As The Original New York City Free Advice Man I would like to congratulate you, your wonderful family, friends and all our fellow supporters, true Democrats, real Republicans, sensible Independents and others, for getting you elected the next President of Our United States of America! I am exceedingly grateful to you and Vice-President-Elect Joe Biden, whom I consider a friend, for putting up with all the senseless garbage and difficulties that our opponents threw at us during this long, testing and tiring campaign. You can count on me to provide you, your administration and our government any and all Quality Free Advice, Objective Criticism, Critical Insight and Foresight needed to help insure that the coming four years or more will be successful, especially in restoring Our American image and reputation abroad and our Constitution at home.

Do not worry too much! The Obama-Biden Super Ticket will win on November the 4th, 2008! And not just because America needs real positive change, the kind only Senators Obama and Biden are able to bring and will bring to Washington! The events of today, September 15, 2008, and what happens in the next few days will be VERY MUCH PART OF THE REASON! But these events are seriously tragic for working middle class and working poor like me and many of my friends, because the market crises are the result of absolute incompetence and excessive greed that the GOP get-rich-quick mentality caused! Shame on McCain-Palin for failing to keep their promise to stick to the real issues, the bread and butter issues! With good people like Barack Obama and Joe Biden, real Americans like us, WE WILL RESTORE AMERICA! B'R'CH H'SH'M (Hebrew for Blessed Be G-D's Eternal Name!) Family values?!? WE are for family values! The GOP is for devaluing families!
Why I support Barack Obama: He is truly a man of the people, and for the people. He puts people before profits, and understand that to really, really listen to people, to others, supporters, skeptics and opponents alike, is not at all a sign of weakness but the mark of all great leaders! Like my previous favorite, Senator Joe Biden, he has that special and rare quality of being able to understand and care for others, which, unfortunately, so many other candidates, seriously lack! Obama is for unity-in-diversity, for the most fundamental principle of Our Great Constitution; separation of religion and state, for truly fair wages for honest work, sensible and creative compromise between the public and the private sector, and he is not averse to respecting those who may not have the fortune to have acquired formal accreditation from institutions of higher learning, but who, nonetheless, are highly educated, creative, out-of-the-box autodidactic thinkers and intellectuals (such as myself). There are other reasons, such as his calming voice and sense of style and realistic confidence, why I support Senator Barack Obama and sense that he will make one of the greatest U.S. Presidents of all times! As for those who fear McCain-Palin might win: Are you kidding?!? With today's financial crises, soaring budget deficit, rising unemployment, massive housing crisis, and a 1 Billion Dollar a week waste of money in Iraq??!?? Nah! If McCain-Palin stole the elections then it would be the end of our entire economic might! Neither Wall Street nor Main Street is going to allow that to happen! It will be an Obama-Biden victory for sure! But only if we do not take it for granted and realize that they could steal the elections with blatant LIES and what not! So...if fearing we might lost motivates you to make sure WE WIN then so be it! But remember the wise old adage: PEOPLE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM PEOPLE WHO LOOK MISERABLE! So...get ready to ROCK & ROLL and CHANGE AMERICA FOR THE BETTER! YES YOU CAN! YES WE CAN! AND YES WE WILL!
First of all, you read me right: no matter what may happen in the next 50 days left till November the 4th, Election Day, Senator Barack Obama and Senator Joe Biden (love them so much!) will be President and Vice-President of Our United States of America come Inauguration Day, January 20, 2009! And there is nothing McCain-Palin can do about it! Nothing, zero, zilch, nulla!
Why?
Well, aside from the fact that Senator Barack Obama will win (BIG TIME!) every debate against Bush Doctrine addict John McCain, and Senator Joe Biden will let Governor Palin trip on her own words and show how unqualified she is to be only one heartbeat away from The Presidency, aside from that, September 15, 2008 will be a day that all of us hard-working, truly patriotic Constitution-loving Americans, will remember for a very long time! Why? Because later-on today the collapse of Lehman Brothers, after 158 years of having been a previously trustworthy Wall Street firm, will cause terrible chaos in the markets, hundreds of points losses, and will be the final straw that breaks the camels back! And the American public, who will suffer from this tragedy, will point the fingers of blame squarely at the failed policies of The Bush Administration and the cold-hearted attitude of the GOP, which for so many years disrespected America's working middle class and tried to force us into becoming Real Estate speculating sharks, when all we ever wanted was to live the simple, peaceful, family-loving American dream: a decent home, a decent job with a decent wages under decent work-place circumstances, a strong, steady and stable economy, in effect the means to live a normal life, so that we can truly enjoy the company of family, friends, relatives and our fellow American in need! Not an America where everyone is forced to join the Rat-Race and become hyenas, feeding off the carcass of other people's misfortunes, not an America where we let opportunistic politicians feed us daily doses of Color-coded fear-mongering tactics, not an America where we become divided against one another by cheap-trick political lies, and end up doing exactly the thing our real enemies, who attacked us on 9-11, could never do to us! We are better than that! We Americans know that in order to succeed at home and abroad, to be able to sell our fine products and services, we need to restore The American Way, the way of Unity-in-Diversity...E Pluribus Unum...the way of Our Beloved Founding Parents, great women and men like First First Lady Martha Washington and President George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin! We need to let the world know that WE CAN BRING POSITIVE CHANGE to our own country and for the sake of our Historic Alliances and Friends around The World, special and important relations, security-wise and trade-interest-wise, that this Bush Administration has managed to harm! WE CAN change Washington and bring about intelligent and wise policies that will strengthen our economy again, that will restore our confidence in our fellow Americans, that will stop good American jobs from being exported to countries that benefit much more from a strong and wise America, an America we once were some seven long years ago, an America that will never allow extremists to attack its Homeland again, but that knows that a significant part of a sound security policy for America is being able to get other countries to join us and share the burden in our fight against terrorists! YES WE CAN! WE CAN put America back on the track to a healthy future for our children and generations to come, and we can undo this economic disaster that these greed-addicted fools have caused!
