Good debate advice

Please tell Barack he needs to stop stuttering when he’s in a debate. If he would speak with a much more forceful tone it would be a great help. He needs to sound more like a trial lawyer interrogating a lying witness. Also, if he could get McCain to lose his temper he would own the election.

Education

Why hasn't education been an issue? Both McCain and Palin have something in common-they both graduated with mediocre grades near the bottom of their class. Doesn't a Harvard Law education trump a four year degree in journalism from Idaho and a street monitor tending the moose? After all here in Illinois a Small town has a population of 30,000 almost the population of Juneau-the Alaska capitol! Palin was the mayor of a town with a smaller population than most Chicago streets! Pleeeeeease address these things or we'll all be eating moose burgers, we'll have no polar bears left, and we'll all be forced to pretend to be squeaky clean while behind the scenes we have daughters popping out babies every year and lying about it so we can further are dreamland of being holy!

MSNBC has gone McCain

Has anyone noticed that the GOP is controlling media now? Why has MSNBC become pro-McCain all of a sudden? It's rather disgusting to see such a biased treatment in favor of McCain and no mention of the lies coming from the GOP convention. The Palin story isn't even out there and Democrats seem to think this is going to be a fair upright campaign. Well it's NOT. Mr. Obama needs to have other people constantly blogging and spreading McCain stories 24/7 on a grand scale in order to win. Already FOX news is purposely editing stories to favor McCain and MSNBC is going for the ride too. They even all but fired Olbermann and Mathews. Also Potus 08 on XM that is supposed to be non-partisan is running McCain stories one right after another. Obama received five minutes to McCain's 8 hours and Palin's 5 hours. How is that right? Is Plouffe asleep at the wheel? These people have no rules and they will use anything to win and enough Americans are not savvy enough to see through it. I don't think anyone could point any fingers if Obama supporters started blogging all the negative information on Palin and McCain! It is time to put down the scruples and fight dirty! Find out why the news media is suddenly leaned towards McCain and why Palin's protected secrets such as her pork projects and why her daughter's son "Trig" is being displayed as her child when the dated videos show she not only wasn't pregnant but the daughter was. Isn't this a totally fair morality issue? Also is there any reason that while at the GOP convention McCain and Palin were touting "Free Americans" while dozens of reporters had their computers seized and they were thrown in jail under the ruse of the Patriot Act? Aren't these real issues?

Mr. McCain's investments

Is it proper that John McCain be in office while he is heavily invested in JP Morgan, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac? He has hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in these companies that are now under government control. If that was any other politician there would be screams about it!

What will Barack's answer to McCain be?

McCain has come up with a new healthcare idea. Give anyone that has healthy behavior and is healthy an $8000.00 tax credit! So if you just happen to be a diabetic I guess you will be punished for it! If you have a heart problem I guess you get no break on insurance! John McCain is suffering from dementia. His plan is a joke. The question is will Barack confront him head on with these questions?

Do White Males Count Anymore?

The purpose of this post is to point out that while Barack Obama has a good deal of the white male vote there seems to be some problem addressing the white-male-voter.

Even on Barack's site here under people you'll notice categories such as women, African-Americans, Latinos, Asian-Americans.......so why is there a problem addressing the white-male voter? Pretending they don't exist is now in vogue or perhaps if they're totally ignored Barack will win the election anyway. Separating this election based on race is a poor excuse of a choice. Barack is a very sharp candidate that appears to have a lot to offer. I voted for him in the Senate race, however if he skirts this issue he may wind up in trouble in November when a whole sector (The white-male-voter) has no place in his presidential plans. Most people are very aware of the campaign garbage spewed by the media and by opposing sides. So far he has run a tough campaign and has come out as the better choice. Hillary on the other hand had a husband that, when president, benefitted all of the population sectors. This is not an accidental occurrence but well planned. White-males helped propel Barack into the Senate with an amazing victory. It may be time to address their concerns too.

For those that think this is racist please look at the figures. Barack has been receiving about 34% of white-male vote and that has been labeled racist. However he receives over 90% of African American male vote and that's not racist. This is precisely where the white-male-voter has been left out. Does it not stand to reason when you have a website and every group of people are represented except white-male-voters there may be an inherent problem with this? Okay it may be improper to talk about this because African Americans went through slavery. I wasn't there nor did I participate in it. My relatives died freeing slaves and running the underground railroads but I don't constantly wave a banner about how many of them perished. I'm one of the few remaining relatives of Mary Todd Lincoln and I resent the notion that because of the slavery I'm am somehow lesser of a person. I would ask each and everyone of the African American community just how many of them would go to war for me and my family if we became slaves today.

Barack is in a unique position to change America. Hopefully he will have the chance to make us say "We Are Americans" rather than Asian-Americans, African-Americans, Latino-Americans.....Please rephrase the "People" tab of this site! It may become apparent that all of us have been slaves to the political systems that have been in place for the last eight years. We are all in this together not as separate little groups.

Does anyone ever wonder why so many large corporations have outsourced high-tech work to India, China, and everywhere else? While large corporate giants save tax dollars with Congressional blessings and government giveaways to do just that, the people of the United States that make up the productivity sector work harder and harder. I'm all for free trade but let's have a president that puts us on a level playing field. Is it any wonder that they can work for 2/3rds the amount in India when the cost of living there is less than 1/3rd of what it is here and their taxes are far lower? Do most people know they can come to work here and get tax breaks but we can't go there to work without huge tax burdens placed on us by their governments? This is not free trade! Do people ever question why it's okay to bail out United Airlines for their under funding of their pension plans and bail out Bear and Sterns to the tune of billions of dollars but helping the American homeowner is considered welfare and not free economy?

So far Barack has answered most of these questions. The ones he has missed are the ones that concern a great many white-male voters. I sincerely hope he will touch these issues as Hillary already has to some degree. If he takes them on directly rather than attempting to bury them he will ultimately win the white-male voters. Let's open up the dialog to what the real issues are and get off the race kick.
