I've moved most of my activity off of MYBO. Combined, my blogs have received more than 20,000 page views --- I'm trying very hard to get the word out!

Hope to see you there!
Sen. Clinton's comments yesterday, implying that Sen. McCain would make a better president than Sen. Obama, simply cannot go unchallenged. Please read this post and then contact DNC Chair Howard Dean, as well as your local Democratic congresspeople.

I know I've been remiss in posting here...but that's because I've been posting HERE!

My blog, "The Obama Minute", has been getting hundreds of hits a day and has had nearly 10,000 page views! Better still, it's not just for reading up on the latest; it suggestions quick, easy actions which can be taken for Barack NOW (letters to the editor, voting in online polls, petitions, etc.), and includes all of the pertinent links.
But I digress.

Be there!

The op/ed talks about HRC going back on her pledge re: Michigan and Florida. She agreed not to seek the delegates' seating at the Convention, and signed a pledge to that effect (as did all other Democratic presidential candidates).
Seems she's considering changing her mind...
Please write to Howard Dean at the DNC to let him know that such disrespect for the DNC's rules, and for basic ethics, should not be tolerated:

Senator Kennedy will endorse Barack tomorrow in Washington DC tomorrow.
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0108/8134.html
Those of you who are Massachusetts residents, please contact him to thank him. Sen. Kennedy has gone through a punishing period of pressure from Clinton supporters trying to keep him away from this endorsement. He had to display a lot of bravery under pressure to make this decision. Now he needs to hear praise from his other constituents!

I've heard lots of great endorsements lately, but I think it's very hard to overestimate the importance of an endorsement from the sports world.
Thanks, Kareem!

(THANK YOU, South Carolina!)...
Let's make sure that the Clintons don't succeed in seating delegates from MI and FL at the conventions.
All of the Democratic candidates signed a pledge, way back before Iowa, that they would basically ignore FL and MI entirely (since both states tried to buck the traditional primary process by "jumping the line" in terms of primary scheduling).
Then Hillary kept her name on the ballots in both states (which she was technically allowed to do), but the majority of other candidates' names did not appear. So in effect, she got the lion's share of voted in MI and will likely do the same in FL. But now she wants to go back on her pledge and is lobbying the DNC to seat FL's and MI's delegates.
This nonsense obviously cannot be allowed to stand.
Please write to the DNC at the below link to express your views on the issue:

The Clintons have gone after Barack for merely saying Reagan was influential...but it seems Bill C. was actually a more vociferous Reagan fan.
E.J. Dionne is a republican, but wow, he can be an astute observer of Democrats!

I love the ending in particular...displacing the "experience" buzzword should be "judgment". Barack's judgment on Pakistan, Iraq and Iran has been far superior to HRC's. A lot of that has to do with the worldliness he possesses from having lived everywhere, from having such a varied background, etc.
JUDGMENT. Barack has it. Let's make it the new buzzword!!!