So, do not let them, the nay-sayers, the one's who ridicule all those wonderful Americans who do community organizing and service to their country...who failed to provide our troops with the MRAPs armored vehicles that (my) running-mate, Senator Joe Biden, was wise to push through Congress...do not let them, those Bush Doctrine groupies...do not let them take your eyes off the goal! Because come November when we're inside the voting-booths we'll be sending them back to where they belong...outside of our government, outside of our pockets, outside of our homes...and we will be opening those voting booth curtains to let in the bright sunshine of a new day in America! A day of many more days, when we can finally take charge of our economy and create millions of new jobs, decent jobs with fair wages, and an America that is once more respected and admired all over the world! The Bush Administration has failed US but WE won't fail America!

In his serious efforts to change things in Washington Senator Obama, during the 109th Congress, worked to have a Bill he co-sponsored with Senator Tom Coburn (D-OK), such as the "Coburn-Obama Transparency Act". This act provides the legal and fiscla means for the maintenance of a web site USAspending.gov, managed by the Office of Management and Budget (and based off of the more extensive fedspending.org, managed by OMB rival and partner OMB Watch) that lists all organizations receiving Federal funds from 2007 onward and provides breakdowns by the agency allocating the funds, the dollar amount given, and the purpose of the grant or contract. In the first month of the newly Democratic-controlled 110th Congress, Obama worked with Russ Feingold (D–WI) to eliminate gifts of travel on corporate jets by lobbyists to members of Congress and require disclosure of bundled campaign contributions under the "Honest Leadership and Open Government Act", which was signed into law in September 2007. He joined Chuck Schumer (D-NY) in sponsoring S. 453, a bill to criminalize deceptive practices in federal elections, including fraudulent flyers and automated phone calls, as witnessed in the 2006 midterm elections.
Those are just a few of the many things Senator Barack Obama has done to show that he is much more than a great speaker, political campaign organizer and incredibly successfuk uniter. Senator Barack Obama is a man who delivers on his promises and brings with him real change at a time when our country needs both real change and greater unity.
Our world today is a very different world when compared to the one in which President Bill Clinton began his first term in office. In 1992 America had not yet experienced the kind of massive socio-economic disruptions and harm caused in great measure by the 9-11 terror attacks of 2001. In 1992 our country was not as divided along political lines as it became under the years of George W. Bush's illegitimate Presidency. After all, George Herbert Walker Bush was slightly wiser than his son, and knew better than to openly mix religious preferences with his politics, the Unconstitutional way this Bush has. In 1992 we did not have a major war fiasco like we do today in Iraq, where most Iraqis say that it is OK to kill our precious young men and women, our brave and honorable troops.
Senator Hillary Clinton acts like we Americans are so naive to believe that she can repeat the economic successes of her husbad's Presidency in a world so different from the pre-9-11 yeas!
There are many other differences between then and now, but these three; a divided country, a country that has had a major attack on its economic stability and civil liberties, and a country that is no longer respected and loved like it used to be; make it a country that needs a very different kind of President than Senator Clinton or Senator McCain would be!
