I am a 61 year old white woman from Augusta Maine. Years ago I worked for Senator Muskie and his presidential bid as well as Senator Jackson's presidential bid. I also worked on capitol hill for Muskie and Pat Moynihan. I loved and love politics, but I detest the games. I announced to many of my political friends nation wide that I support Barack Obama at least a year ago. Many told me that he could not win. He is my only candidate. I will not support anyone else. I am so thrilled that finally we have an honest, intelligent, clean candidate. We must elect him because this nation and the world needs this man at this point in time. I don't expect him to solve all the problems of the world, but with our help he should be able to succeed at solving some of our problems and putting us on the right path for the future.
