Wonder why? Think about flip-flop on FISA. Maybe that explains it. Read some of the thoughtful posts on the anti-FISA group here at your own website, Senator Obama. Figure out a way to flop that flip and maybe your fundraising will pick up.
I'm ashamed that I taught my parrot to say "Obama Yes We Can!" I have a bumper sticker on my car, a yard sign on the road, and a button on my hat. I'm mortified. Compromising I could live with, but a complete reversal from "I will support a fillibuster" to "Yes" on cloture??? Sorry, that's not compromise. THAT is a flip-flop, exactly what the Republicans pinned on Kerry.
You're not against wars, just dumb wars? I'm not against compromise, just dumb compromise. You didn't win any votes with this, it won't stop the Republicans from saying you're soft on terror. They will do that anyway! But you lost your most ardent supporters, your workers, your donors.