Our country needs someone who can really unite us in a way no President has been able to in such a long time, our country needs a President who is best able at rallying Americans, to inspire and motivate, most importantly, our younger generations, who can be seen as proof that America is truly the diverse and yet united country it claims to be, a President who, though a Church-going Christian, can reach out to all other faiths and cultures in a way that neither Senator Clinton nor Senator McCain can ever do! Only Senator Barack Obama has what it takes to meet the daunting challenges of our times and restore America's Constitution and insure that America's Law Enforcement is once more serving the very interests of The American People, their freedoms, liberties and democratic institutions, as required by The Constitution. Only Senator Barack Obama has the humility and wisdom to know that no one person in today's ever-complicated world can govern an entire nation as great, powerful and diverse as America, without the wisdom, which Obama has, to know which other people to seek advice, counsel and feedback from! Senator Barack Obama knows the value of asking for advice from great American patriots like Senators Joe Biden, Tom Daschle and Ted Kennedy! Only a man who knows that his experience alone will not carry the day and open the way to achieving the many things that our next President must! If you listen to the Sunday political pundits on CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC,etc….: they’re now saying that maybe ‘they themselves’, the ‘commercial mass media’ made a mistake, that maybe they were giving too much of a free ride to Barack Obama, that Obama has some kind of rock star appeal that even affects them, that maybe it was ‘their own’ unrealistic desire to see him win that blinded them, that stopped them from being critical enough towards Obama and his campaign, that they may have been too harsh on Senator Clinton, that they now say that maybe Bill Clinton has a point about saying that the press hasn’t really scrutinized Obama on Iraq and that this whole thing is a ‘Fairy Tale’, and ‘they’ (the press, commercial mass media) go on about how genuine and sincere Hillary Clinton’s expression of emotion and tears are and that maybe ‘they’ were too harsh and that that was probably what changed enough minds hours before the New Hampshire voters cast their votes, that women suddenly saw how human Senator Clinton really is!!! Strangely enough, Bill Crystol, definitely no friend of ours, saw the truth about her crocodile tears…. As far as I am concerned, Hillary was crying out of self pity and the fear that she might actually lose her chance at living in the White House and flying once more aboard Air Force One…the most comfortable place on and above Earth!!!

What is really going on is that the commercial mass media, the press, is actually deliberately playing a reverse psychology trick, a game meant to turn voters away from Senator Barack Obama!!! They know that many Americans, perhaps most, do not trust the mass media and do not like being manipulated by the mass media, and that by artificially pretending to promote Obama so much, beyond reason, they know that they can actually have the reverse effect on Obama and actually make him appear to be the corporate choice, part of the same old problem! They know that then some voters will think to themselves, ‘if the mass media is trying so hard to get me to like Obama then there must be something wrong with Obama…and so I’m voting against Obama’…. It’s the same old trick that the commercial mass media has been playing for ages on Americans and celebrities and public officials and politicians! Build them up to be almost super-heroes then pretend to be part of the public bandwagon that brings them tumbling down!
The real question is why does the commercial mass media want Obama to lose so bad???
Because they know that Senator Barack Obama is really the real CHANGE CANDIDATE and that he is what America really needs to unite the country and finally make Washington work for the people and not the corporate interests’ short-term profits-over-people agenda of continuously dividing, conquering and exploiting the people of America!!! They do not like Obama because he is the champion of ethical business practices and fair wages for working class Americans that Obama is for truly protecting the interests of middle class American families and restoring those families to the middle class who have suffered way too much under the massively failed policies of the Bush Administration. They, the commercial mass media, the press, do not like Obama because his wise and sensible foreign policies, based on diplomacy and a surgical removal of terrorists, will bring relative peace around the world and thus there will be less hype, less shock, less NEWS to report!!!
They did it to Senator Joe Biden, to Senator Christopher Dodd, to Mike Gravel, to Kucinich, to anyone who dares tell the truth like Senator Barack Obama does! And we, the citizens of America, who understand and realize how clever the commercial mass media is in their ability to manipulate voters sentiments, we must reach out to our fellow voters and let them know that this is what is really going on! Just that in the final hours the Clinton Operatives and even some other Operatives from the GOP side and elsewhere (who know how invincible an Obama-Edwards ticket would be) sent clever disinformation, lies and what not, to take advantage of lingering doubts and put more lingering doubts in the minds of vulnerable persons! I saw this with my own eyes on the BLOG sites that night!! They pump up the volume on all the garbage lies about our candidate and were able to change the minds of enough people, within hours of the voting.
But that dishonest tactic was used once too often and we are now much better prepared!
As Lincoln said: "You can fool some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time!"
As for POLLS in general; Rule of Thumb: if the polls show our candidate leading by ten points, still act as if our lead is marginal at best and do not fall into complacency! It's the very last words before the actual voting starts that have the strongest impact and effect on those who are not sure enough about just how correct and great our candidate is!

Clinton has plenty of NEGATIVE experience!Experience matters, but so does one's intuitive ability to seek the counsel/advice of those with more POSITIVE experience than thyself! Obama is a master at seeking good advice!

