I was watching Morning Joe this morning and Andrea Mitchell asked why nobody was asking McCain about has support of Acorn in 2006. This got me doing a little research. I found a lot of articles on this topic. I was a little surprise that the majority of the article came for overseas. Considering the US liberal media is all on Obama's side of the race. I have attached a link to one of the article but Google makes it easy find more.

Just a side note:
My first blog was about my father who is a vet. He has been trying to get some form of disability from the VA because he is basically deaf, having worked on generators for the Air Force. A VA doctor tested his hearing earlier in a summer and concluded just that and sent a letter to the VA disability board. My father just received a letter stating that he would get a 10% disability check every month ($117.00). It's not much but we were happy that he was getting something to help out.
Two days after getting the news about his monthly disability check we received a letter from our local VA Hospital. They have received notice that my Dad was receiving the $117.00 a month disability and would have to re-evaluate his illegibility for care at the VA Hospital. I will have to let you know what the outcome ends up being. It’s a shame our vets don’t have the same benefits as our Senators or Presidents, a lot of whom have never served a day in the service.
I don't think in view of all to has become clear this week, thanks to wall street, we can afford four more years.
I came across the following blog post and found it very interesting. This is an opinion but a very well written opinion blog that I think all women need to read before voting for Sarah Palin. She is not the woman I want representing my daughters or myself.

I watched the Gov. Sarah Palin speech on Wednesday night.
I was disappointed that the Republicans choose to attack like bull dogs. I would have liked to hear more about her and what she is going to do, not what she doesn’t like about Obama.
We have watched Obama for almost two years now; he has not just been vetted by the media but also the America people. I thought it was conceded of the Republicans to think that doesn’t count.
I also find it insulting that Republicans like Gov. Linge from Hawaii tell the media, she has just as much or more experience then Obama. Maybe if she had talked more about her record and not what she felt was Obama’s record, we would have a clue what that experience is they keep referencing.
The Republicans are now telling us we need change not the same old Washington. Well, Republicans have been running Washington for the last eight years. I am ready for change; get the Republicans out of Washington.
McCain is a Washington insider and not a maverick. He was steam rolled by Rove during his last election and has conformed to a good old Republican ever since.
I am hoping as I read of John McCain's choice for Vice President (Gov. Sarah Palin) women don't just vote for her because she is a woman.
Women have come so far but not far enough. I have to beautiful daughters that I want to be able to decide what happens to their body.
I have a mother that supported and followed my father around the world as an Air Force wife. She is unable to work and my parents do not make enough money for healthcare. My father can go to the VA Hospital, as long as he doesn't make much money. He did two tours in Vietnam and served his country for years and has to prove to the VA every year he can't afford healthcare.
My parents struggled to getting my brother and me thorough college, using my fathers 401K. They gave everything for us to have a better life. I plan to do the same for my daughters.
This is not the world I want for my children or grand children. I hope everybody will take the time to stop and ask themselves are we better off today, then eight years ago.
