I request that you reconsider your statement that there has not been "progress" in Iraq. Think of how far we have come in Iraq. Saddam Hussein was removed from power! Also, please consider the impact that your comments have on the men and women choosing to risk their lives on a daily basis in Iraq to fight for freedom of the Iraqi people and freedom for all Americans from TERRORISM! Imagine how you would feel if you risked your life to bring freedom to individuals, yet members of the government at home were stating that you had not made any progress! This war has not been fought for naught! I would now like to thank ALL of the men and women who have fought and are now fighting in Iraq. For no one should say "wrong war, wrong time"! Let us focus and what has been accomplished before we are quick to criticize the current actions in Iraq! The troops have shown love and care by constructing schools and medical centers! Iraqis no longer need to fear loosing their lives or the lives of their family members to the horrific acts of Saddam Hussein. Hopefully the United States troops will no longer find mass graves of innocent Iraqi citizens! I plead with you to pray for the troops and praise them for their service! Also, before criticizing the actions of President Bush, one must consider, not what they would do now if they were in his position in 2002, but one must place themself in the shoes of President Bush in 2002!
