I cannot understand why our auto industryis being treated like a step child, while the financial giants are coddled.

Pathetic

Our Attorney General sounds like he is not comfy in his own skin, for him to call the USA a nation of cowards is a self serving "whine" comming from his pulpit, I certainly "HOPE" to hear our President condemn those words publicly.

my final post or visit to this website, when I go into the voting booth, I will vote against anyone who allowed 150 billion of pork to be attached to the "bail out" bill, I have decided to vote for the only presidential candidate that has not lied to me, GO NADER:)

siding with big business during the FISA vote, may somehow have been needed, but to vote on a 700 billion dollar bill, that had another 100 billion worth of pork stacked on it is unreal. Hopefully the House has the backbone to demand a better bill, not just a Billion dollars worth of pork.

of this proposed "bailout" is as much as the entire Iraq war you talk about hurting our economy so much. I hope that this time you will vote for us, the people. We watched you vote for big business instead of us on FISA, how bout this time you let big business special interest figure out the mess of their own making and vote NO on this bill.

Can anyone

describe to me what Senator Obama meant last night, when he said "we should not hesitate to use the military" as a veteran this statement bothers me, using force should be a deeply sober choice, not one you don't hesitate in your thought pattern to use.

My reason for comming here

is that I keep hoping to find sober and thoughtful input going into this campaign, I know we need a Democrat in the white House, the problem being, is it is always this silly stuff "Obama train, choo choo", what in the world is that? This is no movement, it is a presidential election. And for anyone who has seen them before, it looks just like normal, no change here. All that said, I do hope that someone at the campaign reads these and filters out the noise, and forwards ideas that might just allow Obama to pick up the undecided voters.

Questioning intent now,

Senator Obama has always been too far left for me, but he moved to the center on much of the big issues, FISA, and now the Dem's are finally going to allow drilling. I listened to his speech at the convention for Kerry, very impresive, his choice of Biden, who is a great senator was a missed oportunity of huge proportions, but his ad calling McCain a bigot has stuck in my craw, and will effect me in the booth. I guess a lot of us will "cling" to our human decency.
