The voters want the 111St Congress to Blend in Unisom with our 44Th President of the USA; the election was nine month ago or over thirty six weeks ago, enough! Let’s get to the light of Square Business. You have been elected to serve collectively your State or region in the best interest of our nation, the United States of America, your political party secondly! Do we really have to wait for another election to digest, address, and divest the concerns of the way our Congressional Leaders are doing business on the behalf of their constituents? The report cards on the credibility and accountability of our elected Congressional Leaders are reflective of the need for tutorial assistance, extended sessions and a reexamination of the congressional recess procedure, in times of major pending Bills to be signed and Regulatory guidelines to the Bill’s amendments to assure efficiency need to be revised, revisited, to assure progressive ongoing bipartisan fiduciary negotiations are simultaneously taking place in cooperation with the White House.
Whether Democrat or Republican, the obligation remains the same blending a sound USA government of, for, and by the people of America the Beautiful! The 2008 election was about Bipartisan actions for change, not bipartisan simulate rhetorical actions for political simulations of change. It is past time for standing and sitting USA Bipartisan Caucus throughout our government and within our Capitol Hill and White House base to facilitate and advance our 20Th Century filibustering mentality. That hinders the progressive momentum of our economy and is unraveling the political and social fabric union of our country as well as its national government. Is the change in the ways in which our leaders are advancing, respecting, and developing our government’s administrative procedures on all fronts being taken seriously or for granted?
The 21St Century Advanced Citizen must see our Congressional leaders as a group of leaders with willingness and propensity for give and take for the sake and longevity our nation. Health Care has been an unresolved issue and concern for over four decades and is currently. This unresolved issue is currently affecting more than fifty percent of the average American families----Republican and Democrats the time for a bipartisan health care reform is overdue. This is not a left or right wing issue or a Democratic, Independent, Republican, Libertarian or Other Party issue – this must be a bipartisan United State of America issue of check and balance.
We pay our Congressional Leaders to make crucial decisions at crucial time in the history of our nation, not to posture gestures with the party serving intense efforts focused with responsible solutions to the crises issues, rather, motivated with the established agenda to derailing or thwart the political gains of a party in the upcoming elections... The lives of tens of millions must be considered especially in a time when the number American people seek their civil rights of health care service in America must meet the needs of all citizens.

Barney Frank's answer was of a reactionary (Did he fail to understand that this unfortunate young lady believed the Congressional Leader, thus, causing us to waste valuable tax dollars an ask such a question?) and responsive to the bashing our party Demagogues are in engaged in as they shirk in there multi-thousand dollar obligation we elected and pay dearly for, for as they posture for their special interest groups and Party rather than our country.

The foundation for a USA Universal Heath care Reform can be laid now with the Bill subjected to the review of standing Presidential Bipartisan Review caucus that can define, modify, and amend the check and balance of administering the economic, social, moral, cultural, contingencies of the various barometer to measure the Heath Care components within the Bill that would address the needs of our American citizens beyond Class and on a sliding scale. There are many components that must be examined and in many cases redefined such as: Welfare, Medicare, Medicaid, Family Health, Individual, Students, Senior, Infant/child/ teen, Disabled (permanent, developmental, accidental crises, temporary), and Emergency Medical crises intervention. We are apart of the voting family of the United States America.
The Heath Care Reform is an ongoing process that must be addressed in phases to be locked into over a ten year period if we are serious about the needs 21St Century Citizens. We must move out of the melting pot and into the woven fabric of America!

We must move from a half empty resolution of "No", for a Bipartisan Unified USA, to an olive branch, solution driven half full solution driven reconciliatory process of inclusion to shave programs of waste and propels America forward. Historian must have the pleasure of writing how the eagle acknowledged the winds, and collectively allowed its wings to adapt to the storms of time, rather than be tossed and torn for the lack of a conscious focus for a progress direction with the winds under our wings.
Will change allow government first and party second? Will change allow in the President's Cabinet Allow for multi-level bipartisan review teams for decision making with the inclusion of their Republican counterparts before the 18-32 month inset of our nation's course of destine?
Will this government leaders lean toward a sensitive advanced approach of inclusion and change to embrace a more United States of America in this 21ST Century from this April 2009 meeting on and away from the primitive modern practices of the 20TH Century party war for dominance?

Greetings Democrats:
A Bipartisanship Presidential Cabinet is a realistic absolute solution for the healing and mending of the USA fabric, and the vast multilevel infrastructural development of our 'Great Nation', the United States of America the beautiful.
As a multiple-dimensional sphere, the USA government, agencies, businesses, organizations, unions, and faith-based infrastructures must meet the challenges of supporting the overhaul, which will ignite the thrust of our economy. With absolute bipartisan positive, responsive actions, we will not just stabilize our country but, advance us into cultural, moral, social, spiritual, and economical prosperity in unchartered waters beyond the course that any other nation has ever traveled.
Proactively we must join in a bipartisan surgical resurrection of our ailing nation: minus token or simulated actions, gesture of cooperation that has caused the false belief or propaganda that we are attempting to begin the understanding or the respecting of the meaning the concept of an absolute responsible bipartisan government.
