All:Be sure to communicate to all Decline to State (DTS) Voters in California the following:

If your an absentee voter, In order to vote for Barack Obama on February 5th, THEY MUST REQUEST A DEMOCRATIC BALLOT WHEN THEY RECEIVE THEIR SAMPLE BALLOT IN THE MAIL!

If the DTS voter goes to the polls on election day, they MUST REQUEST A DEMOCRATIC BALLOT IN ORDER TO VOTE FOR BARACK OBAMA!

Please note that DTS are encouraged to vote in the Democratic Primary, but cannot vote in the Republican primary.See you at the White House!
