Deep within the minds of most Americans is the unspoken thought that Bill's sexual daliances weere the fault of frigid Hillary.

It was the "stand hy your man" Hillary who never slept with her man, who caused the impeachment of Bill over the Oval Office blow job performed by Monika Lewinski, a rather spectacular climax in a long chain of daliances.
This is not a topic of general conversation in the USA, but people around the globe harbor this belief deep in the recesses of their minds.
Hillary may have a good head on her shoulders but she never met her obligations as a wife. There is deep resentment from men who think Hillary should have used her good head to give Bill good head and then there are women who see Hillary as a poor role model for wife's who keep their men happy and at home, rather than chaing after other women for sexual gratification.
Hillary may be perceived at a smart enough woman to be President, but she is not perceived as woman enough to be President.
Obama is now attacked for not being BLACK enough. Some in the black community state that he is not from a slave heritage or a part of the Civil Rights Church leadership so he can't possibly represent the black community.
They simply fail to realize that Obama wishes to represent ALL Americans and that is exactly what makes him so appealing to white voters, he isn't too BLACK.
All previous Civil Rights Christian Black contenders have failed in their quest for the Presidency because they were too black for white America.
Obama stands a real chance to win but not if the BLACK community self-destructs over his BLACKNESS.

Will he be perceived as a threat to white America and thus suffer the same fate as Medgar and Martin, along with so many other hereos of America's second civil war?

WHY AND WHAT BUSINESS IS IT OF HIS?
It is undeniable that the President of the USA is currently the most powerful and influential political leader of the world. As such, the threshold question is whether the people of the world are vested with an interest in the US Presidential election. The answer must be yes because of global issues such as the environment, economics, immigration and terrorism.
Since the citizens of the world have a vested interest, to what extent do they have a right to participate in the US election? Certainly they have no direct voting rights and should never have such. But that simply puts them on an equal footing with US citizens who also have no direct election vote for the US President due to the antiquated Electoral College.
World citizens can express their preferences and John Howard is not the first foreign head of state to express his regarding US Presidential candidates. John Howard is simply the first to make his comments in such a public manner, in the press.
The US Constitution would protect the mere expression of his opinion. But the question remains, WHY?
John Howard shrouds his comments within the fight against terrorism framework. He claims Obama in ’08 will hand a victory to the insurgents in Iraq where 1,500 or so Australians serve in military capacity. It sounds like John Howard is just looking out for the interests of Australian military citizens. But, he could do this by simply bringing them home if he thought the risk to them under an Obama Presidency was far too great.
One media source has suggested that John Howard is just acting as a continuing puppet of President Bush and is assisting the Republican Party’s attempt to keep the White House. This explanation may satisfy those in the “puppet conspiracy” camp but it seems much too simplistic.
To understand John Howard’s true motivation we need to look deeper into an issue that the Obama campaign hopes will not raise its ugly head in this campaign and vigorously took offense with Joe Biden for bringing up. RACISM!
Scrutinize the Howard administration years for its treatment of Australia’s Aborigines. It will not be difficult to tag John Howard with the racist label.
Australia’s indigenous peoples have not fared well under John Howard’s leadership.
And that may be the bottom line for John Howard; he simply cannot stomach the idea of the most powerful world political leader being black.