Politically, the USA government of the people have endorsed the concept, ‘to the victor goes the spoilage’ however, we are a responsible, advanced, national government, and we’re capable of examining ourselves through an empowered bipartisan review team within the Presidential cabinet that can aid our elected government in scrutinize the contents our crises intervention actions for overzealous waste. This is a genuine time for our executing the use of bipartisan caucuses within our governmental infrastructure to certify the screening and the carving of Acts that would assure governmental procession, especially crises oriented packages. Indeed, the projects, programs, services and activities that in error were left in the stimulus package before it became an Act for subjective interest, rather than the purposed objective stimulus package now known as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 must be reviewed by a bipartisan sub-team to Presidential Cabinet for appropriate amendments that will eliminate waste and save our nations billions of dollars.
Our Republican and Democratic political parties must not continue to yield to the germination of old politic, business-interest group-union earmarks, pork barrel, and in some cases minefields laid by the outgoing 110th Congress during the latter days of our lame duck administration of our 43rd President Bush's of USA government. The old political perfusion partisan stonewalling from both political parties is causing a continuance of the 110th Congress with hidden, ailing retributions which is causing contamination of the mission of our newly elected 111th Congress whether freshmen/freshwomen or tenured, they have the responsibility of acting anew.
Sadly with ears to the walls, you can hear that some of our members have reduced our integrity to goon scare, or isolation politics. When we are responsible leaders of our nation we must act, speak, vote, elect to speak, U.S.A., its people, and government first, politics second! As an American I am ashamed of the congressional leader that called for the political threats of persecution of the colleagues that were committed to vote in their constituents rather than bash the administration knowingly and blindly exacerbating the national crises this country is currently plagued confronted with. Have congressional leaders forgotten or lost their pledge of love, honesty, and responsibility as their fist line of duty to the people, State and District they represent over the respect and responsibility being galvanized by political party (not forgetting the extreme divisions within both parties) demo guards and the interest of their career or party?
Congressional leaders of the 110th session that are now serving in the 111th session, power is intoxication and can damage our country for generations to come if you fail to yield to new leadership, a new direction, and a new thought process of change whether you are or once were a minor or majority congressional leader of the 110th congress. Take a giant step forward into the 21 Century of the 44th President and 111th Congress and take your respective responsible role of damage control for our country first in a solution driven manner of accountability that is of substance and measurable.
The mantle of our USA quest for a 21st Century For Change must be lead by a responsible, sober, and focus bipartisan 111th Congressional analytical, evaluative, review, and action for accountability caucuses within our congresses. Our government has a need for bipartisan guides, and national experts to represent the concerns of the extreme interests’ of congressional members. Our congressional bodies must establish multiple realistic bipartisan caucuses. These Congressional caucuses can be able to act with views that would be collectively collaborated to include both parties' internal sectors whether liberal or conservative, and decisively processed to enable the Capitol Hill House and Senate to make moderate decisions in the best interest of the United States of America and in cooperation of our current White House Administration and its bipartisan REVIEW BOARD WITHIN IT’S CABINET.
Last week was the conclusion of the seventh week of our incoming 2009 Administration of our 44th President Obama's watch. Observations: The relentless bashing, attempted filibustering, and undermining of the peoples' electoral choice for a Bipartisan Presidential Cabinet for Change by political party leaders continues to hindered our damage control and delivered a devastate blow to our economy and stock market. The confidence of our American people over our last seven weeks reflected the political leaders political behavior of posturing for four years from now and served in the interest of the country second and not building appropriate communication and action bridges that would impel the confidence of the people that we responsibly have honored our olive branch mission of county first.
Our country minus the contamination of old politics and personal interest, would be respected by both congressional political parties, businesses and nations abroad if both branches of our 111th Congress yields in the interest of national advancement, safety and security for the USA infrastructural advancement, growth, and stability that will serve the country First and Political Party Second!
Our country leaders must be humble enough to responsibly allocate a significant portion of the stimulus fund to address the way we (Our Presidential Cabinet Administration and Congressional Bodies) employ bipartisan experts to assist our leader with effective training sessions in group dynamics, conflict resolution and reconciliation development. If we pretend to believe there is no need for this, it would delay our actions as a nation in 'cutting to the chase', so that we can advance in doing USA business beyond the levels, norms and benchmarks we have resolved into believing or considering as ‘an effective way about the business of our Great Nation’, The United States of America!
Mr. President Obama, we need first, a bipartisan czar, that scalpel, and your bipartisan surgical teams of government officials and business experts to be dispatched from a Presidential Bipartisan Cabinet Administrative Board to employing socio-economical reconnaissance team to disable political land mines and analyze, monitor, evaluate and review significant actives that will sabotage our 2009 governmental recovery process, lest we’ll live suffering hindsight because we failed to yield to the foresight needed for change.
The finger pointing must stop; the crises cast on us were caused by the shadows of our pass ill politics and ill government transgressions that go beyond the generations of both parties’ years of reign. With an absolute bipartisan cooperation of this administration and congress, the fruitful guidance of this administration can navigate beyond 18 to 32 month government gridlock and allow for responsible indicators of predicates that will project responsible forecasts of recovery proving our initial investments successful within that same timeframe.
We as a nation of, by, and for the people through faith will continue to rise to lead not just the people of this country but, the world as well. Mr. President Obama, a Bipartisan Organizational Development Expert to foster respect, collaboration, and cooperation is needed. If this person is deployed this month our market will embrace the sincere desire of this administration and congress to induct change, see the crises of our nation through, and allow our national leaders to be raised to a new level of governing.
Media bear with us as we walk, attempting to talk beyond being subjective idea, in hopes of our yielding to the objective nature of our individual callings to secure national unity. We must act responsibly as leaders and citizens with a blending, cooperative spirit, lest we falter.

