dizzy. I pointed out that since morning I was visiting offices with my grievance and had not eaten. I was also dehydrated. Yet I was shouted at and unnecessarily detained. They coult have simply conducted the enquiry with the opposite parties in my absence. They never questioned about my complaints but silently heard the opposite parties as if they were complainants. The recently posted SHO named Mr k Anjaiah and the ACP Mr M Vijay Kumar were in In-charge.
On 16/11/09 I had submitted my complaint letter against Shyam and E-seva Centre located inside the Spencer Supermarket Vidyanagar for producing fake receipt against the electricity bill payment of Rs.403/=. Even when the youngsters were refusing to refund and were behaving boisterously with me on 17/11/09, the police personnel including the police officials Mr Uma Maheswara Rao over 9490616827 failed to comply. While the constables of the Nallakunta Police Station were trying to detain me. The Police personnel have simply failed to initiate any action or enquiry whatsoever with the culprits. This outrageous bias and grudge shown towards me is totally unacceptable and unconventional. There was total inhumanity shown towards me. I cannot cope with my every day routine and life in a society where the law enforcement personnel are further harrassing and victimising me. As a citizen, earning my livelihood as a bank employee, I seek for remedial measures and police reforms in their functionalities. There was no need to conduct enquiry simultaneously with both the complainant and the opposite party. Most of the time they fail to book any cases that leads to more danger out of neglect. Despite several phone calls the policemen fail to act and do not acknowledge complaint letters submitted. They have simply dismissed my genuine grievance against the Shyam & E-seva Centre youngsters stating that it is a simple case. It is not a petty case to cheat customers by producing fake receipts and the same can cause serious consequences. As a result the Electricity Board Office can disconnect and I could be termed as a "Defaulter" despite making the payment.
I cannot live my whole life being victimised and tortured. Please find enclosed the copies of my two complaints placed with the Osmania University Police Stations & the Nallakunta Police Stations. Please serve justice against continual police inaction, racism, inhumanity, discrimination, unlaw detention, harrassment of the undersigned lady.
Please take serious note of my genuine grievance.

STOP THE TRESPASSERS!!!!
This is not the first time that I have forwarded my representation for humanity & support since 2000 on the Net and through other means of communications. But all in vain yet that does not let me give up.
Hopefully, that this petition is forwarded to the concerned authorities and hope for some form of remedy, because I have exhausted all types of defending strategies. To ward off the trespassers I had bought :-
a) Electronic security gadgets but then clearly tampered;
b) Several padlocks and so on;
c) Several police complaints but the corrupt and incompetent lawlessness continues to ignore my genuine grievances;
d) Several representations to both the State level and National level Human Rights Commission but these offices have simply shut my case on the basis of unscrupulous police authorities governed by cheap politics;
e) Several representations to several organisations world over instead I was framed assaulted and put inside a mental asylum in March 2008 by motivated persons;
No doubt that I got an hostile family living separately with their spouses. There are relatives too living in the same city. I got a share in my late mother's property alongwith my father and younger brother who all simply fail to sort out the registration of the same on our names. Instead I am used by their spouses as shield to protect themselves and ignore me. In short, gender bias and gender inequality.
These trespassers certainly include the neighbours alonngwith other motivated characters. l understand that much more complex issues have been resolved but then why not this trespassers torturing my pet and me for nearly two decades. These bunch of perverts can easily be cornered and their demonly acts revealed.

If these trespassers are really bothered about my pet dogs than there are several strays loitering the indian streets in a worst neglected manner. The real reason is to torture my pet and me. Otherwise there are these others who dislike the trespassers and again my pet is threatened. My concern is the cheap politics at play in my work place the State Bank Of Hyderabad. Please stop these trespassers from unnecessarily interfering our lives. I am aware that I am under scanner by a bunch of perverts. In which case there is total loss of privacy whether in the bathroom or toilet. Also I am a victim of sexual exploitation by well positioned persons. The method adopted was to sedate and trespass in the night. I had no knowledge of whatever the sexual exploitation was about during 1999 to 2003. Whether photographing nude clips or indulging in psychopathic perverted sex with a sedated woman. Atleast a rape victim or an eloped affair or a runaway bride probably fair complexioned Bangalore women or their daughter have a chance of treating themselves from vaginal infection or without injuring their uterus whether aggravating or exaggerating the fibroids or not. But that was not the case with a sedated woman. The joints too can be easily affected with any rough movement or symptoms of nausea.
As also aware from the postmortem report that certain chemical substances cause symptoms of cancer. In other words that is murder of an otherwise normal person. I am a victim of all the above mentioned details and continue to be threatened. Each time I am careful to secure my residence atleast during the nights, then these professional perverts begin to use their political influence with the Flat Owners to pressurise me to vacate. This is how I have been tortured since 1990-91 to be precise. My father & younger brother have already bought their own houses and they are hostile to sort out and let me have a own house. The main reason why I am compelled to put forth my genuine grievance for HELP. I do not want to be used as a shield.

