Vote in New Jersey, why? Tuesday, November 3, 2009, 08:20 - PoliticsPolitics in New Jersey. Who's?My response to the message below was a sarcastic inward smile. I voted for Mr. Obama, (First vote in 65 years) I DO NOT Vote in local elections. So far they haven't put Micky Mouse or Gooofy up for election. But then that's what we get anyway.Mr. Obama has never lived in New Jersey or he would run for the nearest exit when it comes to supporting any party Candidate for office in this state. The highest taxes in the US, High unemployment, every township and county able to worm their way into the state coughers and make any decision they like. New Jersey politics is a real role model for the rest of the US. How NOT to run a state, look at NJ.My 1 cent, the state takes the other penny.Joe RobinsonDeptford NJ.The Original Message from the campain."Joe --This is it -- it's Election Day, and President Obama is counting on you to give him a strong partner in Trenton. Don't forget to go vote!If Governor Corzine wins today, he will fight alongside the President for the next four years. If Chris Christie wins, he'll spend the next four years fighting against the President and taking New Jersey back to Bush-era policies. This election will be decided by just a few votes -- so before you go to the polls, call five fellow Corzine supporters right near you and let them know when and where to vote. It will make a big difference, and they'll appreciate the reminder.Look up your polling location and share it with five voters in your precinct. Thanks for all your work,

Beating the scare tactics.
Joe --
Members of Congress have been home for just a few days, and they're already facing increased pressure from insurance companies, special interests, and partisan attack organizations that are spending millions to block health insurance reform.
These groups are using scare tactics and spreading smears about the President's plan for reform, trying to incite constituents into lashing out at their representatives and disrupting their events.
The goal of these disruptions is for a few people to get a lot of media attention and hijack the entire public discourse. If they succeed, all Americans -- Democrats, Republicans, and Independents -- will continue to struggle under the broken status quo.
It's up to us to show Congress that those loudly opposing reform are a tiny minority being stirred up by special interests, and that a huge majority strongly supports enacting real health insurance reform in 2009.
Your representative, Rob Andrews, has been fighting hard for real health insurance reform. Can you call the local office in Haddon Heights? Let the person who answers know that you're a constituent. Then tell them: "Thanks for working to enact real health insurance reform this year. Voters like me support your efforts."
According to our records, you live in New Jersey's 1st congressional district. Please call:
Rep. Rob Andrews at 856-546-5100.====================
When a child in school we had a bully that only picked on those that allowed him to. I was one of them for about a month until I announced publicly that he was seen playing with himself in the boys room. Was it true, who cares it got him tossd from school and made the next bully think twice.
Don't be a wuss Mr. President, we don't need a nice guy in the white house.
My Pappy said, "Do unto others as they would do unto you" He always added, "But you do it first"
Sorry Mr. Pesident I won't call Rob Andrews, he is just an other New Jersey Politition and unless they are getting something out of their vote or influence they won't do a thing.
I voted once Sir, One in 65 years, I voted for you now it's your turn.
"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. But you move first"

I voted finally after 65 years. Why?
Dear Mr. PresidentSixteen months ago I registered for the first time in my life because I thought we had a Man that would make changes. Changes that would remove the status quo. Changes that were very difficult for any President to make. In some cases you have moved the proverbial mountain, in others you have put very important changes on the back burner. Frankly I would like to believe you have reasons other than following the old boy network. That would have made it worth while to have voted for you.
Now I may be wrong, lord knows that's been the case many times in my life, I would hope not in this case. Here goes. As an American I don't want my President to turn the other cheek when insulted. As an American I don't want a friend in the White House. As an American I don't want Mr. Cool or Mr. Cool head in charge of the Oval office.
As an American I want a President that will fire back at the opposition with a "Prove your point or shut the hell up!" As an American I want a President that is decisive without the deal making. Wouldn't that be a welcome change, a change we could all live with. The American People are like the Sports fans in Philadelphia. Win, get cheered, loose or look like your loosing and the boo's never stop. In your case Sir winning is everything because the stands are starting to thin out, not as many people are buying the tickets.Drop the Mr. Nice Guy. Name names and tell it like it is, that would be a change we all could live with.