Congratulations new USA Congress, Leaders, and Mr. President, the sun of a government has rising; may it flourish in God’s speed. The first vote of the new Congress was over shadowed with the remnant of a cloud of old party line 20TH Century party driven mentality minus united front solution mature congressional spirit to get the government moving.
A pro Democratic initial bill and a politic as usual disposition from our Republican House that pressured members of both parties to play the ‘ole pork and barrel party politics’ and reflected a lack of trust beyond party line at the time of one of the most serious economic crises in the history of our national and other international. There is a need for sensitivity, matrix of inclusion, crises intervention, safety & security training and I’m o.k. your o.k. sessions for congressional leadership. Please do not take this comment lightly or cynically.
Leaders please, expedite proportionately what is pressing, agreeable, accountable, and measurable for a test run quarter while other line items are filter through a new found bipartisan review through new found bipartisan review teams for crises intervention.
We must realize the democrats won the battle for policy leadership (see 2009 election results), that this is the spoilage. The people won the war of a call for a Bipartisan United States of America stimulus action change. Leaders and experts this is a call for us to endorse the rethinking of our old politics, and allowing a new politics with the inclusion of a bipartisan buffer zone! To overhaul our government’s operation and politic, we must include the republicans in multiple bipartisan review caucuses to avoid Eighteen to Thirty-Two (18-32) month of gridlock.
For the entire Republican to act in a partisan way rather than to vote accord to their individual merit reflect 'business as usual'. To later show a face for a social reflects 20th Century politics with the suppressed willingness to advance into the 21ST Century.
Leaders let’s do better; this was sad day for the 21St Century Advanced American citizens looking to embrace your Employment of Change. Let us pray for God’s will to be done and that we are guided through the crises that go beyond the U.S.A. coastlines!
Happy Thanksgiving to you, your families and the many communities abroad!
After our Thanksgiving festivities are over, let’s stop a moment to sit down and reason with one another, to ponder a thought or two about the Presidential Mandate from the people. The first thought that comes to my mind is, ‘the thought of absolute inclusion filtered through an appropriate government give and take processes model. This thought goes far beyond Party lines and has been a concern causing division within our political parties because of the extreme left’s or right’s staunch position within a political party. Members of the parties lacked the willingness of absolute compromise which is fostered into cooperation decision- making to deliver a universal stance rather rule with a collective a majority skewed stance of completion for party control leaving within its fold many unresolved closures on significant issues.
Presently many Republican and Democratic leaders are looking to expand their 19TH through 20Th Century ideological principles to catch up with or adjust to the ‘mind-set thinking process’ of the New 21ST Century Advanced U.S.A. Citizens’ “quest for change”. The spiral effects of the Educated Advanced Citizens and their votes of conscious have spoken loud and clear to both leading U.S.A. political parties and henceforth; we have President-Elect Obama at the helm and not the luminary projection of a party political steered nomination based on a party mandate.
The 21 ST Century Educated Advanced Citizens asked themselves the question, is the mission of their Party of choice for growth, change, and sensitive to needs of a new found unity within our U.S.A. coastlines? We must now thank God for the people’s choice of change and now everyone must ask themselves, ‘what can I do for my country within and beyond our country’s coastlines?’ What resources or skills do I have that can help navigate the course of the U.S.A. into clear waters beyond this stormy season? What can I do, country first---party second? Forgive me for my not elaborating on this subject that a totally different posting.
For now we must focus on the primary point or issue of thought, to wisely nurture unity, harnessing our national expertise, to allow the citizens and the world to know that the United States of America’s First Team-Elect is not asleep at the helm during this national and international crises epoch of raging storms.
There are names that are listed on the Republican for Obama web page that cite leading Republicans; what will and can they do for the United States of America? Many did take the similar bold step as Congressman Lieberman, seeking a solution beyond party lines. Have any of the names on the Republican for Obama web page been called to duty yet? Are they and you willing to sign a letter of consensus without contention to propose the forming of a Bipartisan Coalition Caucus within the 2009 Presidential Cabinet to oversee various bipartisan coalitions? Did anyone seriously consider the benefit of have a few bipartisan experts to guide such a caucus?
May I offer my apology if this process is on the drawing board, and I just did not get an opportunity to read copy of this document or hear about it yet? Perhaps, John Martin, Co-founder and Director of Republicans for Obama and Obama for America Campaign Manager, David Plouffe or their responsive delegates have been engaging in conferences for weeks, and I’m Jonny come lately. If this is so, wonderful, we are not leaving any of our resources untapped.
The bipartisan spirit is a two way street; it has a dual responsibility. The scriptures read, for everything there is a time and season. This is the time and this is the season. We as a responsible country must not leave any thing to chance, less we leave in our pathway to come the mirror of hindsight rather than the mirror of foresight and wisdom. I trust that the leaders of Republican for Obama have submitted name of viable responsible leading Republican experts to the transition team, via hand-delivery, supported by express mail after a collective conference was held and names of substance were scrutinized. For example, was Former Republican US Secretary General Collin Powell submitted to be amongst our leading foreign affairs experts? The voices of the Republicans for Obama are voices that can be heard clearly by the ears of the Obama for America team.
Do not forget the position of millions of Americans that went through genuine soul searching processes for the sake of a better United States of America. They took a stand and supported the USA Presidential Candidate they believe was the most solution driven to lead a bipartisan team into the future and had the distinguished fortitude of meeting the challenge of implementing a '21ST Century New Big Deal' for the United States of America!
