I've read a lot of interesting and articulate blogs on here and would like to tell you about DailyKos.com-
I'm just a blog reader and stumbled upon DailyKos.com through Digg.com but some of you would benefit by writing over there and getting more exposure to other readers on your thoughts about elections in general and issues regarding Obama and the campaign.

The Justice Department has been accused of illegally refusing to hire candidates based on their liberal or democratic views, especially those criticizing the Bush Administration.
Yes, the Justice Department!

I emailed my representative, Lois Capps, about supporting the Bush impeachment process.
If you feel the same way, please take a minute or two to send an email!
It has a pre-written letter (you can edit if you want) and it automatically sends it to your rep according to your zip code.
Quick and painless!

Rep. Dennis Kucinich is doing what should have been done a long time ago:
Calling Bush out!
(Source: Democrats.com)
History is in the making as I type: Rep. Dennis Kucinich is on the floor of the House reading 35 Articles of Impeachment againstPresident George W. Bush.
At last!!!!!
We've waited years to find one Member of Congress brave enough to stand up for our Constitution, for which generations of Americans have fought and died. We are thrilled and honored that Dennis Kucinich has chosen to be that one genuine patriot.
We congratulate him on his historic leadership, and pledge to do everything in our power to persuade the House to adopt all 35 Articles and put George W. Bush on trial before the Senate of the United States, exactly as the Founding Fathers wanted.
We can be sure Kucinich will come under furious attack by the White House, the Republican Party, the Corporate Media, and even Bush Democrats. So let's inundate Congress with emails and calls (202-224-3121) showing our full support for Rep. Kucinich's Articles of Impeachment:

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your constant support throughout this long and historic struggle.

Two years ago, i wrote against the first May Day Walkout of 2006. I wrote about the importance about staying in school and becoming educated, and taking proactive measures for immigration reform.
Walking out onto streets, sure, it's a show, but even I get annoyed by protesters.
This year, only 15% of hispanics are voting. 15% ! What is wrong with this picture?

So many Latinos complain about the government and only 15% vote.
This is a sad statistic. It's like almost saying "You don't vote, you deserve it."
I did my part and will continue to do my part, but I can only do so much, the other 85% need to step up to the plate.
As if we needed validation to see how misguided the reasons to go to war were, now we have someone, not just any someone, but a Bush loyalist, saying what we've known all along: hidden agenda!

Way before it was down to Obama and Clinton, I signed up on the emailing list of all the candidates, both Democrats and Republicans.
So today, I receive a blast email from Clinton's campaign, and I just think her priorities are wacky.
Anyone else find this amusing?
An Important Decision
Dear Elidet,
Tomorrow, MoveOn members are making sure people in Ventura know John McCain is just like George Bush.
The Bush-McCain Challenge works like the old Pepsi-Coke Challenge—we'll ask passersby to guess whether a quote or position is Bush's or McCain's. It'll be lots of fun.
Can you make it? Click to RSVP:

I had a dream last night that Hilary finally threw in the towel. Unfortunately, I woke up to the reality that she is still there! The funny thing here is that both McCain and Obama just seem to ignore she's even in the race and are apparently going head to head as if Obama was already the presidential nominee.
I signed up for a few events near my hometown in order to do my part by spreading the word, educating voters that are on the fence as well as registering the non-registered.
Obama has a lot of hope and dreams for this country, but he won't be able to do it all without the help of supporters like you and me. I really hope that Obama is the winner once the dust settles, so I guess I have my work cut out for me!
