I haven't figured how to post images on this blog, so I've created another for those interested to link to. I will be posting my daily political artwork at this blog:

I hope it gives you something to laugh or smile about.
1. Proven Leadership skills: ability to motivate apathetic voters and continues to build the Democratic base by bringing in REAL voter participation. He is inspiring and tells us that WORDS DO MATTER.
2. Superior Judgment: stood up against the war in Iraq because he saw no relation between Iraq and 911. Believes in open discussion against our enemies(Iran) while his opponents prefer to pursue foreign policies as is - was mocked when he made this statement, but as it turned out, Iran was the key negotiator to the cease-fire in Basra just recently. Did not turn on his party by promoting the Republican nominee over the Democrats.
3. Great Character: he is stable and calm, intelligent and open-minded and TRUSTWORTHY. Unlike his opponent, who tends to fluff her resume to position herself as the more experienced candidate, when in reality, both have about the same experience. He does not demean his opponent, just goes after their records.
4. Reality based: he is not purely partisan and is humble enough to admit pros and cons on both sides of the isle. He knows no one is perfect, but it does not stop him from trying to achieve a better America despite the odds. He gives credit to his opponents when they have good ideas, thus enabling him to make the coalition necessary to pass bills. He looks for positions that have a REAL chance of passing, and by making the process transparent will also build the support to pass perhaps a few stronger/more controversial bills(maybe single payer plan for healthcare-anything is possible with enough voices).
5. Team Player: he knows it is the American people who will be able to enact change, much like MLK's vision, not just a President, like Hillary's vision. He sets out to educate and empower individuals to step up and do their part to get things done and not to rely only on government.
6. Well-rounded Knowledge base: he is able to grasp many complicated issues weighing down this country and can identify the larger issue to attack the root of the problem. He has a profound knowledge of the 21st century tools(ie: internet, text messaging, social nectworks, et. al) and is not afraid to utilize it to his benefit.
7. People Skills: he has the ability to recruit the best team to implement his vision and connect to them to perform their best for our nation.
8. Management Skills: his delivery on his campaign his been superior to his opponents. He pays his bills, and has shown his ability to manage money succinctly. This bodes well for how he would handle our tax-payer's money- I expect reasoned allocations of tax dollars to high priority goals such as education and a green economy.
9. Handle tough issues head on: Rev. Wright and race. Enough said.
10. Vision: he has hope and optimism that is infectious. He is succeeding despite the odds against him: his name, his race, and his youth.