I trust that we are not confused or cognitively pacified by the appointment of a few Republicans in key posts, and believe this would constitute a sound and adequate bipartisan effort within the President's Administration. We can not build America from a spectator position--both parties reasoned during the 2008 Presidential Election Campaign the need for bipartisan efforts for the next Presidential administration and they are both parties have invaluable experts.
Are we mature enough as leaders of this government to know we need a ‘Bipartisan Coalition to Expedite Crises Interventions' and for sure a Bipartisan Coalition Caucus to override old business as usual politics, expedite crises and avoid gridlock?
Who will serve among the appointed bipartisan experts in the proposed 'Bipartisan Coalition to Expedite Crises Interventions', a Cabinet Review Team, will act as a buffer zone, or a voice of communication to expedite swift and focus decisions for collective effectiveness between the Cabinet and The newly proposed board?
Will the leaders of the Republican for Obama, the Obama for America and other major support bases for change, take a stand for a new ‘Bipartisan Coalition to Expedite Crises Interventions' to work with bipartisan coalitions representatives in both congresses to expedite timely corrective action of pressing crises issues? Indeed this does put our government under an internal magnifying glass but, it is our magnifying glass.
Running the U.S.A. Government isn't a spectator’s activity like the Super bowl, we have the win lead ticket waiting for installation and we will now continue to be actively involved to gain additional national and international respect and keep it! It is most important that during these perilous times I must trust that this post goes beyond the doorstep of our President-Elect and Team Members, Congressman Governors, County Administrators, Mayors and Local Leaders but into your listening ears.

I have been registered an Independent Republican for over thirty years (3o yrs.) and grew up in a democratic stronghold in New Jersey. Why? As a political science statesman with an impartial concern for the public good, I did not want strictly political favoritism from spoilage only principle; I believe in the ‘two party’ check and balance U.S.A. system of government. I believe America is in the likeness of a giant business corporation that must continue to build by upgrading and overhauling its infrastructural; if we are to remain strong self-sufficient viable nation, we must be about business first and foremost! We can not just pacify economic issues with business, social, political or foreign repelling Band-Aids of minimum fringe benefits quality. We must ensure that our leaders avoid becoming fat cats or poverty pimps because they fail to yield no fair game of their responsibilities. A new found change is needed.
A Green Stimulus for education, training, entrepreneurship, microenterprise (the small business, typically with fewer than six employees, that does not have access to conventional sources of capital) must be our concern. Do you remember the small stores; we use to call them in the 20TH Century Ma and Pa stores? There are millions that want to be taught and are willing to learn how to fish and will agree to a half fish sandwich today, if this deal includes adequate training that will allow them to feed a village tomorrow.
Most important, these American citizens they sing ‘America the Beautiful’ too, although they live off main street, across Broadway, on both sides of the railroad tracks. Subject: The Rebirth of the United States of America Beyond Party Line: One Nation Indivisible!
It is important that we all remember that the Republican and Democrat parties are the two (2) prevailing dominating cortex of what it means to be a citizen of the United State of America. The styles, types of operations of our two parties and their fundamental principles have changed in many ways throughout the history of our nation. As I write this post, our parties continue to redefine themselves on local, state, and national levels. Needless to say, their party administrative and operation entities’ agendas differ from state to state.
Beyond the 2008 United States of America (USA) Presidential, Congressional, and other Official Elections, one thing that remains the same is that we are all still Americans.
Honorable President Bush and Honorable President-Elect Obama, the divisible struggle for the sake of party which has caused bashing must stop before we destroy our great nation internally because we fail to accept our ailing issues. We must not allow personal, State and foreign interest to supersede wisdom, knowledge, and the understanding of how to provide economic assistance for the stake of a stable union. Where is the olive branch of bipartisanship to heal our nation? Will history repeat itself or will there be a new found nation first cooperation, to charter this nation on the course of “One Nation under God Indivisible with liberty and justice for all”?
In this multiple crises era, party second, country first is the reasoning and reality in which our 21ST Century Citizens find extremely relative as a position for our leaders to take in their mission to build a sound USA government. Much responsibility is expected of our elected leaders as they plot the course and note the costs that they will levy on the behalf of advancing the United States of America! For those that lost their primary focus, America must mind its own business (our GNP) as a priority, and must never be persuaded to allow, a foreign business for capital gain, or singular personal, state, or political interest, to supersede the USA national interest!
Who will be the first leader to support a United States of America as a priority in words and actions; and publicly denounce any citizen’s agenda of ‘a party struggle for dominance’ as a priority? Hindsight would mean letting our nation fail, and our being disgraced because our tunnel vision that allows us to only see selected interest groups as a means to capital ends minus national security? Citizens, Statespersons, and Politicians there is a bigger picture---foresight and wisdom is a must during these perilous!
Party apathetic and the controversial blocking of square business in the same pattern of continuance that has happen for quite a few generations will foster the domino principle and prove to be detrimental to our country, the USA. The political quiet fencing for party interest is why the mandate for change has come to us as a USA reality checks this 2008 Election year. Now that the election is over we must not go back to the old USA political business as usual syndrome.
For those that remained blind or thought don’t worry, don’t worry: this week was an exemplary example of the need for a model change in how our nation handles our crises. How much money did we pay our congressional leaders this week? What were the results? Did the solutions rendered bring closure to the crisis issue? Was this an example of what we must stop doing as leaders of an advanced government? Am I hearing correctly, something about a crisis issue could possibly happen within the White House Administration whether or not the Senate Republicans and Democrats failed to unite as the two parties in the House of Representatives did? Am I correct in understanding that the failure to communicate was within the sitting party ranks on a national security issue?