The United States needs a way to pay for Medical care and reform. You have the money, you have billions at your disposal that is being burnt in fields and incinerators. Marijuana is a cash cow worth billions a year. Legalize it and let the states handle it the same way they handle Alcohol.--> (Let me put a disclaimer to that. I DO NOT SMOKE. I DO NOT GET HIGH. But if I did it would be easier than getting a bottle of Scotch at 2am.)To those idiots that use the (What about the children?) It's available in school, let them get their own. Legalize it and get it off the streets. Legalize it and reap the BILLIONS in taxes from it. Let each state handle it the same way they handle the sale of Alcohol. To those that think we can stop it any other way. Think about the 18th Amendment and it's effect until 1933 when it was repealed.
On talking to the American People, that's a fantastic idea if YOU talk louder than the nay say'ers. On talking to the American People, It only works if YOU are the BULLY. We don't want an equal, we want a leader that will fight. We want a leader that will call a liar a liar. Not explain in PC that he or she has it wrong. Tell the bastards to prove they're right and why, and when they can't tell them in no uncertain terms to shut the F... up.
One more thing I'll add to what has become a rant. Gay's in the Military. Your being told that it wouldn't work. (Simplified) Bull SH..! It's been working for millennia, It's just that no one wants to admit it. Here's a figure for you Mr. President. 1 in 4 Military Men and Women in the Military are either Gay, Bi, or supporters. Meaning they enjoy the company 'of' as a matter of convenience. That's inclusive of the higher ups with all the Metal on their chest.
Let me remind you Mr. President, there's only one thing you have that sets you apart from those elected before you. Your word. Please read the speeches that got you elected, they will be your legacy or your downfall. My Pappy said talk was cheap, not this time, not this year, not this term. Please remember we put you there.

NewJersey and You, get the lube. Friday, May 8, 2009, 13:33 - GeneralPosted by Administrator
Well here we go again. The state of New Jersey needs money, don't we all. Their, or should I say our Governor, has come up with a way to collect money that should not be owed to the state. Tax Amnesty, another name for covering up state price fixing.Between 2002 and 2005 I bought cigarettes on line. The state of NJ subpoenaed records from www.esmokes.com and I got in the middle, so did many others. Some paid, some lost their homes. What they didn't notice or ignored was that the state had not billed the tax on what we paid for the cigarettes on line. But what we WOULD have paid in NJ.Make it clear.I paid $18.47 a carton. The State charged tax on the New Jersey price of $36.00 a carton. And the respective price increase over the years in the state. You think not. I can prove it!That's not bad enough.I never said I didn't want to pay, but like the amnesty it's WE WANT IT NOW!Well it's NOW again, and I don't have the amount the state wants, if I did I would pay it just to get rid of this mess. You see, paying $2K when you live on $1K a month SS, is a little difficult. The actual cost of the cigarettes purchesed was $631.00, not the fixed price of $1200+ then add tax & interest.Mr. Cosine I was under the distinct impression that price fixing was illegal in New Jersey. Believe me folks I'm not the only one.EmailNJresident@cwr65.comP.S. At least this time the letter came from the state not someone that the state allows to use their logo. Yea I can prove that as well.