1986 : Joined The State Bank Of Hyderabad;
1988: My Mother & Aunt expired on the same day;
1989: My another Aunt also expired. Thereafter a two month old arranged marriage to a Central Bureau Investigator and I was used like a disposable item another form of sexual exploitation.

Luckily I managed to get the post mortem report with the help of one Vet. The timing coincided with the recent change in the government after the elections. The post mortem report says it all. There was insecticide poisoning and the chemical reaction that causes symptoms of cancer. That was in small dosage to a medium sized dog to cause enough torture and death.
The same can be applied to human beings in small dosages to cause serious and life threatening damages to the health of a human being. If administered in small dosages for over a period of time it can cause irreparable damage and disease to any normal person. It need not necessarily be insecticide or pesticide but any form of drugs or medications or chemical substances to cause grievous danger to life and gruesome death. The slow torture & small dosages are just to cover up the heinous crime.
The same can be applied to aggravate the condition and cause slow torture with the intention to reduce the life span. In other words it is called MURDER of an individual. In India there are not many laboratories to detect the same and even the few can be easily influenced to give the incorrect results. If the individual happens to be a single divorcee it can be all the more easy to enjoy impunity because the killers are the families with kids as shields against punishments.
There is plenty of motive for the undetected murder. If the individual has got a bank job or a share in property. By subjecting the person to slow poison they temporarily incapacitate to start the random fanciful deductions from his/her salaries. Or to jeopardize the livelihood. Or else to immobilize the person from utilizing her property share and to continue residing in rented accommodations paying exhorbitant rents.
If not given an opportunity to aggravate the ill health already induced, it would be easier to fake cases or provoke incidents to rob the individual of her entitlements.
There are still more ways to exploit and that can be done by setting young women oozing sex appeal to intercept and provoke the individual so that no authorities take action against atrocities and outrageous assaults on a single person by a group of hooligans headed by such women. A general weakness for sex and young women.
Even if the provocations do not reap results then there is always the easy prey and vulnerable pet dog to inflict torture upon and get away much more easily shielded against children.
Another way of exploitation was the sexual exploitation in the past that has caused more physical damage because of sedation. There is no proof so it is easy to ignore such exploitations.
How to indulge in senseless politicization in order to exploit an individual? To exert political supremacy over the apartment dwelling and amenities. There need not be any rationale to the amenities enjoyed but sheer show of political supremacy takes over. This again is enough justification to inflict torture and death. In short legal and judiciary systems are cramped and paralysed by political supremacy.
The individual is self. The same can happen to anyone anywhere and in any society or any part of the world. This is not just an violent crime committed on impulse but a premeditated crime.
I have been desperately working on the Net since 2000. In 2008 despite representing my case to several offices, organizations, government authorities, various political parties etc I failed to get recognized and instead extreme injustice of locking me inside an asylum when I acted in self defence.

At the same time, it would be too harsh and callous to shock an individual of his only source of livelihood. There should be considerable time offered with prior notification about dismissal and the individual should have adequate time to find alternatives than face sudden loss of livelihood.

I had joined the clerical cadre of the State Bank Of Hyderabad in 1986. Since then my whole life has turned turbulent.
Ever since my mother and two aunts deaths in 1988-89, there have been a series of exploitations. Understandable that all face personal turmoils in life but my employers the SBH are discriminatory towards me. Always recovering parts of salary and denying me the entitlements. While they all enjoy enticing perks, heavy increments, and now pay hike during recession world over. Deliberately causing problems to my pet or me so as to temporarily incapacitate and get an opportunity to exploit.
The following is a Petition drafted to portray the truth about my service with the SBH. I deserve a stabilized and secure job as a bank employee alike others. I am not aspiring for promotions and huge perks given to Bank Officials. I do approve discrimination on the basis of gender, caste or racism.
I am sincere and hard working. I have observed that many do arrive late to the Office, indulge in tea breaks, or lunch cum chit chats , many go out on errands during office hours on their own vehicles or many do attend social functions during office hours. Yes! all of us enjoy the liberties of working in administrative offices as seniors with turbulent personal lives but then why pick only on me to discriminate without full pay. I have turned into a laughing stock with the perpetual recoveries imposed from my salaries over some flimsy or whimsical pretexts or fake exaggerated allegations. One of the flimsy reasons is that I commute in hired three wheelers. But nobody had questioned me in the past about commuting long distances in buses. The parking area shows several cars owned by bank employees both officials and clerical cadres. There are also the sub staff having own vehicles and own huge lands and houses. Many Bank Officials educate their children abroad and many are employed in foreign countries. Most of them squander money over alchol or pleasurable entertainments or maintain more than one wife. I simply fail to understand the shameless sexual and monetary exploitation of a single woman like me.
Unlike most of my colleagues I am still surviving in a rented apartment. Though I hold a property share along with my father and brother I am not able to utilize the space because they are hostile. There are these vultures who are so greedy for money waiting for a chance to grab an opportunity to cheat or dupe or petty thugs in the form of traders, shopkeepers, or similar others.
