Polling

We should not be judging the state of this campaign by the polls. Polls can be made to say anything and look at who is paying for these polls and then you can predict what they will say. None of these polls have been accurate this campaign season because they are being used to depress our supporters and hopefully make us--the strongest aspect of Obama's campaign--to lose the will to fight. They want to stew all of the hope out of us.

If you go back and google these polls, they either had Hillary 20 points ahead or we were even. Check the timing of the last poll reported from each organization. They all mostly changed their numbers after the election or during the exit polls and then when you look at them the next day, you think that they were accurate. They practically erase most of the previous polling data before that time so that you can't prove that they were "inaccurate" hours before the election.

By the way people are posting this bad data on a regular basis, all of our opponents have found a way psychologically to demoralize our grassroots campaign. Leave those polls where you found them and work hard for our campaign. My 85 year old mother is writing postcards for Obama because she is not computer-savvy and has limited hearing capability.

Do Not Trust Ralph Nader

I do not create many new blog posts but this one is very important to me. People have been fooled too long by our perennial presidential candidate, Ralph Nader. He has done more harm to the USA than any good he might have done when he was a consumer advocate. He has not advocated in so long that most of us do not know what he did when he did it. But, we do know that his candidacy in 2000 caused the vote to be so close than Bush was able to steal the election from Gore. We cannot let this happen again. Please let everyone know that he hasn't done any advocating because the companies that he railed against are the companies that he has invested in. His 2000 stock portfolio closely matched the portfolio of Barack's cousin, Dick Cheney. Please read this link below explaining what was in his 2000 stock portfolio when he sold out the American public.

We Need More Poll Workers

We need more volunteers from our campaign to work as a poll worker. You can call your Secretary of State to find out what you need to do to become a worker. My daughter worked this election in California and she was able to help people vote by provisional ballots and help Independent voters vote for a Democratic candidate. A lot of the workers did not inform voters how to do these things. She also saw some shady dealings from her Precinct Captains. These things need to be observed and reported to the Secretary of State.

Why I Chose to Support Obama over Hillary

First, I should mention that I supported Bill in both of his presidential elections. I fully intended to support Hillary in her election bid. My support for Hillary stopped in 2002 when I was looking at a show on CNN called Talkback Live. Hillary was a guest at the time that the Congress chose to give Bush a free ticket to start a war in Iraq. The audience wanted to know why Hillary was supporting this resolution and her cavalier reply was to let Bush have his "little war", it'll be over soon and we can get back to governing America. First of all, there is death in any war and she gave little thought or empathy for the potential victims. Now, trillions of dollars and 6 years later we are in an open ended war with no clear mission other than making Bush and his cohorts richer while robbing our treasury blind. She is at fault by using her 30 year experience making a quick and irresponsible decision to invade a sovereign country that had nothing to do with 9/11. Do we want someone who would make this kind of decision running the white house sitting right next to the red button. Absolutely Not!!!! Please join us to fight for America.

FDA has a Backlog of 27 years

Bush has broken and underfund the FDA so much that if it tackled all of the projects on their plate, it would take them 27 years to complete with their current resources. I have been phone banking and people are very concerned with items coming in from overseas that have not been tested adequately. Read New York Times story at:

Hillary's "Experience"

Hillary states that she is experienced and ready to become president on day one because of her 8 year "presidential" experience. Then let us judge her on that experience. As Rosa Brooks wrote in her editorial that Hillary's campaign reminds us that her husband's presidency only looks good compared to Bush's presidency (pick either one).
