Hey Team, About 65 people participate in last night’s very successful Health Care Vigil in Willingboro, which was one of about 200 vigils being held across the country in support of reform legislation. The speakers were excellent and the attendees were definitely vocal and energized by the event. I am the county Co- Chair for Burlington for Obama. Obama is by any standard, the most talented, and qualified candidate from either side of the political divide. As a Veteran I support Barack's position to end the war . I also believe that Barack Obama will bring credibility to America's role in the world and help restore our moral leadership.I also believe that Barack Obama will be able to turn a new page in American politics, so that Democrats, Independents and Republicans alike will be able to look to his leadership to unite us to find common ground.We have organized several hundred Phone Bankers reaching out and making calls to voters from coast to coast. It is because of their work and steadfast determination that we have now won an absolute majority of all the delegates chosen by the people in this Democratic primary process.The tremendous effort that these volunteers made and their energy were key in this race. It cannot be said enough how much I enjoyed working with all of them.

Utah selected it's add-on superdelegate last night: Kristi Cumming. We need help in Northeast Philly Monday and Tuesday for "get out the vote"(or GOTV) 1) The process of identifying Obama’s NE Philly supporters, voter identification ("ID-ing") -- the major focus of our canvassing and phone calls during the last 4 weeks is completed. 2) Now we must do "get out the vote"(or GOTV); includes telephoning known supporters on the day of the election and Monday to remind them to vote, and providing rides to the polls to known supporters), and active tracking of eligible voters who have already voted.3) A 90% turnout from known Obama's base is better than a 50 percent turnout from Hillary’s supporters.4) GOTV is extremely important in this high turn-out election. In this election turnout can be critical in determining the election results. Need Help In Northeast Philly

Need help in Northeast Philly

During the last two weeks I spent time helping out at the Northeast Philly HQ office. Northeast Philadelphia campaign staff has put out an urgent call for additional volunteers to help with Get Out the Vote canvassing activities.

Northeast Philly is a strong Hillary area.

In a nutshell, they need people to go out and canvass, walk the neighborhoods and talk to the neighbors. They also need phone bankers to talk to neighbors to find which way they are leaning and to persuade wherever possible.
