The taxation in the House bill is waaaaaay easier to understand, and fair.

If anyone is calling on a Jewish Peer-to-Peer calling campaign (I know there is one of these in PA) here are two tips:
I always say:
Hello, this is <my name>, I'm a volunteer for Jewish Americans for Obama
This starts the conversation going.
If you want to point them to an informational page use this link:

Less than 60 days left!
Time to get on the phones again. If you live in a swing state, try the new Neighbor-to-Neighbor tool
Otherwise pick a state on http://my.barackobama.com/call
If it's late in the East, call NM !
If you are calling the current campaign in PA to get unaffiliated voters to re-register and vote Obama, do not leave messages. We aren't ceratin who they will vote for, so we should not promote the idea of re-registering unless we know they are Obama supporters.
Also, leaving messages takes a lot of time, and is not persuasive.
If you are calling independent voters to remind them of registration deadlines, be sure to check if they plan to vote Obama before telling them about re-registering
Boston Globe wrote an article saying that Republicans heeding Limbaugh call may have been decisive in the TX primary:

112,000 GOP votes for Clinton, and she only won by 102,000
I have had some luck asking Hillary supporters:
Are you rock solid sure?
If they say no, I say:
I'm just not sure she can win, I mean, you must know some people in Wyoming, who when you say "Hillary Clinton" they roll their eyes?
With the last two elections being so close, I don't see how she can attract the independents and republicans needed to win
try it!