Mr. PresidentNO MORE AIG! Dear SirPlease do not give any more of our money to AIG. If they are in such dire straights, let them use the money they give as bonuses and loans to other riskey businesses. No more. No more AIG taxpayer paid parties! No More.No more sudsidizing high paid Suits. We are paying the same people that caused the problem by giving them an open ended flow of cash.NO MORE AIG BAILOUTS!CWR65
Mr. President.Save and make money selling 'Pot'Yup, that's what I said. But first let us turn back the clock to January 29, 1919 and the 18th Amendment. "Thou shall not drink" Bless the steeplepeople and do-gooders they know what's best for all of us. BULL!It made millionaires, (Billionaires today) it killed people, it maimed others that drank anything that was called Alcohol. It created waves of crime. It was transported in trucks cars and on ships. Sound familiar?Back to today. How would Ten to Twenty Billion dollars in the federal coffers sound. How would saving Ten to Twenty Billion dollars by not having to chase ghost that sell pot by taking away the profit line.No cars or trucks to stop and search for pot, is that worth two billion? Let's add to that an other $1.4 Billion in new equipment to chase a weed that isn't harmful. One third less Prisoners in institutions because they were found with two seeds on the car floor. $2.5 Billion a year.Children unable to buy pot on the streets because the dealers can't make a profit off of it.No domestic calls to the local police because Mr. Trailer trash got drunk and whipped hell out of his 'ol' lady' he was drunk. No one ever blew smoke and went looking for a fight. You don't even need a new law. Each state has their own it's under such names as the ABC, (Alcohol Beverage Control. Etc.) you don't need a new agency, you have DEA, only now they would know where to look for a problem.Too simple, too logical, to many steeplepeople and do-gooders that haven't a clue that would fight it.Pot is not addictive unless you have an addictive personality, hell then you could get hooked on cool-aid.$50 to $70 BILLION dollars a year in taxes, and eliminated expenditures. Hell that would save GM, well almost.Just think, all those Police that are out there for no reason, chasing something that only makes the bad guys rich could be doing better things. Legalize it, Tax it, Control it.CWR65
Misinformation, Deptford Twp. NJ 08096 Tuesday, October 28, 2008,
Misinformation, Deptford Twp. NJ 08096At 12:01pm 10/28/08 I placerd a call to the Deptford Twp. NJ office to ask about early voting hours and where. This is Exactly what happened. When the Female voice on the phone answered, I asked if 'we' had early voting. Her answer was a flat 'No" I asked again commenting that it was tipical of NJ, I asked "we don't have early voting?" Answer, "no we don't have early voting" I pushed a little harder and was told to hold while being tranfered to the clerk. When the clerk answered I asked the same question."do we have early voteing because I have a Medical problem(I do) her answer, "of course we do, at the Deptford Mall in the County store next to Boscov" I asked why I was told by the Receptionist that we didn't, she imediately asked, "Who told you that?" I explained it, she gave me the information I needed, very politely I might add. We do have early voting!... Point, how many others have made that same phone call and gotten the same answer of "no" and why? ... Why wouldn't a Twp. receptionist know that we in the state have early voting. How many people will not vote because they can't stand in line and have been told that there is no other way.... The state flag of NJ should have a tube of KY on it. Welcome to NJ, now grag your ankles, this won't hurt a bit!Joe__

The debates, #3 Are you joking
.... I will support the candidate I feel can do the best job. But they must meet a criteria that most Politicians lack. An absolute honesty and the balls to say. "You are a liar" when their opponent twist the truth to fit his or her personal gain. Not some flunky that is hired to be a scapegoat and say what the Candidate is thinking and feels it isn't PC to say.
... Last night I watched Mr. McCain first shake hands with what had to be a plant. An ex-Navy man sitting front and to the side where it would be easiest to stroll over and shake his hand in a greeting of the former Military. BULL! He knew the man would be there and knew exactly where he would be. Bravo Mr. McCain great show, and that is exactly what it was, a show!
... Lie after lie, and Mr. Obama countered with gentle words, why? The man is a liar and a phony, so is his running mate the Moose shooter, Ms. Palin. What a piece of work, not even the most severe man haters will support her. She can't answer a question, yet knows all the answers because they are scripted. Be aware a more designing Woman has never been closer to power, and if she gets it, get a lot of lube your going to need it.
... Maverick no, Sidewinder yes. Look it up. While you are at it remember that the Maverick Brothers were Gamblers.... Mr. McCain wants 300 Billion more to buy bad Mortgages. What was the 800 Billion for, pocket money for CEO's to vacation on?
Winner, not from here.
---- ==========================From http://opinion.cwr65.comOr as it is better know in the political world, Democrats and Republicans. Although we have the best government in the world, it has become a fight to see what side of the isle can win. Not what is best for the Country. If the Democrats vote for it, the Republicans vote against it. And the reverse is true as well. Politicians are elected by ‘Poll’ rather than ability. Popularity is more important than knowledge. Campaign is measured more thoroughly than performance. Negativity has far out paced intention. No longer do we vote on the best man (or woman) for the job, but we are subjected to those that can win, or run a good campaign. We are brainwashed, and beaten into believing WE pick the candidate. We do not. They are picked for us by those that have an agenda that we may not agree with. The news media has a great deal to do with this, but the People of the USA tolerate it, Welcome it, because it is much easier than thinking for themselves.. Think I am wrong. Ask the ‘Experts’ they will be on the evening news to explain what you need to know, To tell you what was said, and adjust it so you will understand who to believe and who to ignore. No longer is it just entertainment to listen to a comedian, It seems to be where the pulse of the voters is registered. Get a laugh, Get Elected. The Joke is on US.