This is a historical pattern of individuals with political power party driven concerns jostling for dominance. Collective, critical, constructive, decision making strictly focus on a sound, internal, national economic security issue, minus a secondary foreign capital interest without the opposition negotiating an alternative solution through a Cabinet Bipartisan Caucus could have bypassed what happened! This week’s action was an example of stonewalling behavior at the expense of major USA businesses collapsing. Versions of bills supporting standing Bipartisan Caucuses within the White House, Senate and House of Representatives legislative bodies of government to Bipartisan Coalition to Expedite Crises Intervention are long overdue if we are to advance the USA government into the 21ST Century.
A Bipartisan Caucus within the President Cabinet rendering actions to Expedite Crises Intervention Bills that must bypass the traditional political stop-gaps, rather than ending in gridlock, is a situation that must stop. Our government must establish formal Standing Bipartisan Coalitions in both Congresses to ‘Expedite Presidential bills Classified as Crises Intervention Legislative Bills’ to be filtered through a newly formed Presidential Cabinet Bipartisan Caucus, and forward to two newly formed House and Senate Congress Bipartisan Caucuses’ to expedite signed emergency bills.
Honorable President Bush and Honorable President-Elect Obama, the need for unity this week was seen very clearly. The political gridlock that has been happening for more than the last eight (8) years is no longer an acceptable political option and has hindered the unity needed to expedite pressing national crises concerns. During this grey period of Presidential Transition, will our two significant leaders jointly give words of encouragement to unite a concern nation and the foreign observers?
Let’s stop the ax wheeling, and start the overhauls of our party’s objectives to be inclusive of jointly building a responsible nation of unity through an internal lateral bipartisan filtering mechanism. We can never do this from a left or a right confrontational position but rather, through face-to-face collective, constructive, and cooperative decision-making processes.
This administration must address the Economic Crisis; there must be a great reality check of give and take, amongst our leaders, across party lines to bypass the notorious gridlock phenomenon in Congress that has plagued our government for generations.
Responsible Bipartisan Coalitions for Crises Intervention will bypass the traditional earmarks, pork-barrels, on the behalf of their special interest groups and can address the Economic crisis in a meticulous fashion within the air of USA unity and national security.
The restoration of the confidence in our American Big Business Systems, State Governments, and the United States of America Citizens, will simultaneous allow Wall Street to take a giant leap forward, as the businesses leaders scrabble to build beyond Main Street’s giant step as our national leaders preserve the integrity of the dollar bill on the international market.

In response to the “The Future of RFO” November 30, 2008 Fellow Republicans letter, my answer is absolutely yes—ready, willing and able!

I read the following blog the Obama for America web page that stated:
“For the first time in a long time, we have the chance to build a new majority of not just Democrats, but Independents and Republicans who've lost faith in their Washington leaders but want to believe again – who desperately want something new.”
There are many voices that are waiting for the promised ‘olive branch” of a new bipartisan focused government of action; I am thankful for the ‘twig’ of good faith so far received from our President-elect’s transition team.
I did some math. I added 9% and 46% = 55% and divided it by 2, to equaling a more conservative accurate 27% of Left, Right, Independent Republicans that voted for President-Elect Barack, this is greater the than 9% core that I read about in the November 30, 2008 letter. This election win was not a vote of Party as much as it represented a vote for change in the way our USA government was doing business!
The Republicans For Obama 2008 is a movement that served as a voice supporting Republican people that believed our country needed to vote for a reform change. In both parties, remember, neither party-backed Poster Candidates won for their ultimate party committees. Check the measurement of the statistics!
By force choice both parties’ committees regrouped and were forced to bandwagon the winning candidate ticket in their party that rallied the most people, and guided them through their primaries successfully. The election was not a party-state decision initially; it was an underdog super bowl playoff election ‘a/k/a. the people’s choice election, both ‘second guess’ long shots candidates won! Yes, indeed there were millions seeking new leadership, as a few good-old Democrats are quietly try to stealing the people’s 2008 election victory.
For example, how could the President-Elect Obama and his Team, assign/appoint Former President Clinton (As the Democratic old Machine edge for absolutes control of the presidency by, making it be known publicly that Former President Clinton would consider an appointment.) without the appointment of Senator McCain or, at least someone respected and endorsed by the Republicans For Obama public voice leadership representatives to head a Cabinet Caucus Review Team. The President-Obama and Team has the obligation of showing that none of the votes of the people will be taken for granted.
To appoint one our Former President of expertise is to offer appointments to all Former Presidents or/and Candidates for President to official post in his administration to allow a bipartisan fair representation. Without this happening is to ignore a responsible balance of power appointment and is disastrous to the 2009 goal of uniting the fundamental principles of a United States of America (USA). I trust that President-Elect Obama and his Team will see and know that this (the thrust of a pro Clinton Democratic machine) is a party centered persuasion attempt to spear the air with a posture for a democratic dominance, rather than to foster the reform of the government, and a new found framework of unity in managing our administrative-legislative body of government. Party first rather than the administrative government filtering a dual party voice first for imperative changes would reflect the image of the tail wagging the dog.
The independent Democrat and Republican population represented between 20-25% of our voting population that turned out strongly on Election Day; it is possible that it a higher percentage. Republicans joined their democratic independent counterparts at the same risk as, one visible Democratic Senator who was bold enough to be public about it; voted for change across party lines. There were many closet cases of Democratic and Republican leaders and citizens crossing the party lines that were not independents!
