This Blog is dedicated to developing and promoting a new network of leadership. Where strongly supported grass roots leaders can form and colaborate at the highest levels while strengthening their roots in their close community neighborhoods. This is a complicated process whose first steps are being suggested here by this group and then just like future leadership these first steps are empowered by their support.
Suggested Action Plan
1.) A group be made for every Zip code in which a meetings can be formed amonst neighborhoods and the choosen leaders of those neighborhoods. To first develope their own communities organization in electing, meeting(place and structure), leaders and then to form branches related to their most important issues, where initiatives, plans and leaders may again be choosen.
2.) Leaders From these meetings create annual forums where the same process1 can be viewed and contributed to by all the public on county, state, federal and national(global) levels.(quite far in the future)
3.) A central constitution is formed to protect the equality of voices. This distinguishes a truely local leadership brought to the highest level by support of it's ideas from a Republic brought to the highest level by it's financial support and potentially by it's lack of ideas(Politics).
4.) One strong focus is only spreading change and programs to those local communities that support them. While still bringing all people together to connect under universal rights, freedoms and concerns(Environment, violence, oppression...)
5.) Spread the word
While and After plans have been defined this group hopes to encourage all people to communicate ideas and plans to as many others as possible in the hope that they may also contribute their suggested plans and improvements.
Please only use this blog to plan and contribute to leadership structures. More specific or issue based blogs should be posted locally and then brought up to a central level with support.