Oh yes, an other great debate. VP (Yawn!)
Oh yes, an other great debate. VP (Yawn!)... It would be ludicrous to define last nights, What would one call it, certainly not a debate.... Bravo to Mr. Biden for staying awake, kudos for not stopping and walking off the first of many times that Ms. Palin refused to answer a question, I counted seven.... One she blatantly explained that she had no intention of answering.... A debate, not by any stretch of the imagination.... She did find the intelligence to say that she would like more authority in the VP's office. Hm, I wonder why, and don't hold your breath, JUST MAKE SURE SHE NEVER GETS THE CHANCE!... If Ms. Palin is so involved in Healthcare for Medically challenged children, why does she keep handing her baby off to others, or haven't the Palin McCain supporters noticed that one of her younger daughters is always carrying that baby. I should think that the one that is knocked up(excuse me, pregnant) would need the experience.... Speaking of that, boyfriend Levi really looks like he wants to be a part of that Family. Sorry but the poor smuck got into something I think he now regrets more than a child.(pun intended)Be afraid, be very very afraid of this woman.Joe__
McCain + Palin 0r Palin +McCain
As posted to: http://opinion.CWR65.comI personally think Ms. Palin gave away her intention yesterday when she stated that it was the Palin McCain ticket. That was no Freudian slip, this Woman wants that office and is willing to lie and cheat her way into it. Voters be ware!I also think John McCain knows it as well, his mix-up about Spain, and some other recent slips are no doubt due to him watching his ass with Ms. Palin. Or is he watching hers.Because if it wasn't a slip and he doesn't know the difference between an ally, and the other Lunatic fringe we have an even greater problem.Ms. Palin's 'First Dude' refused to honor a sepena, how many of us could get away with that.At one time it was a Government for and by the people. Now it's for and by those that can get away with it.CWR65
Snake Oil Sales !
From: http://opinion.cwr65.com
Shades of wonder.I just saw an advertisement on TV that said we have plenty of oil. I believe that ad. I also believe in taxing the folks behind that ad.Guess who, big oil would fit well in your answer. Plenty of oil it says. Guess who pays to drill for that oil, You and me!My questions to those that want to drill for oil off the shore line. How long before we get oil from the drilling? How much are we going to have to pay for it?What is the percentage of the cost of drilling is passed on to the consumers?Last but not least, who the hell do you think your kidding?I was borne at night, but not last night. If the oil companies didn't stand to increase their already high profit they would never spend the money to run the ads or pay the bills for congressmen.TAX the oil companies! When John McCain says that Off Shore Drilling would help immediately he is a LIAR! Who wrote and paid for that ad, big oil or big oil lobbyist, same thing? CWR65
In responce to a form letter. The original is not needed this was my responce:
Well I thank you for the form letter, but you're about preaching to the choir. You can propose a lot, first you best get elected and you won't do that until you start telling the American public what they don't know. Next you have to get past that witch with the painted on smile in congress, (I believe her name is Palosy(( Close enough) from SF. She has her own agenda. It ain't you, or the American people. I been around to long not to recognize a sneak. Hell no shark would bite her out of common courtesy, that's her ocean and if you think anyone is getting past that witch you better tread light.CWR65
Opinions
When you Vote think of this.
... Off Shore Drilling. Lets put aside the Environment (What the hell, the Bushites have)
... OFF SHORE DRILLING WILL NOT LOWER GAS OR OIL PRICES.
1.. IT WILL TAKE A MINIMUM OF 10 YEARS TO SEE ANY OIL EVEN AFTER THEY HIT OIL IF THEY DO.
2.. THE OIL FOUND IF ANY WILL BE SOLD TO THE OIL REFINERY AT THE SAME PRICE AS THE OIL IS SOLD NOW.
3.. ANY AND ALL COST FOR DRILLING OFF SHORE WILL BE PASSED TO THE CONSUMER.
... McCain = George Bush & the Bushites.... McCain picks a VP, that VP is the next president, so by Electing McCain you are electing the man or woman that is VP when McCain dies. ... Are You sure that's who you want in office. You better be sure that's who you want in office because that's the scenario.
... Paris Hilton may just be the better choice! McCain and company were too stupid to know they were being insulted by her video.