The Advanced 21ST Century citizens of the United States of America today are looking to our President-Elect for an overhaul and adjustment of our check and balance infrastructural model, operational interactions, and the policies and procedures that are essential to the upgrading of the standard antiquated Administration boilerplate model of the presidential administrative body just to save to save time, Change mean facilitating an overhaul facilitated through a Nonpartisan Organizational Development Expert Team of Specialists.
However, the Democratic Party sponsored the victorious candidate of the electoral 2008 win and by all means desires the honor and reward of leading the decision-making process in its proper perspective. I trust in their establishing and setting up their interpretation of a facilitating a bipartisan sensitive government, they will responsibly yield to the President-Elect and the people’s voices of all the people that elected this new machine of change. I believe they will continue to earn the respect and the confidence of those that did not vote for the Obama Team and respect him as indeed being a President of all the people.
Leaders and Experts, change must not only be a change in the type of appointments, political right, left, or central wing. Orientation or management style of the personnel experts within our Presidential Cabinet in not the primary point of focus and must not be used as a smoky mirror diversion or Band-Aid for an actual bipartisan review caucus of our USA crises within the Presidential Cabinet.
We must address the real issues, going beyond appointing or retaining a few Republican leaders and dealing with the model and the conversion process in place to expedite a unified bill before the situation changes is a real issue. ‘One president at of time’ is a humble, respectful position as well as fact that our President-Elect stated. I’m curious of what the Democratic Chairperson of 110th United States Congress
Communication is with his colleague and our President Bush team and who did he support during the primary of the 2008 election? President-Elect Obama like the 111th United States Congress must wait until 2009.
The USA President-Elect must be sworn in before he can exercise utilization of an administration in place according to the constitution of the USA to engage in responsible 111th congressional interaction. Our President-Elect must avoid speak before his political watch unless it is through President Bush for crises intervention purposes.
President-Elect you have thus far done well by not being sub comes to the suggestions leaked by the few 20Th Century Democrat demigods in an attempt to hijack the 2008 election. The Neo-con-Republican successfully did dominate the faith-base group after President Bush won a majority vote of conciliation from the USA voting public. The election win was misunderstood as a popular party vote rather than a USA vote. The party advisors allowed President Bush, after his election, to falsely believe that he had in his grips un-inflated chips that was of ‘good oles GOP impressive win’ quality.
No one is asking for a bipartisan coalition government at this time; this was never an offer on the table during this 2008 election and, is very different from a bipartisan sensitive government which was a platform item placed on the table by both candidates.
President-Elect Obama, it’s the Model, not the Style of the Cabinet that needs changing for an expediency of sound results. With the installation of a buffer zone unit that has a component that can interact with the bipartisan interties of our Congresses, as well as, facilitate bipartisan review sessions between The Board and The Cabinet this would nurture unity and eliminate congressional gridlock would be a solution drive installation.
President-Elect Obama’s the people of change including the Republican For Change and other, more so than just the good ole LOL diehards the Democrats that won the 2008 elections. Let’s face the facts, after the election-hindsight, both committees heard the voices of the people and they are now as you are reading this letter rethinking seriously their party infrastructures to harmonize with the people.
I agree with the principle to the victor goes the spoilage, the spoilage meaning only, having the opportunity of reforming the Presidential Administrations, scalpel as a cutting tool only please. President-Elect Obama must lead the rainbow coalition of voters in their quest to do business by establishing a 21ST Century Centralized Bipartisan Review Caucus to give opinions on the infrastructural development, new green, crises intervention on domestic and foreign affairs, and regional stimulus directives to facilitate preventive guidance through our Governors for a collective evaluation and assessment of the required need of an appropriate input of the conversion process of their perspective states to be clustered into the operational unit of the Cabinet and Board’s filtering process. A ‘review entity’ will foresee the stymies of implementation and expedite legislative action.
I write this correspondence to avoid hindsight, and encourage foresight. Will the leading Republicans name by the Republicans For Obama, that took a risk to walk on the same water Senator Obama walked on, to verbally endorse change, be honored and accept the responsibility of stepping up to the plate? Will you assist the RFO leader to aid in setting the barometer after the January 2009 inauguration? Even if it only to be a part of a balanced review Bipartisan Caucus in the President’s Cabinet, to serve as a balance to the ‘voices of the people’ will allow the participation of all USA citizens including Obama democratic and republican supporters. Millions voted for what was the closest platform of representation of the concepts and the principles that they believed our country needed to establish advancement and unity.
RFO Leadership, you have done well. You were USA sensitive first, and Party Second. Yes, it is time to hear the people and convert this web page to be proactive to participate in, measure, and make beneficial reviews through and in Unisom with Republican experts appointed within our 2009 administration. RFO must continue to give the people that are supportive Republicans that wish to be on-going voices within our community; this includes segment of our young and older voters that rallied behind our President-Elect Obama. Let build of the people, by the people, and for the people a Check and Balance in the USA advanced governmental system to provide opportunities to all Americans woven into the USA fabrics of a nation.

Greetings U.S.A. Citizen, Bi-partisan Leader and Interest Groups:
Great focus! With this advancement or movement for change in the way that the United States of America does business, our President Elect-Obama must be sensitive and employ wisdom. President Elect-Obama once again spoke stating that, ‘the people’s mandate for change in the method and way our country was doing business in the 20th Century.