The Administration of President Barack Obama, once in office, should seek to have legislation passed that would require that officials and agents of the Federal Government, including all related State agencies and officials, be required to attend a mandatory 8 to 20 hours long Ethics, Civil Rights & Constitutionality Course every year, or every two years, in which they would learn and/or be reminded of the very dangers of corruption, of the failure to respect the Constitutional and other Civil Rights of citizens, of the fact that they, as government officials, may be investigated at any time to help insure that they are following through on their ethical and legal obligations under the Constitution.
We also need to create a strong Citizens’ Rights Ombudsman-ship Department, with Ombudspersons randomly invited from all walks of life and sectors of society. The purpose of this semi-government agency would be to give citizens a serious added measure of protection, as well as place to air legitimate grievances, against any possibly corrupt government official or agent, and whose Ombudspersons would be authorized to investigate, publicly publish all findings and seek the prosecution of any persons who are seriously suspected of having violated the Civil Rights of any and all citizens. To insure that the Ombudspersons, at least four for every State in the Union, themselves have not been corrupted, there should be a Special Internal Investigations Council of Ombudspersons which would be comprised of both current and former Ombudspersons who have not been in violation of the law, with exception to a single Misdemeanor. No Convicted Felons would be allowed to be Ombudspersons. As an added measure to insure ethical behavior on the part of Ombudspersons, they would be paid significant salaries and would be eligible for a special bonus upon successful completion of their four-year tenures. Such Ombudspersons would also be part of the following idea:
The Administration of President Barack Obama should seek to create a Federal Court of Special & Exceptional Cases, such that citizens whose grievances and problems are unusually complex and/or odd can get the attention of the Federal Government and make their case for seeking whatever possible/reasonable Federal Assistance, i.e. Legal or Financial, that by virtue of the intent of The Constitution they would be entitled to. After all, there are many persons, perhaps in the thousands, whose grievance and problems are due to some very unusual circumstances and/or experiences that cannot be addressed by any regular courts. Some likely case examples:
Such Federal Court of Special & Exceptional Cases would include in its juries Ombudspersons, thereby helping insure that no case held can be rigged against the citizen!

Seek to have legislation passed that would decriminalize possession of any chemical substance, but would more severely punish the public use (i.e. smoking, injecting, inhaling, imbibing etc.) of such chemical substance, the use of such substance in the presence of minors, the transfer of such substances to minors, the production of such substances in any manner that would put people’s safety at risk, the sale and/or distribution/transfer of such substances in any manner that involves violence or the threat of violence and/or coercion, and the transport of large quantities of such substance across international borders. Theory: by decriminalizing mere possession of any chemical substance we do not waste our precious resources (public capital) on investigating and prosecuting individuals who have a mental health problem that needs to be addressed by clinical means (whereby any individual whose endangering behavior is due to chemical substance abuse, i.e. drug/narcotics abuse, must be detained/arrested for that specific behavior and any violence or threat of violence, or property damage or theft), and by decriminalizing possession we also prevent any chance of someone being framed, of someone having false evidence against them planted on their person for whatever sinister and malicious motives; such as political persecution by any potentially corrupt official(s). Decriminalization of possession would also, in effect, reduce the profitability of currently illegal to possess chemical substances’ sales. As opposed to full legalization of toxic narcotic chemical substances this legislation would not risk the U.S. being infiltrated and attacked by foreign powers and enemies of the U.S., who could then seek to intoxicate massive numbers of our citizens in an effort to destabilize our country! Potential down-side of this legislation: abuse of chemical substances will probably rise significantly if this legislation is not accompanied by other legislation, such as the ‘Drug Courts’ legislation and similar types of legislation needed to help prevent and/or treat this dangerous threat to our social, political and economic welfare! Another piece of legislation that would help make this ‘Right To Possess’ legislation more effective in actually reducing the serious problem of chemical substance abuse would be legislation that would provide tax-incentives to the creation/formation of special adult programs that are truly creative and diverse in offering adults alternative social networking venues and emotional support groups, as well as programs that would connect adults to private moneys to resolve personal financial crises within reason! Furthermore, no legislation on any social ill can work without ultimately also having a truly viable, meaningful, case-sensitive-specific set of government programs to truly solve our most pressing and important problem: the lack of truly affordable (yet safe, practical and efficient) housing and an ‘Federal Emergency Housing Program’ that would provide, for an indefinite period of time, free, small (proportional to individual, couple and family needs), ultra-efficient, building entrance/hallway security monitored, non-luxury, hi-tech, safe location housing units! As long as there is even the fear of being homeless some Americans will continue to seek temporal psychological escape through substance abuse! Truly solving the homelessness crisis of America, providing adult-oriented social programs for all types of adults (straight, conservative, liberal, gay, bisexual, asexual, etc.) and decriminalizing possession are the three most important things a successful President Barack Obama Administration can and should do, as soon as possible! – Jean-Pierre Ady Fenyo, Philosopher.