President Elect-Obama recognition of the voices of 46% of the people that did not vote for him shows a responsible sensitivity and reflects the fact that our country in on a journey into uncharted waters and we indeed need ‘all hands on deck’. History will keep us away from hindsight.
If we stay the course with the U.S.A. mandate and maintain the olive branch of an absolute commitment to change and inclusion, we will avoid employing the primitive 20TH Century token approach to a bipartisan government.
Our President-Elect has an essential responsibility of helping all the President’s men to understand the advancement of inclusion when it comes to parties in this 21st Century U.S.A. It is time for ‘The 21ST Century New Big Deal’ that will guide this country for generations to come on to a course of prosperity. It is time to develop, reward, or earmark green resourcing principles and stop outsourcing principles. Our economic team is a representation of one a few leading First Team to guide us into the 21ST Century.
The next major responsibility is to lock into place a 'Bipartisan Review Cabinet Coalition to Expedite Crises Intervention' and to serve as a ‘think tank buffer zone’/ ‘The Cabinet's Resources Information Team’s’ between a state of the arts Dual - two Cabinets, evaluating their cooperative expedient actions to cultivate the public administration of the various stimulus projects, programs and services. The Primary Cabinet or First Cabinet experts can design, structure and chart the course of change of the type projects to be filtered into the conversion input process and tailor S.M.A.R.T. plans as a guide for the 'Bipartisan Review Cabinet Coalition to Expedite Crises Intervention'.
The Secondary Sub-Cabinet must consist of our bi-partisan experts from our multiple disciplinary areas experts that have hand-on knowledge of the crisis their discipline is facing. Experts, this is where there must be an including the domestic and foreign experts that have the responsibility interface with our various congressional, state, and territorial leaders.
These experts can forge a relationship with Governors and Agencies that will foster appropriate solutions to address the infrastructural environmental needs with Tri-State Regional Leaders for the most advanced and focused out put of results.
There are many crises issues that must be addressed to expedite viable solutions to avoid the traditional collective bargaining and end 18-32 months of grid locking. The Cabinet's Resources Information Team’s task is to facilitate country to address the various needs of America not just on Wall Street or Main Street but, ‘Off Broadway’ as well. This is a progressive-practical-realist approach to stimulating and unifying the U.S.A.

Greetings Leaders, Citizens and Community at-large:
We must now think about the task at hand for the 'Presidential Team’. To appoint a Republican or two would project a spirit of sharing a bipartisan idea. This would be a great sign of give and take but, would not break the gridlock in Congress caused by party internal differences of liberal-vs.-conservative as they jolt for earmarks, pork-barrels, on the behalf of their special interest group. Then after all of the pre-bargaining being said and done, finally the Democrat-vs.-Republicans will repeat the aforementioned process for party keepsake conducting negotiations and comprises as they filter through the agenda of their interests groups and committees.
During this unsolicited, informal drawn out interim period, the government and people not only suffer but pay for this with many, many wasted tax dollars to pay for this antiquated process. We must now amend this process institute and process to define a new procedure for issues classified as ‘USA crises sensitive’ that will forego the standard procedures, with a defined timeline and measurable expedition constructively filtered and expedited by corrective action experts.
In conclusion thirty-two months (32) months of a watered down ultra expensive and costly concept bills defining a programs, projects, and services drips or seeps through the congress and is given back to the President's Cabinet although by this time because of environmental, political, social, international, and community climate, the winds of the original purposeful supplies and demands have changed. Only through experience we’ve learned that the finish product is ultimately inappropriate and incapable of effectively address the immediate pressing conditions at hand and just another problematic setback.
We must not forget, the Mandate of the people was not a Democratic Party Mandate rather, a United States of America Mandate for Unity, Change and Advancement. The community at-large needs bipartisan coalitions in the President's Cabinet, House of Representative, and Senate to expedite 'Crises Intervention", within but separate from the President's Cabinet, House of Representative, and Senate, with an absolute mission to expedite 'Crises Intervention’, if there is to be a fast effective collective action.
The Presidential Cabinet possess the administrative and operational power of the pen, paired with incentive chips, to encourage cooperative agendas across the bargaining table that will encourage congress to expedite mandates of crises and sensitive classified issues deemed as pressing.
We must understand the inclusiveness, velocity, capacity and relentless indulgent driven nature of the voices behind the Mandate of this 2008 Presidential election across the board. What a historical vicarious momentum we witnessed. It was not just party driven, it was bipartisan driven with resounding voices of other legitimate political parties waiting in the wings to replace one of the leading two parties that fail hear and acknowledge the voice of the people. This has happen before in the history of our nation. Yes the Mandate came from leaders, citizens, people, and families uniquely, not just in the USA but, global as well! We saw a powerful ‘Mandate for Change of the 21 Century of the United States of America.
In closing an 'olive branch' was there to simulate bipartisan corrective action, but the model must not reflect the old traditional ‘Modern-primitive 20TH Century business as usual’ concept. The sparing appointment of Republicans individuals without the President’s Cabinet, House of Representatives, and Senate with a new permanent formal internal bipartisan coalition’ for the purpose of expediting in each of the aforementioned branches the strict and focus bidding with the intentions of eliminating crises, will fail to support an 'Advanced mature 21ST Century USA government of infrastructural change. These coalition solutions driven members, temporarialy appointed, will utilize the wealth of experts to expedite change that are solution driven for the USA government crises interest first.
Let it be known that America needs a ‘21ST Century New Big Deal” with a stimulus process that will allow each and every United States of America governing state and territory to simulate the square corners of their innate core. We must sow seeds that will raise the economic environment, region stimulating the various stratification they encompass. Our States and Territories, with hands on allegiance, bare the responsibility of directly linking and monitoring processes that would fortify a responsible flow to every county and community within its jurisdiction.
The rehabilitation and overhaul of our nation through responsible cash-flow and industrious, innovative rules, regulations, codes, polices, and procedures will activate, the New Innovative Domestic Developmental Processes of the United States of America that can interface with and complement our National Security agenda. USA must review, overhaul, and advance to supersede the 20TH Century ‘trickling down process’ as we reshape this country, stimulating and modifying when necessary the economic, brick and mortar, technological, health care and the educational growth of our primary multifaceted infrastructures.
If we employ such a conscientious agenda, we will not just stabilize our economy but, we’ll put millions of responsible Americans back to work and advance our nation for many generations to come.

We the citizens and people of America need and desire a ‘Presidential Maverick of Change’ or a ‘Presidential Leader with Innovative Change’ that will acknowledge the United States of America’s need for a ‘Presidential Capitol Hill Administrative Balanced Bi-Partisan Coalition’.
This coalition will expedite crises interventions regarding our economy, foreign policies, energy, USA cultural/moral deprivation, USA employment, housing, consumer rights and alleviate a realistic, oncoming, thirty-two (32) months of congressional gridlock caused by generations of ungrounded strife and tension that both candidates are well aware of. A ‘Bipartisan Coalition’ with in the newly formed ‘Presidential Cabinet’, if put together effectively can eliminate.
Our country need leaders with insight and rather than leaders that are party driven rather than solution driven. Insight not hindsight! A genuine ‘olive branch of a bi-partisan coalition’ is needed. Those that have ears listen, ‘a pricking thorny stem’ of partisan spoilage during this time in USA history will lead to disaster and irrefutable setbacks.
Remember, many, many people wrote about the financial crisis over one half year ago, will we again fail to listen?!
I applaud the people (Can you accept such a call from your country?) of our country to go forward respecting the disciplined practice of respecting our United States of America ’s electoral process. Remember we are setting the exemplary example to the rest of the world to see.
This election is a Blessing and the reflection of a true democracy government in a republic country, the United States of America.
We must remember salt is made for curing; it is not to be thrown on our wounds haphazardly for pain sake, without us realizing the amount prescribed to be used that will stimulate its changing composites to promote healing. The call for salt in the USA must be used as a preparation so that it will support the healing of a nation through friendly pain. We must not forget the history of our forefathers (They accepted such a call from our country to get us this far IN THE HISTORY OF OUR GOVERNMENT.) that struggled to allow us to realize this mature time in the history of growth and change of our nation. Let's adhered to the responsibilities bestowed on us as leaders and citizens.

Once in a season a person is chosen to meet a task according to his birthright dive purpose. Obama is living out his divine purpose.
I TRUST WE DO NOT vote for a personality or a party rather, for the content, character and individual endowed with the unique potentials of a leader that best qualifies him to serve this nation as Commander in Chief, to lead the United States of America on its journey of advancement into the 21ST Century during this most trying time in history!
As mature leaders of our country we have a responsibility of raising the question and asking--- What can we do for our country as one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all?
We need Congress, Capital Hill, and the Special Interest groups to end the gridlock in government & 'think out of the century old box' in the light of the issues our country has come to full circle within the 20Th Century! An olive branch of a bi-partisan coalition can effectively expedite change and address the outstanding crises in energy, economy, foreign policies, US business development, consumer and employee sensitivity to their rights, and healthcare as we advance into the 21ST Century--- Yes we can do square business as a chosen people.Yes, we are the millions of voices crying in the wilderness for a change in leadership!
Truth and Spirit is the only thing that will last. False propaganda will continue to divide our nation--- The people of this country are tired of the deceptive campaigns of the past. We knock for truth and spirit without smear and bashing tactics. We are in dire need for unity and healing that will spread beyond the borders of this great nation, in God speed.

. Consumers rights with laws to break the red tape, computerized answering machine for assistance paired unresolved issues and the rebirth of long lines once again.
. A Bi-partisan review and action team to put our international and undeveloped foreign policies on course to press out and launch growth and advancement for society in the 21st Century and nurture, salvage, through a sensitive damage control process.
. Employment, education, and training supporting hand-on training merging theory and practice; the advancement of our educational system must continue to turn out qualified leaders in leaps and bounds.
. Public utility and energy investments of accountability of acceptable give and take to give the U.S. Citizens A New Big Deal of Change.
.Environmental protection paired with economic stimulating investment incentive that would advance the business, housing, health care, transportation, communication to activate a defined growth and advancement of the USA, cultural, social, spiritual, and moral values that would brig about a new found fortitude of our American Society's fibers, advancing and interfacing the diversity of our social classes of America called throughout history, 'the melting pot'. It time for a change as we continue to season this melting pot with wisdom, knowledge and understanding as we take our respectful place in society. Let's change our course and advance into the 21st Century. With a joint effort bipartisan effort of trust and sincerity, committed to advancement and change, we can!

I know there are many other silent voices waiting to speak. Mr. President Barack Obama to Be, I am a Republican, and believe in our two party systems whole heartily. I along with millions of American want to be a part of the change that destiny has bestowed on us. Your USA 'Moses call' for change was heard, be raised, stay the course as you lead us pass this time of judgment, through this 2008 wilderness.
